Millenium Staffing Solutions Review

The jobs i have gotten are nothing higher than 8.25. They also lie.... SHOCKER. i was told i would be paid $9 an hour for a job( i have proof) and come to find out i got paid $8.25. I called to asked what happen and they have no clue. Value yourself people, they dont deserve your hard work for such little pay. On top of that they are rude! The reason I am giving 2 stars is due to a recruiter named Scott he is absolutely the best! He's understanding, caring & there for you. The rest are liars and could careless. Try another staffing agency please. They also take so long to process ANY type of paper.

So 1st off how do u be hr and manger ween u cant keep up with your self and i respect. A person that can stop blameing people. For not coming to that 8.25 as job now it would be better if they treat u with respect. But they all hang up on you but ween u hang up on they. Ass you mad please. I was returning the faver now i got a new job with out the and now i get payed 12.00hr ween they taking all yo money this place is trash to staffing in California. And the manger. Is to rude and im not the only one she say in rude ween she be the 1st person talking bout people. Ween she so rude its not professional at all ever. Time i call for time she said i was rude like ween im no longer bout to take orders fron some one that ack like she dont lime black people

If I could give negative stars I would. This place was rude, disrespectful, and racist. I came in with an employer I had already been working with. They wanted to keep me on but as a contractor. They use Millennium for those purposes. The moment I walked in, I felt I welcomed. The office is dingy and run down. Emma has the worst interview skills, and personality. When I mentioned I was in school and the employee was willing to work with my schedule, she laughed. I have never been through a staffing agency, but let me tell you. Don t choose this one. There are plenty all over the Vegas valley. Know you are worth more than how millennium treats people. Just read other reviews. You will find how bad it is.

The lady answering the phone left me on hold first time 5 minutes and than disconnected 2nd call phone just ring and ring 3rd call 12 minutes and disconection.FINALLY I CALLED AND ACTED LIKE I WAS AN EMPLOYER and pushed the number on the phone for that and I finally was able to explain what happened and that lady was able to help me schedule an interview with no problem.What A lot to go thru for an interview for a staffing agency!!!!

My husband had a tough start with them, but it is going very good for him now

There were issues with getting paid on time some of the clients dont have it together, you can never get anyone on the phone

Always cut you off and throw you away like trash after a short period

You lose 4 hours to apply. They ask for your birth certificate, which seems to me discrimination. They do drug tests to you, they all accept you and then they never call you. They abuse your need.

The lady with the long hair who's pregnant. Watch out she'll make you clock out if you don't know where the nearest bathroom is and tell you you can't use the bathroom until you clock out. Very unprofessional..

Not very helpful. Staff is very young and inexperienced and far removed from its candidates. Additionally, there were hidden fees that took away from my first paycheck. I will not go back.

They have given me an opportunity to work and im greatful for millenium if it wasent for them i would be in the streets with my kids it just takes some steps to work for millenium but it got me a job but i dont have that job novmore because of someone that still works at the shops i dont have that great job no more if millenium staffing only if they listened to the truth and dont listen more to higher personal i would still have my job yes they do hire people but they dont know how they treat us to where they send us and they beleive them then the people thay go to work

they fired me when I was on my workman's comp because they didn't want to pay me workman's comp they fired me and gave me a lame excuse saying that I was no-call no-show when I had seen the day before they fired me and they they owe me back pay because they were only paying me 825 an hour when minimum wage is 845 an hour

Two years ago didn't have a problem with them. But the past eight months I have been trying to contact them no response, email my availability text my availability call it in once again nothing. I call leave voicemails no one returns phone calls. I don't know what happened to them.

I worked for them for about 5 months. While I was employed I never had an issue being paid on time. Soon as I find a better job. Magically I don't get paid. American key supply was where I was placed. I really don't know if millinium had anything to do with that. It seems like American key supply did that. My problem with Millinium is how they have handled the situation after the fact. The main woman who answers the phone is extremely rude. No one will even call me back. I'm a step away from contacting the labor board. Fast forward. Now it's tax time. Instead of giving w2's in a timely fashion. Seeing how their temp employee's don't make much money. Lastly they have barely ansered the phone since the first. I hand to call, hang up call ect. to be told it was being mailed on the 31st. Only to call back on Feb 2nd to be told that they went out 2 weeks ago and come pick it up. Unprofessional office staff . I hope that when they need timely service, no one cares and on top of that has an attitude problem. I wish I could give no stars.

Been working with them at the same place for 3 1/2 years and I'm grateful for the work but someone needs to really LOOK at the health coverage they are giving that DOESN'T HELP at all and u don't get raises at ALL !!! So that my look at it .

