Boutique hotel very upscale a secret gem in palm beach

Outstanding gazpacho, lobster rolls, service and decor. It is in the top 3 restaurants so far on Palm Beach Island.

Great boutique hotel in Palm Beach. Small and upscale. Caters to older guests. Wonderful spot to relax. Some rooms going through renovation make sure you are not next to one.

Top Notch! These people really understand the meaning of luxury. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out we felt like the only guests at the hotel. The valet/bell men were fantastic.

I have to say that Chris really stood out from the rest. He was very nice. He offered many recommendations and made us feel very welcome upon arrival. He also was our driver to the beach. Once we got there we weren t too thrilled about the location so he took us back to the hotel and recommended another beach that the locals visit. Evan checked us in and out. Also very polite and friendly. All staff addressed us by name whenever they saw us.

We booked a two bedroom. It s was so spacious! Much larger than we had expected. There were two bathrooms. Each had a shower and well as a tub with jets. Fantastic!

The only thing that I can say was lacking in the room as a coffee maker. I m used to always having one, even if I don t use it. Luckily the restaurant was just a couple minutes away from the room and provided and excellent cup of coffee. We will definitely return!

We have spent several days in paradise! Room perfect! Our court yard suite wonderful! ! The resort is so peaceful for the adults set!! One night due to a wedding Ice to our room was slow! We understand! House keeping was good! But could of replaced or cleaned our used wine glasses! Next to missing one night turn down! Not one complaint! Truly a magnificent boutique hotel in Palm Beach! Worth every penny!We highly recommend! Don't believe any reviews that are negative! The resort is Rich in history! And truly relaxing!

The rooms are very spacious (we stayed in a suite, not sure if all rooms are like this) and the grounds itself are beautiful. Lots of flora to enjoy, as well as beautiful sitting rooms.

Excellent place to relax and unwind in West Palm. Very close to the beach and a few blocks from Worth avenue. Highly recommended!

There are so many things to love about this hotel that I am sure that I will forget a few of them in this review. The private terrace that we had in our bungalow made staying in Palm Beach feel more like a home away from home than just another hotel stay. The tub provided and exceptional bath. Nice and roomy and the soaps provided where pleasant yet not overly perfumed. The small pool provided a great daytime oasis that didn't feel crowded. It felt more like having friends in the garden for cocktails. You knew other people were there but the alcoves made the experience feel private. My husband and I enjoyed venturing the hallways like some sort of art scavenger hunt. Picking out our favorites along the way. Once we did return to our room we decided on room service on the terrace. Wonderful food, great service, and very prompt. Nothing is left without thought to detail. Right down to the labeled Brazilian Court Water. <3 The breakfast scones were to die for! Served with creme just as they should be. We will definitely return every time we are in this area.

Most luxurious place I've stayed in a long time. Staff and facilities were top notch. They offer Florida residents special rates in the off season too.

Great weather, place is lovely with two courtyards. Excellent food and housekeeping.

The Brazilian Court is absolutely beautiful and Cafe Boulud is one of the great restaurants of Palm Beach. I wish for the day, though, when they will present as spectacular a vegan dish as they do everything else, rather than having to ask for a special dish. When I asked for a vegan dish, they gave a very nice rice pilaf with some broccoli bits - very tasty but I think they can do even better.

Limited occupancy at this time. Example they have 80 rooms, 20 are residents. So only 10 rooms rented out per night. Parking is limited as well. Front desk could definitely have been a better host and rep for his area. Location isn't really near much except homes.

Staff treated us so kindly. It has a nice atmosphere.

Went to the hotel for drinks with a friend. Service was fantastic and friendly. Atmmoshere was very calming and Rich. Relaxing but elegant place to grab dinner and a drink!

Fabulous hotel! Charming hidden gem in the heart of a neighborhood. Spacious, well appointed rooms with great amenities. Close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.

When it was all done did a great job for my mother-in-law s birthday party. organization at first trying to get everything ready for the party left a little to be desired from staff but when came time they did pull through and we are very happy with the results

This is a great place for dinner and drinks. The service is impeccable and the food is unique and delicious. The monthly wine tasting dinners are well worth trying out as well as they are very social and informative.

Went for the dinner, it was delicious. They had brought in strawberries from Spain to make a delicious strawberries pie!

My initial impression was very good, but overall my stay was very disappointing. The main problem is indifferent service and very indifferent management. Positives: the grounds and the location within easy walk to Worth Avenue. The rooms are decent too. However, during my 10 day stay in mid January I was awaken almost every day by loud construction noise. I complained, but the management didn't care, and the noise continued. At times it was so loud, a conversation inside the room was impossible. Unacceptable.

