I went in to find my brother/best man boots for my wedding. We were able to get exactly what we were looking for and Jim was super helpful throughout the entire visit.

Great people helpful workers, prices are a little high, but good quality, don't keep the sweet six snaffle bit in stock, and not a very huge selection for Western show shirts, I did find one I did like a lot and did not get it it was a little high priced. Would recommend this store to anyone, big selection of products, could have any color you could possibly want in halters!

Amazing! Everyone was so friendly I felt like I was shopping in my own store that I work at. It was like shopping with friends. Definitely will be back!

Knowledgeable and helpful staff with very well stocked tack supply

Millbrook has changed into a extremely rude, high end, and snooty store. The clothes are not way too expensive and seem like the weekend cowboy needs clothes for a concert. The staff is competitive and pushy borderline rude. I like the old millbrook where I don't feel like I am being judged while shopping. I won't be going back.

We got a really great pair of cowgirl boots for my daughter the experience was very wonderful the price was really good great experience

Great store with great products and amazing customer service. Sadly, they no longer carry breeches in my size that are within my budget, when not too long ago they did. I now have to do all my shopping for breeches online. More than a little disappointed.

They seem to have less tack, and more clothing. Great selection of boots.

When I called and asked about their boot selection and prices the person I spoke on the phone with said "we have a great selection and fair prices". Well I'm not sure what this person considers a "great selection" but this place doesn't have one IMHO AND their prices are VERY high when compared to others.Drove from Kalamazoo for nothing. Also I have never seen such an odd mish mash of products...mall clothing, firearms, cowboy boots, fishing supplies horse tack...so odd.

Great store with a wide selection of equestrian equipment.

While the staff was very friendly, the company is not following COVID regulations at the moment. Some employees are walking around the store and approaching customers without their masks on or wearing them below their nose. In addition, the company is not requiring customers to wear masks properly (or at all). If anyone is at any kind of high risk and/or wants to stay safe, I wouldn't suggest going to Millbrook at the moment.

Great selection of tack, supplements, blankets, you name it. Nice crowd of workers. You won't find deals here like you will online, but they don't jack their prices high either. I like that I can drive down the road, get what I need when I need it, without having to wait or pay shipping.

Honestly, I don't think I could have been any happier with my experience. Not only is the selection of apparel for all disciplines fantastic, but all items are very easy to find. The staff is unbelievably knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with any questions. They make the atmosphere extremely welcoming and are always there to help. The cashier staff was especially helpful during my visit today. Again, I was so pleased, making me believe I will be coming back sooner than I thought.

Millbrook is one of the great remaining tack stores left in the US. They carry a very large selection of tack and clothing so you can actually go on and see the items, quality before you buy. We all know the quality of online products are often not the same once you finally get them.

I saw a post about a horse blanket, and wanted to comment as another store owner that it is very hard for smaller retailers to compete these days. I think I understand the store on this issue. It is difficult when a customer buys an item and then try s to bring it back and it is dirty. Other customers do not want to buy used products. Many stores require a sheet or protection to keep the blankets looking new so if they do need to be returned they can be sold as new to the next customer.

I have seen customers try to return items that they have allowed horses to wear and then return after and this is really not fair to the small business owner that has put up the money and effort to stock the products to have on hand.

I must compliment Millbrook on the fabulous selection of quality items and brands they offer . This is not easy to do and a huge value to me as a consumer. As a consumer I inderstand the importance of shopping local and how my money helps reinvest in the community . I actually never shop online and always make the effort to support my local tack stores , to help keep them in business ....

I went to Millbrook tonight with clients. Millbrook was having their big sale. There were lots of great deals and we found most of what we went for, and a few extras. The staff was very helpful and knowledgable. Erin went above and beyond helping us find appropriate dressage attire for a teenage boy.

Nice store. Good selection. The clothes are more expensive and no longer anything I would wear just out and about.

Walking in to Millbrook is like walking back in time to growing up on a farm. Showing hogs, riding my horse. The smell of horse tack fills the air! The selection of boots, saddles, Western apparel, and tack is outstanding! Everyone was very attentive and helpful! I would highly recommend Millbrook!

I went to buy a pair of kimes jeans and ended up with 2 pair. I was impressed by the inventory and the new layout of the store. Great service and friendly staff. Had a great time with Tabatha, Kim and Matt.

