Absolutely awful! Placed an order on 1st April which arrived wrong, returned it within a fortnight & was promised a replacement which I was fine with. Over the next two months my communication was ignored except for one email reassuring me the items would be dispatched soon & shortly afterwards I was refunded with no explanation or notification that this would be happening!!
Terrible service. They called me after getting my order wrong to say I had to pay more money for the item as they listed it wrong. So not only do I now have no equipment for the kids games but now have to wait days for my money back. You've lost a customer right from the start.
The delivery arrived very quick, when I realized that they sent one wrong item of the set. I tried to reach them because from Germany it costs more than 4.60 pounds for return. Until now I never got an answer or a reply to my calls. I don't think I ever will. I'm pretty disappointed.
I have ordered bean bags pack of 4. Each one should be a different colou and we got 2 red bags! The quality of material is very poor as well.
