Not sure why tax dollars fund this ineffectual agency. JBLM has large burns every day producing vast quantities of smoke which blanket Roy, and they do zilch.

Just another way for government to be big brother. I called about the smell from Cedar Grove Compost and they never got back to me and let me know what they found out. There's time still the smell is so bad I can't enjoy our back yard.

They care more about charging you money than ensuring that the environment is protected. They need to get their priorities straight. They don't clearly communicate how to fill out forms and penalize you with a fee for THEIR inability to make things clear upfront. I'm sure their behavior encourages people to illegally dispose of hazardous materials. If they really cared about their environment they would revise their fee structure and make the process more clear and up front. The lack of transparency from an agency like this is disgusting.

They clean so quick and fast, no inspection at all. Charged me almost 600 Dollars. The air duct still look very dirty. I take the pictures and sent to them. No response at all.

They try to steal your money for staying warm. Only source of heat but they want to fine us for burning during 30 degree days last winter. What a joke I wont be paying but will be filing a notice of intent with the city
