I had a very pleasant experience with this company involving the purchase of a Lawn mower for my Son-in-Law. They have a good range and are reasonably priced with a broad range of parts available. He was thrilled with the mower and has since ordered a chainsaw and is considering one of their pressure washers!

If I could give 1 star I would!!! Mills brand are saying my item was dispatched on last week on Monday, but Auspost are saying that they don't have it. I have emailed mills brand everyday and I receive the same copy and pasted response saying its been dispatched. They are refusing to cooperate by lodging a case with Australia Post, Australia post have said they need to contact them with details of the parcel and description of the driver who collected the otem, but they are refusing to do that. They are a scam company and also go under the name of Edisons direct on My Deal, DO NOT USE THEM they will keep your money and never send your item.

Thus far my product has not arrived and my emails have been left unanswered.... And to make matters worse, when I call the phone number, it is simply a recorded message directing me to write and email - which I already know they won't reply to....Seems like a dodgy company.

Company has nothing but contempt and disregard for its customers. Refuse to answer phones, delivery time frame is 2 days, so I'm home waiting for 2 days... I had absolutely nothing else to do right??? Never buy from MB again. Very disappointing.

Ordered an item through Kogan. Told me there was an initial delay which was fine and provided an estimated date for the next dispatch. The day comes around and no update and said it was still processing my order. I emailed them and they provided an update that they cancelled my order. If I had not emailed them it probably would've kept telling me it was processing. I was after a high demand item and they said they had it in stock. Now I literally can't find it anywhere because I assumed my order would have been processed.
I ordered a item from this company back in December 19/12/19 and still not have received my order.My tracking no shows that the order was dispatched on the 20th Dec 2019.Seeing previous comments the exact thing has happened to me.
Couldn't be happier with the service. Placed order Monday night and received Thursday... just in time for Easter! Product is great and overall very pleased with service, delivery and product! Would recommend and can only say positive things to anyone dealing with this business.

Sham company. Don t offer refunds for faulty goods. Over 27 emails for a faulty product. Evasive communications, ignoring request for refund. Giving out wrong contact details to drag out the process. Very unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere!

I previously wrote a scathing review of this company but they took notice and fixed the issues associated with not being able to contact them as well as covering the cost of returning my faulty mower and refunding me. I tip my hat to them for actually taking notice and I would recommend them in the future. Reviews work people....make them but update them accordingly
Don't buy from the you can't make contact via phone, and you will have nothing but problems from the there products, which means extra cost of repairs
Got my first purchase from Mills today (which I bought on Wednesday) and couldn t be happier with it. Been using this pressure cleaner for an hour or so now - can t put it down, unreal product.

Ordered item through them on Kogan.com I told them I called courier company and they said item had gone missing as they don t know where it is all they do MB is give you every excuse under the sun I told them to cancel and refund my money and if it s not back soon I m going to department of fair trading then suing them for fraud loss of income and stree never deal with this company
These guys are dealing as Mytopia on Ebay. They are very quick to take your money and come up with every excuse to not give it back. I fixed my stuff up within 1 minute but you need to admit your stuff up and wear it
communication was excellent as was the speed of the delivery however the product itself i am not so sure but appears to be tinny low quality i have used it several times now it does the job but time will tell
