Not that great, lots of outside walking. Tried to hock a picture at the end for $15 instead of including a little free one considering it costs $10 for the tour.
A great tour with a well-made introduction/history video. Amazing capacity of brewing goes on here. Great souvenir shop.
Great tour and you get 3 free beers at the end! Gift shop is also very nice.
Tour guide Jack was fantastic and knowledgeable. $10 for a tour and a few beers a great deal.
Loved the free beer, and the tour was exciting as well.
Awesome place!! Must-see for anyone visiting Milwaukee! Fun and interesting, always good to learn something new
Very nice guide. Not a beer connoisseur, but was still good, was fun!
The historical importance of this place is phenomenal. The tour guides really do a great job!
My wife and I have taken many brewery tours across the country, and we were both disappointed by this one. Usually most tours speak of the brewing process. This one hit upon the scale of Miller's business via the bottling and shipping process, but included little on the tanks, ingredients, etc. The cave visit was a redeeming factor, but then the beer tasting selection at the end was limited and uninspiring. The time would have been better spent touring one of the many smaller breweries in the area.
You get your exercise of the day with all the walking you do ,at the end you're rewarded with full size samples of beer and some pretzels .
Neat tour. Worth a shot if you've never been on it.
I here the tour is lots of fun I've never been on it lol but lots of people I know have Miller is my favorite brewery I myself drive truck and have hauled many loads outta there for many years, there's lots to see there's many buildings I haven't even been in, if you like beer grab your lover or family or just some friends check it out and check into events,
A free tour with free beer there s not much else to say. The tour was really informative and took you to some sweet areas around the factory. The tour took about an hour. Staff were all friendly as well.
Even the crappy beer tastes great when its freshly brewed and its free, what could be better?
Checked in at main gate 15 min before appointment @ 13:45 got loadet 18:45
Miller not paying detention, because after sitting in waiting place you will sign in one more time before getting loaded... soooo you re automatically signing in after your appointment... that s giving them right to not pay detention;) smart Miller smart... you just got in no go list to just another carrier to you .
Excellent place to spend an afternoon. For 10 dlls tour with beer tests.
The staff is extremely knowledgeable. Its also a great learning experience for kids of all ages. And with the free samples of all you can eat pretzels and limited free beer you can't lose
AWESOME tour, from the intro video to cave walk and the FREE samples, good stuff!!
Tour guides were great, and you can't beat free!! The videos you watch are cheesy, but if you can stomach them you're rewarded with 3 beers. Their garden is gorgeous and the cave was a neat experience too. I didn't realize miller owned so many companies!
OK my name is Scott, i have been a drinker of the Milwaukees Best Premium for the last 17 years,As of 3 weeks ago we are unable to find it in a 40 mile radius. i have turned people on to this for race day and BBQs and all of a sudden we cant get it. MAYBE A LITTLE HEADS UP WOULD OF BEEN NICE to let us no if you guys are done with it. I had to buy every store out of the six packs. Now were gonna try this Keystone beer that everyone says is in our price range. Your ICE ANN LITE DO SUCK.SORRY JUST BEING HONEST. SO SORRY ITS BEEN A GOOD RIDE. Thanks for letting me vent. Scott
Interesting free tour. Serve enormous free samples afterwards. Definitely recommend if you are in the area and are interested in free beer. Your able to take as many pictures as you want. There are portions that require going up and down stairs (56 steps) so take that into account if necessary.
I am satisfied with their tour. Also, you do not need to reserve, but by order of arrivals
Great experience
.
Very polite, great experience! Exemplifies Milwaukee.
A lot of interesting information. We had a lot of on this tour
Fantastic tour! Interesting to see how the manufacturing process happens, learn the history behind some of your favorite product, and there is a free tasting at the end. A+!
Jack you around. Takes forever to get loaded. Sickening.
The tour overall was fine, the best part was the generous amount of free beer at the end. If you have done other major brewery tours (Anheiser-Busch, etc.) this tour might not be worth the time since it is less impressive and seems overall like less work was put in to designing the tour. Our group had some rowdy twenty-somethings and the tour guides did not make much of an effort to quiet them down, which took away from listening to the history/facts that were being told.
Interesting & informative. Beverage tasting is a bonus.
The tour was conducted by a super friendly host, but when you are moving on to receive free beers, the way they treat you is, rude, like as though we have come all our way here for just free beers.
