My wife and I have taken many brewery tours across the country, and we were both disappointed by this one. Usually most tours speak of the brewing process. This one hit upon the scale of Miller's business via the bottling and shipping process, but included little on the tanks, ingredients, etc. The cave visit was a redeeming factor, but then the beer tasting selection at the end was limited and uninspiring. The time would have been better spent touring one of the many smaller breweries in the area.

A free tour with free beer there s not much else to say. The tour was really informative and took you to some sweet areas around the factory. The tour took about an hour. Staff were all friendly as well.

Tour guides were great, and you can't beat free!! The videos you watch are cheesy, but if you can stomach them you're rewarded with 3 beers. Their garden is gorgeous and the cave was a neat experience too. I didn't realize miller owned so many companies!

Interesting free tour. Serve enormous free samples afterwards. Definitely recommend if you are in the area and are interested in free beer. Your able to take as many pictures as you want. There are portions that require going up and down stairs (56 steps) so take that into account if necessary.

The tour overall was fine, the best part was the generous amount of free beer at the end. If you have done other major brewery tours (Anheiser-Busch, etc.) this tour might not be worth the time since it is less impressive and seems overall like less work was put in to designing the tour. Our group had some rowdy twenty-somethings and the tour guides did not make much of an effort to quiet them down, which took away from listening to the history/facts that were being told.

The tour was conducted by a super friendly host, but when you are moving on to receive free beers, the way they treat you is, rude, like as though we have come all our way here for just free beers.

Probably racist but I refuse to be treated this way, I am sure it's not a big deal to lose a customer.

... And I would never pick a Miller's beer, ever again, well even if it's free!
So here's mine... Just going down the drain.

Great tour for the money. You get four samples of beer along the way, which helps break up the 80 minute tour. You get to see the brewery, tanks, inn, and caves! A little outdoor walking and some stairs, but overall nice tour.

Very nice, upscale. I ordered prime rib. Cost 45. I could have got the same at any restaurant for about half the price. Waiter, very knowledgeable and polite. Good service. I had a taste of bone in ribeye 58, it was very good.

A fun quick tour. It has changed now you drink beer during the tour, instead of just afterwards. Tour guides are fun and knowledgeable about there product. So if you have an hour and half to kill this tour is a good way to do it.

If you never been on a brewery tour before this is a great one to start with. Give you a great overview of how things work. Unfortunately you are always kept at a distance from what is going on and while they do a great job with covering most areas they fail to go into much detail. The tasting room at the end I find to be wonderful. Perhaps the best part of the tour. Ample parking and open most days. Does require some outdoors walking and quiet a few stairs, but overall it's a great way to spend an afternoon.

Well it's an okay tour but now that they charge money for it, it's not as good of a tour. They also didn't show the video last time I went which really did a good job explaining the history of the brewery. If you go, make sure you read the timeline that is on the wall, it is very informative.

Overall it's an alright brewery tour. You don't really get to go on the production line floor and most of what they show you is videos. Doesn't really have any personality or any interesting experiences built in like other tours.