I dont giv out 5 star ratings lightly .. Cafe Boulud is one of the best restaurant meals Iv ever had .. even better than NY Prime .. the Brazilian Court is also on par with 5 stars but the real gem is Cafe Boulud (and their pates !!) did the 5 course flight (with apps) so it was more like 8 courses with even some extras thrown in .. the wine I had was exquisite and the on-site sommelier was fantastic ! I xant wait to go back nd palm beach is lucky to hav this chef .. !

We had a fantastic time during our stay at the Brazilian Court hotel. The customer service that we received was Exceptional.

I had dinner at this place a coupe times and the food is delicious and the service is perfect. I recommend it for a romantic dinner or lunch in the outside area.

A one of a kind experience in Palm Beach and well worth the money. Every room has the best bathtub you've ever bathed in. The ambiance is old Palm Beach without the pretention, and the staff is top notch. There is an old, monk like fountain area that's so unique, and the whole property is filled with hidden gems like a hallway art gallery, a salon (that cut my bangs for free!), and a gorgeous pool with hidden enclaves for privacy. Food program is to die for and its walkable to all the amazing treasures the island has to offer.

This is an awesome place nice and elegant and quiet and the food is absolutely outstanding I highly recommend a meal here

Love this hotel! Not only is it beautiful and intimate, the staff is so helpful and courteous.
The beds are wonderful, and the bathroom large! The bar and restaurant are chic. Treat yourself!

Such a nice classy place. I came here for a wedding and the scenery is just beautiful. It's a very laid back place and everyone is friendly.

The best compliment for this place is that you never feel like you are in a hotel. Stayed the weekend and there was not one thing to be negative about. The entire staff is always on point opening doors and very welcoming. The grounds are amazing with lounges to relax anywhere. The rooms are very large with a walk in closet, huge shower, huge jacuzzi tub. Having the best restaurant in Boulud is just another plus. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel. Too pricy for what it is. But still nice and comfortable room, large bathroom with shower and bath tub.

Nice hotel, this is first time I went there for pickup my passenger from this hotel but I was surprised. Looks so nice and customers service very good. We do offer pickup and drop off with our LUXURY car service. This is DIAL9 LUXURY CAR&LIMO service powered by Lucca transportation. I suggest people should try at least for One time with that.

Rooms were dated, service at breakfast a disaster, worse part was the valet scratching my brand new Range Rover... but if you notice it after you drive off! Tuff luck.

TERRIBLE SERVICE at a beautiful hotel. This past week stayed for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom suite at the Brazilian Court Hotel. It was amazing how many things were or went wrong with the room and the staff's response was surprising. The smell of musty/mold was immediate upon entering the suite and when each closet,etc. was opened. There were no water bottles in the room, no coffee pot, etc...We asked to please have a coffee pot and they did not send one so we ordered room service coffee. When we called later that day to ask again for the pot, it came with 3 pods for the Keurig in a suite! When we called about it, they said they would remove the room service from our bill and send complimentary coffee each morning at 8:30. They did not remove it from the bill and sent it the next morning, but not the following one. The first morning we were awakened to LOUD noise for about 30 minutes outside our room and asked to please not have it again the next morning. We were told they could find nothing. We called to ask for the room to be cleaned while we were going to be out for 4 or 5 hours. When we left, a nice cleaning lady asked if we were all out of the room and we said yes and would be gone for most of the day. When we returned, it had not been cleaned. We called and staff said we did not leave the light on to tell them to clean it. No one mentioned a light at all at check in, etc. We asked to order a drink and food at the pool and were told he was going off duty (not let me get someone else for you). We went to order a drink in the courtyard outside at 9pm and were told there were no servers and to go inside if we wanted anything. Lights were out in the showers, I could go on and on....When checking out, we were asked if we had a pleasant stay and I said there were a few issues. No one asked if they were handled, what were they, nothing....This should NOT be a 4 diamond hotel!!!

Breakfast in the courtyard was terrific! Quiet, despite being full of people. The food waffles with fruit we're delicious. The coffee, surprisingly great-tastes just like what you get in Paris.

Perfect in every way! Danielle and most everyone at the front desk are always accomodating. Cafe Boulud is superb and the service is unsurpassed. Our favorite hotel in Palm Beach.

Super garden makes it a great setting for any occasion.

I visit this spot a lot since I work nearby. I have to say the service is always good and they keep the place well organized all the time. Pricing is affordable and they serve sizeable portions.

Just went, there is wifi everywhere... and it is free!