Probably racist but I refuse to be treated this way, I am sure it's not a big deal to lose a customer.
... And I would never pick a Miller's beer, ever again, well even if it's free!
So here's mine... Just going down the drain.
For the price of the tour (FREE) you get a great historical education of Milwaukee, beer making, packaging & samples. The gift shop was very reasonable on their prices, ii was surprised.
Great tour for the money. You get four samples of beer along the way, which helps break up the 80 minute tour. You get to see the brewery, tanks, inn, and caves! A little outdoor walking and some stairs, but overall nice tour.
Very nice, upscale. I ordered prime rib. Cost 45. I could have got the same at any restaurant for about half the price. Waiter, very knowledgeable and polite. Good service. I had a taste of bone in ribeye 58, it was very good.
Had a great time today, the tour and guide were very informative. After the tour samples were served and appreciated due to the hot day.
A great way to spend a couple of hours! Lots of historical information, beer samples and a great keepsake glass to take home! Not bad for $10!
Be nice of you had your loads ready on time. Truckers get paid by the mile not paid to sit and wait for a load that should have been loaded 3 hours before we got there.
If you come here to get loaded, good luck. I'm 9 hours here and counting.
Excellent tour with great gift shop! Plan on a few stairs to climb for those with a hard time climbing. Highly recommend.
Enjoyed the tour definitely do it again & the samples were great also
Can t buy a pint of beer at the tasting room? Really? What a joke
Tour and beers were not bad but there are free brewery tours of Milwaukee craft brewers as well. This cost about $10
interesting, nice guide who will show you around and taste enough beer with a nice glass as a souvenir
A fun quick tour. It has changed now you drink beer during the tour, instead of just afterwards. Tour guides are fun and knowledgeable about there product. So if you have an hour and half to kill this tour is a good way to do it.
If you never been on a brewery tour before this is a great one to start with. Give you a great overview of how things work. Unfortunately you are always kept at a distance from what is going on and while they do a great job with covering most areas they fail to go into much detail. The tasting room at the end I find to be wonderful. Perhaps the best part of the tour. Ample parking and open most days. Does require some outdoors walking and quiet a few stairs, but overall it's a great way to spend an afternoon.
Really enjoyed hearing about the history of Miller. The history and architecture were very cool! The tastings were a plus!
Well it's an okay tour but now that they charge money for it, it's not as good of a tour. They also didn't show the video last time I went which really did a good job explaining the history of the brewery. If you go, make sure you read the timeline that is on the wall, it is very informative.
Need to check in 3 diffrent locations before get the door 1 hr approximately
They do a good tour. Its informative and enjoyable.
Been here quite a few times. Tour guides are always friendly an knowledgable. Each time we've taken tours the guides answer questions and add a great time to the experience. Great time sampling in the beer garden this trip.
This tour is great! Miller Inn, 4 free samples and the caves. Unique from the Budweiser tour. We really enjoyed jt!! It's Miller Time!!
Lots of great Milwaukee beer history and lots of terrific free samples along the way! Worth it!
Doesn't compare to MKE Brewing Company or Lakefront Brewery tours. Pretty commercialized with making you watch a video. But you get a generous amount of free miller lite.
One of my favorite brewery tours of all time. It's free and about 45 minutes long. You see a bunch of the beer buildings as well as the caves. And it ends with three beers!
Fantastic brewery tour ...and the hospitality room was great too! >Hic< Oops!
Honestly, kind of a bland tour. But it's still great to see how the process goes from start to finish as well as of course obtain the free samples at the end!
Great tour. Cool to see a macrobrewery. Ends with free beer samples.
The hours say it's open until 5:30, but the tour stops running at 3:40. Please update your page. Sincerely a thirsty customer.
Very nice! Interesting to hear the story of frederick Miller
Enjoyed the whole 1 1/2 event. learned a lot .
our girl was very informative.
Everyone should do this at least once
Overall it's an alright brewery tour. You don't really get to go on the production line floor and most of what they show you is videos. Doesn't really have any personality or any interesting experiences built in like other tours.
Excellent tour. So informative. Excellent samples. Miller light. High life. Crispin rose. Leinenkugels snowdrift vanilla porter, leinenkugels northwoods lager. Thank you for a lovely saturday afternoon.