You can be with this company for months and the minute you have a something in your life abd miss a gig they let you go so dont settle for less they act like they care but your just filling there pockets while you do all the work worst mistake in my life

The only thing I like about this company I was working in two days. But, other than that these people don't care about you.

Worst place every I been working for them and its always always something with being paid on time or even at all.. Emma has the worst customer service skills talk to u like your a kid.. Never again I been here for two hours waiting on a check that was supposed to be paid to me last week there's about ten people calling for the same thing don't waste your time your bills will be late n they don't have no control over pay roll

Great place to work for!!!1 They kept me working and have the friendliest staff that I have worked with in my career.

They dont really care for there employees and try to make you do the most there for 8.25. The supervisors talk about workers behind there backs and shows favoritism. I suggest you should go if you need quick money but dont plan on staying. They are also stingy with hours where u might work 4 days with less than 20 hours.

Still bs at this place, who is running this business. How are they making money. I would like to talk to someone e in charge, but it Appears to be run by monkeys. Get a job somewhere else, this place won't be around much longer..

Always have to keep picture of your clock in and out because they will lose it constantly maybe you get paid 3 weeks after you have worked but if you want to waste your time great woman owned company

Dorothy is very rude. Told her I could not take a job she offered me because of the schedule and she hung up in my face. Very unprofessional. They don t have good job offers anyways.

Went in today and walked out with an assignment. Alex was very helpful throughout the process. The process itself was very easy going. I recommend giving Millenium Staffing a try. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, it was a great experience.

Charged me $37 for a background check without telling me it would be at my cost. First check was 3 days late and short. Not a great place.

I'm giving one star because of Judy. head employee (unsure what's her position but I know it's a higher position) who is must be Satan's mother because she's the rudest, unprofessional, evils employee I've in counter in my work experience. You call off? She wants to EXACTLY why you're calling off like excuse me? You don't need to know %100 of my business on why I'm calling off. It's that simple I'm calling off for a reason. You got a question? She'll put you on blast in front of co workers by yelling with a attitude like a five year old but that's for any reason actually. Yes they'll have work but with that attitude Judy (don't know her last name but she's old, big, tall, pretty much Big Bird that's working for a ratchet/getto place when the higher boss is making more than all of them, so there just sheep of his or her's) believe the way this old bag talks to another human being is unacceptable and unprofessional. You can ask anyone who works there but the ones in the office will probably not say bad because Judy has them by a leach. They need to replace her and put more nicer employees.

Told them I have plenty of call center experience and lined me up with some food handout gig. pathetic. dont even bother telling them what experience you have they will just hand you over to something tedious with dress code and no facial piercings for minimum wage. i recommend epic personnel they have call center positions that start at 9.25 with no dress code and no piercing policy.

Awful company where should one begin? Office staff 0 Pay 0 Accountability 0 Organization 0 Easy Hire 1 well after the $37 for your background check. Well they at least get 1 out 5 so they get 1 star #loosers

Went in today got something on the spot. My experience from the kind receptionist gentleman to a quick paperwork then interview all the ladies in the office were very kind to me and my family. So excited I joined this team!

I have worked for Millenium Staffing for a year and a half. I have had many opportunities to work and try different jobs in local businesses. The staffing recruiters work hard to make sure we are busy. Thanks.

Millenium provided me with tons of opportunities and i received my last 3 full time jobs through Millenium. I went from a temp. admin. assistant to a full time manager at one of the largest corporations in the world, and i would never had gotten that chance through the normal application process. I can't thank Millenium enough for the opportunities they provided, they changed my life. Huge thank you to Judy Caldwell and Debbie Schmidt for all their hard work.

I've never utilized a temporary employment service before. I've known friends that have and suggested I look into them when I was looking for a career change. I sent my resume to a few agencies here in Las Vegas, Millenium was the only one that offered same day interviews. If you are hard working, reliable and have a pleasant personality they will hire you. I've had many assignments that I accept because i'm looking to change my career. Millenium has made it possible for me to use my skill set and be able to add to it. The staff at all levels are really supportive. Go to this agency first! Really....

This was by far the worst temp agency I have ever been to! I just got to Vegas about a week ago and need it to find a job when I got there to interview they kicked me out because I had holes in my shoes I had apologized and told them I did not know I had to have perfect shoes so I had to reschedule and the woman at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever met I remain to be kind to her because that's just how I am. I just don't know what bring someone to be so ugly to someone they have never met before. I ended up going to Manpower it's another temp agency in Vegas they were much much better

Highly recommend ! Alex was great, awesome beard, and i got a job the same day i applied ! If you need something ASAP, go in between 8am and 1pm. Ask for Alex !

