We're a big fan. As a local Milwaukeean, we've done all the breweries, wineries, and distilleries. MKE is a staple for us to bring out-of-town guests to. Great beer, fun tour/tasting, hipster-location.

The new building is gorgeous! We picked up the special purple glitter beer and pride glasses. The pre-order process was amazingly efficient! We were able to walk right up and pick things up. Can't wait to go back and spend more time there! Love the new spot!

We found this place while looking for places that offer complimentary Tesla charging stations in Downtown Milwaukee. Our Tesla charged for free while we enjoyed the food and beer at Glass + Griddle Beer Hall @ Milwaukee Brewing Company. Excellent Food! Excellent Ambience! Very friendly staff! Will visit again... and again... and again!

One of the grossest meals I ve ever had. I had a simple burger and a bloody. It was TERRIBLE! I would not wish this meal on my worst enemy. Burger was over done and 13 dollars for a burger with no side. Bloody was seasoned poorly. Only thing semi decent was my beer chaser.

Sunday at 3:30 no wait to be seated inside was empty. 1.5 hour wait for food. 20 Min for drinks... how is this possible? Decent beer - horrible service. Organise your kitchen and wait staff! what a disaster- hard to watch.

So proud of MKE and what they did with this Old Pabst place. Building went from an abandoned building to a beautiful gem for the neighborhood. Lots of great outdoor seating. There beer is great. They do great specials throughout the week. I went last week Thursday and got 20% off beer to go. Definitely worth a stop. Glass and Grindle is great. Check out the rooftop bar!

I came here on a "school organization" outing from Purdue with about 30 guys and their dates... $10 all the beer we wanted to try for about 2.5 to 3 hours... or at least what felt like 3 hours. I'm not just talking like a little taste they served us 3/4 a pint each time. We were in Milwaukee for the weekend and this was the highlight of the trip for me. You get to keep the pint glass and I bought a sweet t-shirt. Triblend shirt. I can't recall if it was $10, $12, or $15 dollars but it was damn worth it. Shirt is as smooth as your girlfriend's ass! I could not stop talking about this place. The staff was great too!

Maybe that's part of their plan? Get you tipsy enough to want to buy stuff. Well, it worked! Awesome place and great time! Oh... and I forgot to mention the beer tasted great too. HA!

I was in town for a Brewers game with a few other people who I went to college with and we do an annual Brewers game event in MKE. We walked from our hotel downtown to the Milwaukee Brewing Company. This was a Saturday early afternoon and it was packed by the bar and in the front area. The dinning area in the back was mostly empty. Our group of 9 was seated right away and our sever came over. He seemed like he wanted to joke around more with us then be our server, would ask multiple times over and over again that we should buy their beer and stay there instead of going to the Brewers game. The server was also just plain rude, a friend of mine at the table was looking at his phone and said to another friend look at this and pointed his phone towards the other friend. The server walked over and decided he also wanted to look and stood over their shoulder to look at the phone then stood there another minute or so watching what he was doing on this phone. When the bill came we asked if he could split it up for us and said no he didn't have time, although were the only table he was waiting on. He did say we could write out card number next to each item we got on the bill. We did this and some people paid with cash so we also wrote that on there. It then took him 30 minutes to run our cards and come back and he still had questions who was paying with cash. He then stood at our table and waited till we signed our slips and then took each one and looked at how much we tipped him. Only one person tipped well and that was the only person that received a thank you from him for coming in. Overall just a rude waiter, does not make me want to visit again.

The food overall was decent nothing that I would have to go back for again, but would try again and see if I would receive better service.

Two years ago, we toured the Second Street building. We loved it so much that we wanted to try the new location and bring our friends with for a tour before the Brewer game. Staff was really kind about changing our tour time to an hour early, thank you! Brewery Tour is great, Ford was a funny, knowledgeable tour guide, and the beer was phenommmmm as usual. Such a ridiculously awesome amount of beer you can drink, cool keepsake glass, and fun way to spend an afternoon. Can t wait to come
back to MKE again, it s become a favorite now!

The $10 tour is worth every penny and more!! Our tour guide, Tim, was practically a comedy show. I am not the biggest craft beer fan, but even I was impressed with the Outboard and some of their roatating taps. The tour consists of walking around one big room, but you get 2 hours of practically unlimited beer. Plus, awesome pint glasses to keep. We will definitely do this tour every time we stop in Milwaukee.

Hands down my favorite brewery in Milwaukee! I have done the tour (at the old location and the new one) more times than I can count. When people ask me which brewery they should go to, I always suggest MKE. Between the outdoor seating in the front, the huge brewery/restaurant, and the rooftop bar, there is plenty of space for everyone. Not to mention the amazing beer they make. I have yet to find one where I didn't instantly want another one.

This has to be Best beer tour in Milwaukee. Tour is a little long, about an hour. There are 3 breaks during the tour so you can sample beers. You have 30 minutes after the tour to still sample more beers. You get a token that you can redeem for a beer at places that serve MKE Brewing Co. beer. Don't drink and drive!

To sum it up, yummm, but the tour was a disappointment.

I have been to a lot of brewery tours. A lot. Milwaukee Brewing Company churns out some pretty delicious beer for the most part. Unfortunately their tour leaves something to be desired. The beer flows freely, which is hugely appreciated. I don't appreciate being limited on my beer tastings, and this is a big check in the win column for MBC.

