The service was good, but food was just ok as it was lukewarm and sauce on wrap was almost non-existent. I would go back to have drinks on the patio as that was a pleasant atmosphere.

Breakfast this morning was a nitemare. Got squashed into a small area for twelve people. Food came out one at a time about five minutes apart. Waitress did not know who order what. Then they rang everyone's check on my bank card. Took 15 minutes to get it straighten out.

Thank you for fast, friendly service during this crazy quarantine. The food was delicious and ready quickly. Curbside pickup was easy.

Food is always good. The crowds keep me away mostly. Since there's no waiting area everyone stands around and blocks the walkways.

Great scenery, amazing food. The bloody marys anf homemade potatoe chips are amazing.

Excellent food! So excellent that they are always busy. They usually have a long wait during prime hours but it is worth it!

Used to really enjoy this place. Not sure what happened, but prices sky rocketed and food quality went down. A good number of people from my company used to frequent here for lunch, but now just about everyone says the same thing as me.

Kind of a shame as there aren t a ton of lunch options in the area.

Tuesday is the best night to go to Matty's. Unlimited toppings for your burger for around $8. That includes things like bacon, portobello mushrooms, several cheeses...the works. The french onion soup is also tasty!

I met up with a group of old retired colleagues from Journal Sentinel for a luncheon and talk of the fun days of our employment at the newspaper. I, among others ordered the Matty Special, which was a small smoked BBQ chicken served with two sides of which I opted for their crispy fries and coleslaw. My refreshment was a Coke. The chicken was nicely done, moist and delicious. The fries were excellently done and tasty with the coleslaw creamy and good. Overall the meal was quite good and unable to finish ending up taking some of it home.

Solid food, but lately it seems to be going downhill. They used to give great cookies with every meal. Now the cookies are like sand dollars. Small sand dollars. Not cool. Not cool at all.......

Love this place. No wait, plus friendly, knowledgeable servers, the food was fantastic, and it came pretty quickly, too. Will be coming back again soon.

Was at Matty's for the Pink Possible fundraiser for breast cancer. Staff did a great job!

Terrible Service! I have eaten here before and thought it was ok. I came here to take my mother out for dinner while I was in town. We were seated, given menus and waited for close to 20 minutes with no interaction from any staff. During this time I watched other tables get seated, order drinks and food orders taken. No one even paid attention to us even after asking several workers for our server. They all said they would check and see. No one responded again, followed up or seem to care. The place was not busy at all. We decided to leave and go somewhere else. As we were putting on our coats, a server came up asked why we were leaving....I wonder why?

Great great great. Everything was excellent. Service was spot on. Food, avacodo Benedict, delicious. Bloody Mary, was excellent.

Matty's is a locally owned business and it shows with their support in the community. Their food never disappoints! I also love their food truck that you can see at sporting events and many places around the community!

Always drive past, wanted to stop. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist, and seated promptly. Our server greeted us quickly, and brought our drinks. Their menu is fairly diverse, ranging from your typical pub style dishes to local favorites and classics. The food we ordered was prepared well and brought quickly. The food, I had the pizza burger, was tasty. All prices were reasonable. We sat outside, and since this was my first and only visit, I'm not sure what it's like inside. The back patio is nice though.

Visited Martty's two hours ago for outdoor seating and breakfast. The service was prompt and friendly. And the food was OK. Unfortunately, the tables were not socially distanced and a couple was seated within 12 inches of our group, back-to-back. To make matters worse, that couple were not required to wear a mask! The sausage and bacon were cold and condiments like butter were not served with the pancakes. We had to ask. And finally, no coffee refills were provided without asking. We should have spoken to the manager, but paid our bill early and left.

Good food, really nice service, will be back again.

Went on a Tuesday (6/11) night, and the food was great!!
Only issue was the service was a little slow. Took ~ 10 minutes before our drink order was taken, and ~ 15 minutes before our food order was taken.
Otherwise, this is great place.

Really nice venue and much larger than it appears from the outside..

Lots of televisions space for 2 or a large group, great food work a new menu and efficient servers with tablet technology to take your order

To begin, this is not my first negative experience at Matty s. My first one was last fall, when I asked our server for a refill of my cup of water. She then proceeded to ask another member of my party at the table, (in a very serious way) can he just have your water? since this individual had not drank from his glass yet. I understand that at times a server can be very busy, but to ask someone at a table, if another person in their party can have your water because you don t have the courtesy / customer service to get a refill is very unprofessional.

So today I went back, to give Matty s another shot. This trip was probably worse than the last time I went. The hostess didn t even greet us, she simply pointed to a table and said you want to sit there? Okay go ahead, I ll bring menus over , and then completed some other tasks before even bringing us our menus. Our menus were some very poorly designed flip books of some sort, that were clipped to a clip board. The menus were physically hard to open and read, since the construction of them was very awkward, and literally ever item on the menu was written with a different font, font size, and formatting. Not to mention the menu options were not very diverse, and a burger with some toppings would end up being fairly expensive for the area.

Our server (after asking half of the party what they wanted to drink, and getting a response of water) decided it would be good to just get everyone water first and get our drink orders later, without asking anyone else if they had a drink in mind. I wasn t too offended by this, until she brought out the water without saying a word. She immediately turned away to help another table and then wasn t seen for minutes. We decided to leave and take our business to a restaurant that would give us better service at a lower overall cost. Won t be back anytime soon

The sandwiches we had were done well. They do have a veggie burger. Wait staff was helpful with navigating food allergies. Would have liked to see our wait staff more often. The patio seating is beautiful and spacious.

The service was fantastic! My waiter was so nice! I ordered three sodas and a smokehouse burger. I loved the food and gobbled it up in under a second. What really made my night was when my server said that the meal was on the house! I won't state her name so he doesn't get in trouble, but I appreciate it! I will be dining again soon.