They just cut you off when you're talking .. Kind of rude. Rachel was very short and vague with me even after I went through the trouble of completing the online app. I scheduled a 10:30am interview with her but I won't be wasting my time. I've had much better service at other staffing agencies.

Called to reschedule interview appointment and receptionist was extremely rude over the phone not letting me tell her my name so I can cancel. She didn't say who she was and covered her rudeness and lack of customer service by quickly saying thanks for calling. Once again this person just wants to sit on her ass and collect a paycheck

Why is it called a staffing agency if its a temp service?
It would help if the recruiters didnt have attitudes after they get you enrolled
They take weeks to find you work and whem they tell you about a job its minimum wage. They Barbara i want to say told me with a disrespectful attitude i shouldve known, but how would i have known if know one told me. I would imagine its a staffing agency that takes money off the top for a finders fee.

You want fast money try it but otherwise it Awful place to work don't make it a long term goal in work if ur looking for something long term some not all of the employee hiring are rude af btw one assignment I got at a pool spot had a fool talking to himself they do hire anyone trust me

I worked there for a few weeks. I had 3 paychecks in total- 1 was correct, another had missing hours and the last had nothing at all! They did not account for my hours and acted like it was my fault. Emma was rude and unprofessional and when I asked what happened she just seemed like she didn t give a sh it. I wasted all day for then to fix it and not until I acted upon myself and called who they placed me with, did I get paid. Terrible experience and watch your money people!!! They will try to get away with not paying what they owe you!!Watch and keep track of your hours. Lesson learned

Soooo many issues with this company. I have a brother who is 19 and is living with me until he leaves next month to go work again but since he s staying with me he needs money. When he signed up we took him to his interview and asked the people at the front desk if he could call us from their phone so we can pick him up after his interview because he lost his phone and the narrow minded receptionist said well how are we going to call him if we have a job for him ? GIRL we have a HOUSE PHONE you can CALL him on that one. They made him work a very bad shift 11:45pm-7:45am and was told he would be getting paid $9 an hour for FOUR days but when he got his card yes his CARD not a check it was only $108.00 ?????? He called them and asked what happened to the rest of the money and they said that this is all we could do ... I used to be a customer service representative so I will be calling tomorrow and I don t play when it comes to $$$ go somewhere else like Pride Staff they are the real deal and you get PAID for what you work for.

Had an appointment with Nidia at 11am. I showed up at 10:30. The doors were locked. The office was closed. The lady who scheduled my appointment wouldn t respond to my calls when I tried to call to see why nobody was there. I know she had her phone on DND because the first time I called it rang for a minute. The second time I called it went straight to voice mail. I m upset that my time today was wasted on this nonsense.

They called me, and asked me if I was still interested in working with them. I agreed to schedule an interview and come into the office. If they weren t going to take it seriously why even bother calling me to begin with?

Who calls someone and ask them to come in for an interview and then just blows them off completely?

Don t schedule appointments and ask people to come in for interviews if you re not even going to show up at your own office.

Very unprofessional people that work there. From the moment you walk in the door to the whole hire process. People don't waste your time going to them. I use to work there and a couple of years ago and this is Not how you were treated. New ownership has really let down the employees. There are plenty of other agency's you can go to that treat you with respect. At Millenium you are just a number and not a actual human being.

If you are a new client looking to hire employees, please do not use Millenium. Please look further and call another agency. Millenium employees are noting but rude and disrespectful. The are under new owners and this place has really gone downhill.

Called because I just moved him from California, I wanted too know how you apply for the company (basics instructions) the lady on the phone was a little rude. Told me to go online and apply (as if I knew the answer, she was speaking to me as if I was dumb) and told me she can't give me any other information. Not good customer service and keep in mind first impression is everything too ppl. Thanks but no thanks Millennium staffing.

They dont pay on time , and if you call and walk in for a check they just have the same lame excuse as if they're job is hard , multiple people that I know were not paid or underpaid and never was able to resolve the problem . I honestly dont know how they're still an Agency , plenty of other Agencies out there, so do yourself a favor and just avoid this one.

I've been with a few temp agencies SMS I must say millenium has been awesome. Since I started in April they've kept me working steady and they're always there for me. Lisa and Nidia are extremely helpful and very polite and respectful. I'd tell anybody to come to Millenium

New to area. Great place to find employment if you want to work. Be prepared to apply, show proof of eligibility, and drug test immediately.

