We bought a house in 2011 which was then 5 years old and built by de Vries and Verburg.
Soon we did not get warm in the house in the winter and it blew in everywhere.
Reported this to the V & V but did nothing.
I did a blower test and it turned out that the house was leaking in places where it was not allowed.
The V&V did something then but nothing helped.
This happened several times but it was not resolved.
I hired another contractor and as it turned out, there was absolutely no insulation in places where it should be. Roof insulation is not even 1/3 of what it is supposed to be. Fire resistance nothing with the neighbors. And so many other defects.
I have called the V&V several times to look at these problems. They are 1 km away from me but they were not going to come. I could get 500 and sign a letter that they were no longer responsible for anything. I didn't do this. I have lost many thousands of euros to solve the worst things.
So I am very dissatisfied with this company
Fine and neat company which considers sustainability to be of paramount importance. Good for the staff.
