Mimis Cafe Review

It is walking very close to the entrance to Disney, excellent if you want to try more elaborate food than inside the park.

Cozy restaurant, excellent staff. Delightful servers. Excellent food, great prices and great portions. Not far from Disneyland and we only planned to eat out a couple of times on our vacation but this restaurant was amazing we couldnt help but go back. We only went there for breakfast or dinner and all times the food tasted wonderful! Definately will be back next time we are in Anaheim.

The food is delicious. Pricing is fair for a plate of heavenly deliciousness.

Love Mimis!!!! Sad the Corn Chowder and the Chicken Cordon Bleu is no longer served at any locations. Great service here!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and the manager Monique bent over backwards to make sure her customers are satisfied. Recommend this place to everybody

Great Food and Service !

I stopped in with my family before heading out to the beach and we really enjoyed everything. Our waiter was amazing and new the menu inside out. He was amazingly descriptive. Items ordered:
Salmon Eggs Benedict - amazing
Salmon Omelette - great
Pecan Pancakes - great
Brie Omelette - really good
Eggs and bacon - very good
Blue berry and pineapple upside down muffins - to die for!!!! Amazing!
Coffee- very good!!
The ambiance is very cozy and French bakery ish.
We will definitely be back on our next trip. We almost stopped by again just to get muffins to go to eat with our Starbucks later that day!

Outstanding restaurant at the greatest sandwiches ever

Came late in the morning and the place was empty, but service was still excruciatingly slow. After waiting nearly 20 minutes we found out they were out of what we ordered which wasn't a big deal if we had found out sooner. Then when the food came the other items were dried out and sorta crusty like they had been sitting around waiting. They did remake the one items so it was fresh after we asked. Hopefully it was just an off day because the menu looked great. Food taste was ok, but sorta generic. We might try again if there aren't other easy options.

Mimis by Disneyland was very slow and expensive. I would not recommend this to anyone. If their muffins were not amazing I'd give them less stars.

I love this place!
I never write reviews, but this place is one that people should know about. First, the atmosphere is perfect and so adorable. They can accommodate large families no problem. Everything is impeccibly clean and comfortable. The service is amazing. They are friendly and understand how to welcome people and make them feel comfortable. The food is so delicious! Comfort food at its finest! Don't even get me started on dessert! And to top it all off..pricing is super reasonable!
I eat out all the time from places like Dennys to 5 star dining...
This restaurant is one of my few favorites!

Good chicken and waffles. Friendly staff, really attentive. Big groups were no problem.

My wife and I like to come here for the comfort food. My wife loves the turkey dinner. I had a Cobb salad and enjoyed it.

Haven't dined there in years since moving out of state but was pleasantly surprised of menu changes and they were pleasantly appealing. Service and decir has always been good

It serves the same food as all Mimi's, but it's proximity to Disneyland can make it a nightmare for breakfast on the weekends and holidays, so beware.

Fair prices especially being across the street from one of the best themeparks.

During our stay in January while visiting Disneyland we ate breakfast at this restaurant. The prices were alot cheaper than restaurants in Downtown Disney.

The food was well prepared and the staff hospitable. We ate usually when the restaurant opened at 7am. By 8am there was usually a waiting line. Definitely worth going to.

The service was not very good at all. Staff was short with us and seemed irate. Food was average.

Excellent place! I was visiting Disneyland with the kids, and we all just loved it. We ended up having breakfast and dinner for two days, and the service was wonderful and so was the food. So many awful restaurants and food options near Disney, but this is the place to go if you have kids and want great food for a reasonable price. The one thing that we loved was that the store has real maple syrup on request (up-charged of course), so you can prevent giving the HFCS junk syrup to the kids. They also have real butter available on request. Bottom line, I am impressed with the service and food. I will definitely be back the next time we are at Disney.

We just spent a week in Anahiem and Mimi's was pretty good. Compared to other food places we tried, they are very close to real home cooked food. Dinner was decent and service was really good, their only rival being Tony Roma's. Breakfast was really above fare, the only complaint was the sourdough and white toast was thin, hard like bricks and dusty. Honestly I could have used them for clay pigeons at my shooting club. Order the whole wheat as it's much better. (We were there five times during our stay in Anahiem) Other than that little one thing, I'd highly recommend them as everything else was served as ordered.

Average food, interior is clean. Parking is a little difficult as there aren't many spaces so you're restricted to valet.

The portions were large enough to share. The food was fresh and the service was great! Enjoyed the patio seating. It wasn't crowed for a late lunch at 2pm.

It is a shame when the hostess and a food service worker harrass YOU in front of the entire restaurant... We followed our normal routine and we sat ourselves just like we did the day and night before in the bar area! We raved about Mimi's! But after that we are NEVER going back! We purposely stay close by just so we can enjoy breakfast before hitting Disneyland.... looks like IHOP will be getting our business now!

We were seated quickly for dinner and a party of 9. They brought our food out fairly fast and the waiter was friendly. After a long day at disneyland I was happy to be eating a good meal.

Service was ok. Food was ok, took awhile to get our food. Seemed a little more expensive since it's across from Disneyland.

I have always loved Mimi's and the Anaheim one was no exception! Excellent service & of course food!

I've enjoyed eating at mimi's for a while. Expect the service to be slower than usual, obviously due to the pandemic, however, no complaints there. The food is really good. Their portions are good for the price and they are filling. Highly recommend.

Food tasted good but the service was slow and lacking. I called ahead and had a reservation for four adults; they provided us a small booth in which our elbows were touching... very crammed. Also my colleague order was wrong. Our food came to the table 50 mins after it was placed. I have been before and in those occasions the service has been better.

The service was great, but the food wasn't anything I'd recommend someone to go try. The spin dip was delicious, but it came with bread that was so hard. It was painful to eat and left scratches on the inside of my mouth.

The eggs Benny, omlets and muffins are the bomb diggety!

This place was fantastic. Great service and even better food.

I only have been once there, but my experience so good I have to share about it. The food was simply delicious, and for such a good price, I wouldn't have ask for more. I ordered the petite size, but it was a good portion, besides its high quality. Now,for my dear coffee drinkers, they have an amazing coffee machine, I can even say that their cappuccino is as good as Starbucks. The gentleman who served us was so nice and so caring for us, that I really want to go back again, the service was the best. I have been to hundreds of restaurants, I think it made it to the top ten, specially after eating desert .

Excellent food and reasonable prices. Good alternative to other restaurants around Disneyland.