The problem is with their tours. Their brewery is based out of one giant room, so the noise from the tasting area and other tours drowns out any hope of hearing your tour guide unless you are right up front. Some of the other tours in town do a great job of walking you through the process and giving you a lot of good information about brewing. MBC, probably tries to give you that info, but you only catch about every few words that they say. The microphones they have don't do much to help and really probably only bring up the noise level in the whole place to a higher level. I realize the only logical way to fix this is to either move... or limit your tours, neither of which are ideal or practical. My recommendation would be to hit one of the earlier tours if you want to get anything out of it besides a buzz.

One of the tours I was on here we had a great tour guide that was very friendly and from what I could hear very knowledgeable. The guide we had on this last tour was pretty rude and literally scolded several of the tourists for talking during the presentation. I understand you want to do your best to make sure everyone can hear, but you scolding a couple of guests isn't going to change the fact that the whole joint is way too loud to hear you anyway. Didn't seem to be very good customer service and actually made me feel kind of uncomfortable even tho I wasn't the one in trouble.

Atmosphere was fun and the food was decent but good luck finding somewhere to sit on a Saturday. Seriously why are you even open to the public if you booked 3 separate weddings and now can only offer 3 tables for people? May as well just shut down if you have most of your venue reserved for private parties.

Still a pretty big fan but ever since they switched to the new spot, the service level has gone downhill. Tours are still great, most bartenders are still great, but the dining level has not been enjoyable. Service is poor and food is not the quality you d expect.

What really prompted me to write a review was the difficulty I had booking a private group tour. My friends and I always book the Friday of National Marquette Day weekend. Group of 30-50 usually. Reached out about 2.5 weeks in advance and the event planner gal simply was unresponsive. I got the initial reply back, a clarifying question (not even answering my questions), and that was it. Not sure if my name was ever put down but I guess they didn t want our business?

If you don't enjoy this place you don't know how to enjoy yourself. The tour is educational and fun, and our tour guide was hilarious. The beer quality and variety is fantastic and impossibly cheap if you do the $12 tour. I try to visit Milwaukee Brewing Company every time I'm in town. Learn some history about Milwaukee and beer, it's worth it!

Had a great time on the tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and fun, the beer was great and plentiful, the "tour" itself is pretty short as it's a big open room but it was fun to see & hear the explanation of how it all works and learn some history of the beer. And of course, drink some beer.

Good brews, sweet layout and seating. Decent pricing for craft beer, attached restaurant was delicious and priced well. Service outside was a bit slow/inattentive at moments, but could have been related to post-pandemic push for getting outdoors and socializing.

Milwaukee Breeding Company Brewery is probably one of the best, if not the best brewery in Milwaukee. This new facility is humongous and has everything. There is outdoor seating, rooftop seating, and restaurant seating as well. Several different things to chose for food. The beer is pretty tasty as well! I would highly recommend someone visiting to come to this brewery if staying in Milwaukee.

Amazing tour! The employees were nice, glasses you get for drinking during the tour were beautiful and the guide was absolutely hilarious. For $10 there is absolutely nothing more worth the money than a stand up routine, beer science and copious amounts of ale.

This is the best tour in my opinion. For one hour you are allowed an unlimited amount of samples. The employees who lead the tours make the tour worth while. You get to keep your souvenir glass and have the chance to purchase additional merchandise.

A group of 3, clearly asking for service - we waiting market 15 minutes to ve acknowledged. After passing us 2 times, a random guy in classes and a white polo told us, "We're down two employees". Told us that our orders were invalid options for the "brunch" hour, although our friends had just ordered burgers and were allowed their choices. We completely changed our ordered based on the "preference of the hour" and had to settle. The server/bartender didn't provide us with the correct menu and after paying for our bill, didn't provide a receipt to sign and authorize the transaction or confirm the transaction. Never returning. Terrible service.

The tour itself wasn't the greatest. It's a small brewery so there isn't much to walk around and see. It's all pretty much 50 steps. Also some of the equipment like the masher barrel was in use so we couldn't see it from the top like other days. Our tour guide, wish I remembered his name, was great. Very energetic and funny. He also made sure you had time to refill your cup in the middle of the tour.

BUT, the beer was great. They give you a free glass and fill it full with your first beer of choice. Then you can sample half glasses for about 2 hours. I loved it. My wife tried half of the beer list and I tried the other half. It's nice to actually do a true sampling. Then you get one half glass of higher end beer.

Be sure to tip the bartenders/tour guides. Also purchase a 6-pack or two on the way out.

I enjoyed it and will go again in a different season.

Sat at the bar for almost 10 minutes while people around me got served. I didn't have Wisconsin colors on or knew any of the bartenders so I have to figure that played a role. Once someone did finally serve me and I mentioned that, I was told that I should have "flagged someone down" to get service. Maybe I could have, but I don't think that's how it generally works....

Great brewery tour, possibly the greatest. It was on a whim that we decided to tour on Saturday, we were at the Creamery across the street for a tour and well, nothing goes better with cheese than beer. They reserve half of all their tours for walk-ins, so I thought we might get lucky and get spot, we waited in line for a ticket for about 20 minutes once walk up sales started and when we got up to the table, there was only one time slot left, phew! It sold out completely a few minutes later. I was blown away when the bartender said it is all you can drink! For $10 / ticket you get a cool pint glass, all you can drink beer, and an informative and funny tour guide. It was such a great experience!

Awesome tour with lots and lots of beer. For $10 you get a full first glass and then half pours for the rest of the tour. The tour itself is a little crowded since it's all in basically the same area, but that adds to the comradeship of it all. Our tour guide I think was named Eric and he was hilarious. He also successfully switched me from a bottle drinker to a can drinker.