I didn't realize how great it is to get help picking out boots! Tabitha was able to point out all the details we should be noticing as we made our choice. Now I can be confident my daughter is going to love her boots much longer than the last pair we picked out, which never did fit right. Tabitha takes her job so seriously, I wonder if she's part owner of the place! We felt very cared for.

Very expensive but they are friendly enough and the store is nicely appointed.

Don't follow thru on requests made for items to be ordered. Do not call to let you know items are ready for pick up. Beautiful store.

Called to double check they were open drove from the belding area to find the whole store was open except for one dept the dept i needed the archery dept. Gotta have more then one bow tech so folks can try before they buy. If store is open you HAVE to be completely staffed or have someone trained to set up bows for folks to test shoot. I was planning on spending over 2k in your store today now ill be going to a different store this week or next weekend where i know they will have staff to help me.this is not the al and bobs of old

The only place in town for all horse and horseback riding gear. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice.

I absolutely loved my experience here! I grew up in a neighborhood nearby and remembered going once or twice with my mom when I was young. I had thought I saw they were closing which made me sad but was happy to find out they were simply renovating. When I was back in town I decided to come here to find a pair of country boots since I am an LVT and may be working with horses one day (and own one) and have just always wanted a pair! Nikki was the one to help me choose a pair and figure out the sizing! She was very knowledgeable and educational. She also helped my mom pick out jewelry. We were both very happy with our experience. It also smells amazing in there!!

The first time in was just out of a whim as me and my girlfriend were just joking about how I might look in a pair of boots, but on the 3 or 4 pair I tried on I fell in love with. Then last week Saturday was my second time in the store looking for another pair of boots for work. The sales person who helped me out was able to point me in the right direction as I had some requirements in a boot for work. Found a pair of boots on the second or third time walk around the clearance rack. Staff is very friendly. I know where I am going from now on to buy boots for either work or for dress. Love this store. They have a customer for life.

Very helpful, large selection, little short stocked on halters for average size horses at the moment as they just put in an order (no biggy it's spring, so it's to be expected) always a good experience though!

Sales staff was extremely helpful and made what I was looking for real easy

I came in to look at boots yesterday and I wasn t disappointed, the staff are friendly and the lady who helped me, I believe her name was Dakota, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. Turned out the reason I ve ever had a problem with boots was due to me wearing my original size, who knew I was also able to look at guns too and as I was leaving Dakota and the cashier told me to have an amazing day. Staff is very respectable! When I came in last time, about six months ago for boots nobody really helped me. You should be very proud of your staff! You guys had a great team yesterday! Will be back sooner rather then later to create an account with you guys!

I walked in, was not greeted. They answered a question I asked but offered no other help. Loitered in several areas, no one asked if they could help me find anything or assist in any way.
The people working that day were neither courteous or professional. Nice people are naturally curteous, professional people are trained to be nice. I found neither example working that day.
One thing for sure and 2 things for certain:
Sure thing: I'll never stop to visit that store again.
2 Certain things: 1) they'll never see one red cent of mine and 2) I will advise anyone I know NOT to shop there.

One last thing, I'd advise the owner(s)/management team to consider customer service training for it's employee's.
Being knowledgeable about your craft(subject matter expert) doesn't take the place of customer service.
As the old saying goes "No one cares how much you know, till they know how much you care." By the way, I had 2 pockets full of cash and I was willing to spend it!

Got back from Tennessee where I got my first pair of boot. Loved so much had to have a second pair. The girl that helped me was great. I wish I could remember her name...but she was great. My boot are perfect. I will be going back for sure

A fabulous place to shop for equine gear. Only with they offered sizes bigger than 12 in the English department. Most items on the rack are waist 28, 26. ... yikes

My new favorite store! I can't believe it's taken me this long to discover it, but my wallet is glad I didn't know about it sooner ;) They carry the western brands I love, have hundreds of cowboy boots (women + men's) and my daughter loves the Breyer selection! It's worth the 45 minute drive for us!

Fantastic inventory! Very helpful staff. Wonderful layout for the various riding disciplines.

I've never ridden English before but want to get into it. Any questions I had about the riding style were thoroughly answered. There is a wide selection of almost any kind of saddle. Everything is spacious and isn't crowded.

Love the selection here. I always find a deal I can't pass up.
