Gate 1 took over 30mins to get through at the Wales v Italy match today. Missed the anthems and kick off. Gate 2/5 is always quick with bag search and ticket barrier. Not impressed today 1/2/20.

Lovely stadium with friendly, helpful staff and great views wherever you sit. A little bit more control of the queues outside when going in would help though and a ban on smoking in the immediate area to protect children.

Absolutely fantastic stadium seating, concession stands well equipped to cope with full attendance. Great feeling and atmosphere with the roof closed. hopefully go back for Wales international match soon. Location in the heart of town makes it it easy to organise days out.

Very accommodating staff - we were late arriving into Cardiff and when we explained the situation (first time in Wales, travelling for over five hours from our house) we got moved to a later tour free of charge. We had the mini tour, which is a whistle stop tour of the stadium, which apparently included some, but not all of the highlights of a standard stadium tour. Well, despite it being a mini tour, we are very happy with what we got. We were allowed to go to the top of the Principality Stadium and also inside its royal box and the executive boxes. There was even a cup we got to lift and take pictures with. The tour guide was very informative. He showed us details we might not have paid attention to otherwise (such as part of the old stadium being incorporated into the new building, etc). It was all very good, and especially so for the reduced rate we were charged (mini tours, naturally, cost less than full tours). So if you are worried it will be a mini tour when you are visiting Cardiff and you will miss out on something - dont be, it is very engaging as it is (there is even a video presentation right at the start of the mini tour). The fact that one of us three adults had mobility issues (using a scooter to move around) was not a problem at any point. There are clean, disabled toilets situated everywhere throughout the stadium, as well as in the gift shop. There are well-maintained lifts, albeit the one to get you to the shop floor is very tightly situated next to the entrance door (hence there is very little space to manoeuvre). The only real negative is that there is no free parking on site (even for disabled Blue Badge holders) - we parked at Castle Mews Car Park (where disabled Blue Badge holders can currently park for free for unlimited amount of time) and walked/scooted for good 15 minutes to get to the Stadium. Overall, we feel that this mini tour is a perfect way to familiarise yourself with the Principality Stadium without having to go on match/performance day (as its not everybody's cup of tea to be surrounded by masses of people). We are happy we had a look around and don't feel we would have been able to know so much about the stadium and it's significance if we had gone for an event. So take the tour, skip the event :)

Went to Pink concert tonight. Im a 50 yr old who was bought the ticket for a christmas present by my daughter and had been looking forward to the show since then. Tonight i was near the stage waiting for Pink to start her show when a drunk girl who had pushed infront of us spilled her drink over me then when i remonstrated she and her gang of friends told security id spat in her face and in her drink. Security took their word and escorted ME out!! I am mortified. I have never been ejected from anywhere before and the fact that i have been punished for something i did not do while the troublemaker got to stay for the show is outrageous. I feel i will never attend an event at this stadium again, including rugby matches which i have always enjoyed in the past my ecperience was ruined. Thank you.

What a great atmosphere amazing place to watch sport. No better stadium in the world. It s right slap bang in the middle of the city. Plenty of bars and pubs around and the train station is a 2 min walk. I love this place.

Just the same as any other stadium, lots of steps. Good there were refreshments and toilets on each floor. So no having to go up and down when needed. My main issue was there was no where to put your rubbish, a few bins here and there would be good. Although I do understand why they're not there. Would just make for cleaner areas, that's all.

fantastic stadium, i've only been for the Welsh rugby internationals, but it one of the best stadiums i've been to. Plenty of food and drink counters on all levels but could do with more toilets.

Great stadium....would be 5 out of 5 stars however refreshments are very expensive and choice of beer cider etc is very limited and short measures are commonplace.
Weights and Measures need to look at this .....Rip off Britain at it best.
Been busy is not and excuse for ripping people off.

Would love to give this place a 1 star (Ireland lost today) but I cant. 5 star all the way. If you want atmosphere this place has it. Oh, if you want a beer this place serves will complete efficiency, not like you typical football stadiums. Thank you Wales National Stadium for the money cant buy experience.