Completely unprofessional. Most of the recruiters are impossible to get a hold of when you need them. They have no problems about keeping you on hold for an hour before you talk to someone.

Millennium barely glances at your resume, pays no mind to the schedule you submit, calls you last minute for assignments, and has incredibly rude employees.

They called me less than an hour before my 9:30 interview to cancel my interview because their computers were down. They told me the next available date they had was 2 weeks later at the same time. Day of the interview I called before to ask their cross street and also if their building was in a plaza. The Receptionist told me it wasn't. It is in a small business plaza a little off the street. You won't see it from the front. I ended up driving around looking for the building and was 5 minutes late. She asked me for my cards and then told me the woman wouldn't see me but I could reschedule. Fair enough but I'll still be the same person next week and in the meantime staffing agencies are a dime a dozen. I told her I'll keep looking. I'm employed just looking for part time work.

They wasted my time having me get ready for my original interview because of their computers being "down" so it would have been nice if they gave me the decency of seeing me but it's a blessing in disguise I'm sure. The reviews are awful so that's a red flag. Cold and stuffy. The Receptionist is really dry with no personality. You can tell you're not a real person to them. Just a temp.

My experience with this staffing agency is they treat u like dirt. Stay messing over you and your money Gloria is a big fat liar she called the police on me and lied and Christina always need your help but then she act like she dumb when she be messing up. I was shorted the ol' show up to an assignment and cancelled assignment and we'll pay you for 2 hours thing that they do.

When I emailed them about it, I heard nothing back and zero job assignments.

One of their agents made fun of my clothes and told me to go home and change if I wanted an interview... I was wearing khaki shorts and a button down shirt. I felt totally humiliated for no good reason. I guess the guy wearing sweatpants and a stained t-shirt that came in to pick up his check while I was waiting gets a free pass since he's already working for Millennium. Pretty sure I was discriminated against just because of my ethnicity but I certainly can't prove it. Don't interview here for a job with Ocean Spray in Henderson, NV. They make you interview with 5 people at once and even if you 'get the job' you actually didn't because you have to work through the temp agency for months, sometimes years, before actually being hired directly by Ocean Spray. Until that time, you're an employee of 'Millennium Staffing', not Ocean Spray. That means no Ocean Spray pay or benefits. You've been warned.

This staffing agency is AWFUL. They will get you terrible jobs, paying you way less than you should be earning. The staff is atrociously unprofessional and not at all supportive (thanks for nothing "Debbi"). Stay away from this horrible place.

There staff is highly untrained. I have worked for many companies and definitely this one doesn't know the difference between a Convention Center or a Arena. They also don't know anything the jobs intails. I was told to go to training for the arena and I work it all the time for other companies so I said no to the training. They decided to assume I took the training when I didn't because it was at the "arena". I worked one day at Sam Boyd Stadium and I was more trained on how to run the stand than there actual stand manager employees (I didn't get paid enough to manage or try and figure out how to get that place to code). If you are highly trained in many different areas and don't like companies that don't have a clue what they are doing. This is not it. I wish them the best they pay $9 an hour for most gigs when other companies are paying $10.50+ for the same gig.

Joyci the receptionist is very rude, very unprofessional. Can't understand how she got that job. I'm disappointed with millennium.

I can't speak from experience because I have never been employed there, but I did work for one of their Staffing competitors and heard that their company pays more. Must be willing to take overnight shifts...again this is hearsay but definitely worth checking out.

I had heard great references of this company, but when I called to inquire, the receptionist (Rachelle) was very disrespectful. The poor service that I received was not from a serious nor professional company.
They don't know how to help a client; they lack education and decency but they abound in sarcasm. My expectations were high but dropped after having a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this company unless they change their impolite behavior and begin acting professional. Make a change, because your company will not grow with such a blunt attitude!
I feel sorry for the employees who have to deal with this everytime they call.

This is a horrible very UNPROFESSIONAL place to work for. They didn t pay my husband 3 separate times and then he had to wait for the following week to receive his pay all because the agency didn t input the information and hours in the system but they didn t care that he needed his pay to get back & forth to worth. Than the office receptionist lied in a whole crew of workers and got them all removed from being able to ever work for the company because she didn t know names so she blamed everyone on the work site. Furthermore it s now February 13 and they have yet to mail out W-2 s. This is by far the worst temp agency I have ever seen and they make TOO MANY ERRORS and than want to place blame everywhere but on the office staff whom is messing up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD WORKING SKILLS ON THIS PLACE VERY UNAPPRECIATIVE OF PEOPLES LIVELY-HOOD
