Nice tour. $10 for adults and free for kids. Four free beers throughout the tour (one at the beginning, one in the cave, one at the Miller Inn, and one at the end) plus a free pint glass and token to grab another free beer at a local bar. Lots of walking and stairs, so wear comfortable shoes. Was definitely worth the stop.

This tour was amazing and I definitely would do it again! For only $10 you got an amazing tour, several beers, a glass, and a token for a free drink at a local restaurant.
This place is really cool and has a good amount of history to it. Even if you are not a beer drinker, it's definitely worth it! Especially since you get 2 stops that offer soda to the non drinkers.

Considering that it's free and that you get free beer this is definitely worth a visit. We were given 3 small beers for free and a bag of pretzels each. They also give you free postcards to mail out with postage paid for!

I enjoyed the tour! Learned so much and I honestly didn't know a lot about the company. It's a lot of walking and some stairs, you can opt out if it's hard for you to go up stairs but I definitely recommend it. Gorgeous miller Valley that have that you'll walk. Great history

I was in Milwaukee for a concert and figured I would take the free tour.

It was very informative and high tech. A lot of information coming at you fast. At the end they had free beer at the beer garden. It was fun to see all the things old and new.

The videos were dreadful, but the tour was interesting and you got to sample three different beers (~8 oz. each) along with unlimited mini pretzels at the end. They had soda for those who couldn't imbibe as well.

My family really enjoyed the tour. I is very reasonable priced. Nate was our tour guide. You get to taste 4 beers which serving time is spaced out. This is a walking tour, so put your walking shoes on. We learned about the history of the company, and beer making, even got a brief lesson in logistics. We got walk through an old underground tunnel. They rent out some of the historical buildings to the public for special events. I would have given it a five it we could have seen the introduction video.

Whole production facility was down; been trying to get here for nearly a decade, only to be charged quite a bit to walk in the cold between buildings only to see stagnant equipment. Very, very disappointed

Showed up 5 minutes before start of last Saturday tour that appeared to be full. Somehow ;-) managed to land a few tickets for the family. Everyone enjoyed the tour. The check in gals were great and very helpful. The guides were nice as well. Caves and inn were awesome. Packing and beer garden were also great.
Very nice gift shop.
Cool place. Will do again next time we are in Milwaukee.

Not a normal Miller brand drinker (I do enjoy the champagne of beers once in awhile however), but the tour was informative and the guide was super knowledgeable. I would revisit and recommend if your in the area to check this American treasure out!

Nate just finished taking our tour group through the process of creating this delicious, crisp, cold brew. He's patient, informative, happy to answer all questions.
This was every bit as cool as the Mrs. and I had hoped for. Bought a few shirts and magnets at the gift shop and am now enjoying the 1855 brew here.
I must mention that parking was a breeze. The lot is spacious and there's no charge! This is rare for tourist destinations in Milwaukee. Try visiting the museums or restaurants and get by so easily, not going to happen.

Typical brewery tour, but wasn't a bad experience. A short film about the history of the company and then off to the bottling area. Very informative presentation and staff.

They show you a HUGE warehouse and explain how much of it goes to Chicago alone... It's astounding to think of that much beer being consumed every day just by the city.

Toward the end, you can go up the stairs if you want to experience the boiler. I did not personally go, but many of the group did and all came down sweaty and saying how hot it was at the top. They all appeared to be glad they did it.

They end with a brief trip down into the old school caves where they kept the beer cold. You don't go very far, but it's neat to see where they would store it before refrigeration.

Fun tour guides and neat to see the bottling plant, although it doesn t run during Saturday tours. They are generous with the samples and the history tales. One of our favorite brewery tours in the U.S.!

Not family friendly. We came from Chicago with two kids under 3, the lady said at beginning of tour after the movie that if we wanted to go straight to the beer garden we could. We had intended to go on tour but kids were getting crazy so decided not to ruin anyone else s time and went to beer garden. Got there and they said we needed to wait for our tour group so could not do the free samples, or we would have to go back to main building and pay for partial tour. Had the tour guide made it clear that going there early was only an option for those who had paid for a special tour we would have known but did not. Oh well. Complete waste of time for us.

We made a last minute decision to go to the Miller brewery and it was great. The tour is totally free! It comes with all of the corporate polish you would expect. I have done a ton of brewery visits, but this was unique because of the scale, history, and significance to the city of Milwaukee. You get four reasonable pours of beer at the end. That and the visit to the caves would be worth an entrance fee but once again, it is totally free!

It's hard to criticize a free tour that gives you free beer, but the projector was broken so I didn't get to hear any of the history of the brewery. Also, due to the size of the tour, it felt rushed and was not as in-depth as I would have liked. My favorite part was the cave and the packaging facility.

The Miller tour is a top notch experience. We got to try multiple good beers. Our tour guide was Nate, and her really new his stuff. The your was about 90 minutes, but I would expect it could go close to 2 hours if your group asked many questions. Cost was reasonable and you get a glass. $5 for instate IDs and $10 for out of state.

For a free tour this is great, especially for out-of-towners who know the brand but not the history. Mostly shown packaging and shipping, which is a major part of this second largest facility for Miller (sorry for the spoiler). At the end you get to sample some brews, and we sat with folks from Florida and Colombia - shows the brand reaches far, and everyone loves free beer!

Tour gives a great story about the history of the brewery and how it grew from one man's dream for greatness to offer several popular malt brews nationally. It's fun, low priced, educational, and offers beer samples.
