Lors of seating. Handy location. Standard menu which I like.

Lot of table available, nice staff, but not a lot of topping on the pizzas. But this is normal for a chain...

Quick service. Waitress was very friendly. Pizza was excellent. Had the barbacoa, best pizza ive had from all these chain pizzerias.

Perfect again. Lovely service, even as a coeliac who needs strictly glutenfree food.

Food is always decent. Went at pretty quite time but the staff still managed to provide the wrong order but quickly corrected.

There was large clumps of bone in my sweatcorn pizza. Also hair in my lasagna

Had an amazing pizza with a hole in, filled in with super foods, sloe prosecco, wonderful ice-cream and a smidgen of Limoncello. Felt thoroughly spoiled. Staff very nice.

Had one of the worst experiences of pizza express today. I am a regular at pizza express and I initially received the wrong pizza all together, then they gave me the wrong pizza in return. Followed by them charging extra for something I didn t order. I got not apology and the staff didn t seem to care. I am extremely disappointed as it was my birthday treat from my sister and we are now late to a show which we had booked in advance. Terrible staff, terrible service and no thought to make us feel any better. Hope you can sort this out for anyone that comes! Thanks for ruining my birthday pizza express haymarket.

Pizzas were peppery and pasta was nice . But a very slow system

Came in before a show on a busy Friday night. We didn t have a reservation and they had no tables, however went out of their way to accomodate us and make sure we got our food quickly because they knew we didn t have much time.

It was very busy and we hadn't made a reservation however the staff still fit us in, we were served quickly, considering how packed it was, and the food was absolutely lovely

I've been to this pizza express a few times now...I'm a vegetarian and they have good options. their padana pizza is really awesome. Place was extremely crowded but it was a Friday evening and we still got seated. Good spacious place

I came in expecting nothing, I thought it was just a pizza-pasta kinda place with mediocre food. I was wrong ,Soooooooo wrong , I had such a good time i returned again the day after. Really recommend the place.

Family and I had a fantastic meal here the food was top notch, the only thing that lets the place down is the service, often very slow and not overly attentive.

Popular place to eat. I was told they had sold out of the pizza I wanted but then the chef surprised me by finding enough ingredients to make one which he delivered to me himself. Usually discount vouchers available on the internet but download them before you go as I couldn't get a strong enough signal to download in the restaurants.

Busy restaurant in theatre land. Worth booking if you need a pre show meal. There is seating downstairs so don't be put off it looks full.

The experience is amazing. Loved the food, the variety and the ambience. All in all, a good place to treat yourself.

Great variety of pizza. We got 3 different pizzas between 6 people and loved each. Service was prompt friendly and fast. I'm coming back tomorrow

Excellent pizza and appeared to have been run by an Italian manager which I like, but would have preferred Italian waitresses who know what they are talking about.

The pizza shop with student discounts is really good! Every pizza is very good to eat, the weight looks great, but because the bottom is very thin, the clerk said that one person can finish it!

Five of us have eaten three! Slightly slightly spicy, the eggs are also very tender, and it tastes great!

Sometimes even a standard Pizza Express can be just the ticket in the West End. Especially when the sun is beating down and kids are arguing.

Fantastic only nipped in at the end of the night after seeing only fools and horses west end show.. stayed for 3 courses. Fantastic food yet against eyes bigger than our bellies..

They have also gluten free variants of pizza and pasta. Great!!!!

The place very nice, the staff very polite and attentive, I see it expensive and above all they charged us for the service, a salad and a pizza plus two normal beers 51 pounds of which 9 and peak was for the service

As ever with Pizza Express, the food was great for a reasonable price.
However, the service that went with it was shocking. We were there at a busy time (early evening), but our waiter was consistently rude. We were ignored for 20 minutes while trying to get the bill (odd given they were busy!) and then when trying to pay with vouchers, the waiter was visibly annoyed with us for the inconvenience we were causing him. He then couldn't be bothered to scan all the vouchers and just presented us for the remainder of the bill (the food portion of which could have been covered by the unused vouchers). Decided it wasn't worth the fight, paid and left.
I've been to a lot of Pizza Expresses and always had good and cheerful service. Such a shame when someone lets the side down like that.
