Amazing customer service, have good prices and good, quality gear for Western and English

I love the staff at Millbrook. They are very knowledgeable about their products and services. Each department has a well-informed and congenial staff who are willing to work with you to help you meet your needs. They offer a wide variety of items for all disciplines and price ranges. I also love their sales and special evenings.

I was with Pam Davis, we found Matt, Tabitha, and Kim to be very friendly and helpful. The remodel of the store is very nice.

I'm very happy when I get the chance to visit Millbrook Tack (I live far away :( ). I love their Five Star Rewards Program because I have received free items, low cost items and big discounts. I love shopping here and the staff is always friendly and helpful. While some items are a bit pricy, I understand that this is not a big corporate store and not everything can be the best price out there. I am happy shopping here and would definitely recommend them to anyone who loves horses, owns horses or just likes country apparel like boots :)

The only reason I stepped foot in this establishment is simply for Al & Bob's tackle. But when I found what looked like the area it's a Hot Mess, I understand they moved from the Division location to here but have had plenty of time to set up. Plus I asked what looked like an employee of he worked there he said no but a few minutes later saw him trying to sell something to another customer. Sure do miss the old location will not be back to the new one anytime soon.

Customer service was great. Helped my famy pick out just the right boots and items.

Went there because Al and Bob's moved in there. Couldn't look at anything with out their sales team constantly bugging us on what size boots we need. Everything was way over priced.

What an absolutely amazing store. My daughter is getting her first horse next month and we needed a saddle blanket. The staff was so kind and helpful in assisting us in what we needed and helped my daughter find the most beautiful blanket in her budget (thank you grace for making that possible!).
We don't live in the area but will definitely be making a road trip to come back.

Selection was vast, staff was knowledgeable, and prices were fair. For less than what we expected to pay for 2 pairs of boots, we walked out with our boots and a nice western style wallet. Definitely headed there when it's time to retire our current boots. Only disappointment was the price of children's and baby boots. We'd love to see them give parents some connection for used children's boots.

If they don't have it they probly don't make it. Awesome selection on clothes boots and any kind of tack you need. My only gripe would be how expensive my boots are but I love them so its a trade off when your size 14. The owner, manager and ladies that work there are very nice & very helpful

I have been going to Millbrook since it's previous location. They used to be my favorite tack store. Since they have moved I feel the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly at times. The inventory in the store was always the same, priced higher than others, and the store location had too much traffic.

Great place for Western riders, or if you want to look the part. Also very nice selection of Dressage equipment. We were looking for Hunter/Jumper apparel and a girth. Very little merchandise. I did get a couple awesome deals for my granddaughter. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I will admit it has been years since I was last here.

Love this place, staff is helpful and friendly. Variety of horse stuff, from clothing to supplies. Great sales too.

First time at the store, everyone was very happy and was willing to answer my questions, they even let me bring in my dog!

Many boots to choose from though the prices are marked up quite a bit which can be expected from a tack shop. Both English and Western tack and apparel are available. Twisted X sold here as well.

Great store to purchase horse tack of any discipline and apparel for any season. The staff is especially helpful and knowledgeable towards all customers, I could never appreciate their help enough. They had the ability to help me so much during my visit. Highly recommend this store!!

Wonderful smell of leather. We'd never been in before and the gal who helped us was very nice.

I'm not in 4-H ,on an equestrian team, nor do I own a horse...but this place has quite an array of items. Boots, clothes, saddles, guns, fishing poles, ammo, jewelry ,snacks, trinket items,hats...worth the visit. Some things are a little pricey. Great employees always willing to help.

As always, clean and staff very kind and helpful. I like how they change up their clothing displays.

I love this place but my last visit..... just wasn t appealing to me as it used to be they ve cut down on products and I don t like that!

Amazing staff and great selection. Prices are a bit steep on some things. But, saves time getting everything you may need for your horse or country living lifestyle in one place!

The gentleman who helped me find the right boots knew exactly what he was doing. Found me a nice pair of Ariats with composite toe that were light, and durable. 2nd pair of boots I've got here.

The new layout is very nice and the employees are even nicer. They have a good selection and they are comparable in price to competitors.

This is the place to go for western boots, hats, tack and apparel. The staff helped me find the style of boot I was looking for and took the time to explain how the fit should feel so I didn't buy the wrong size.
I was having my wife try on boots while telling her we couldn't afford them right now and when I told the sales rep I was coming back to get them later as a present he set them aside after we left.
Boot shopping got me in the door but great and friendly customer service keeps me coming back.

I love Millbrook! Every single employee is incredibly helpful every time our family stops in. We live about 2 hours away and still make a point to swing in at least once a month, the customer service is great! Thanks to Tabitha today for all of her help with picking out great gifts for me to put away for our girls for Christmas! We will be back soon :)

My husband gets his cowboy boots from there, and they last a very long time. The customer service and help when needed, needs some work, but otherwise, really good overall
