Unfortunately, I've had ongoing issues for two months with Milhaus Management, and I haven't been able to get anything resolved. I submitted an application and admin fee upon applying for an apartment and was rejected. I was rejected 2/18/2019 for the apartment. At this time, I was informed that I would receive my admin fee back, $150. After two weeks of not having it, I called. The gal at the local office couldn't help (Marcato Apartments in KC). I called back another week later. She still couldn't help. I called the Indianapolis officer. They couldn't help. They said a check should be sent, but yet, no check has been received. I've called back every 1-2 weeks, emailed, etc for two months now to receive a $150 check. It is now 4/25/2019. The Milhaus office is completely unreliable and does not respond to anything, other than telling you this is for someone else to do, try back in a week or two when they're back from vacation. However, it's been two months. I have yet to receive any check, I have yet to receive any help. It's only $150, but it's been more than two months to receive $150.

A culture focused, innovative company where you can truly grow and learn. The people are what make this company a fantastic place to work - where you can bring your authentic self to the table. It is a combination of relaxed, flexible environment but with drive/focus to wear many hats to push forward. Beyond that, the company creates unique, sustainable communities that transform their respective neighborhoods, which is exciting to see and be a piece of that impact.

I live in their Poste Apartments in Cincinnati. Way overpriced for the value. These apartments are made to look polished and modern, but what is actually shabby craftsmanship. The complex is a year old and already possesses water damage, chipping paint, cracked drywall, and our kitchen sink fell through the island.

They force you to use their amenities such as Xiber wifi which encounters frequent and long outages. These are not simply solved by unplugging and plugging back in the router. But rather to wait it out or spend hours haggling with their tech/customer support. Just to be told the engineers are on it. Making working from home impossible which is how I am supposed to pay for their over priced apartment. If you wish to use a different provider you are still charged for Xiber.

The maintenance worker Mike is the one bright spot of the complex being available to repair the short cuts Milhaus took while in construction. But the complex is rarely cleaned often looking more like college housing, rather than the luxury apartments used so frequently on their site.

Save your time and money by skipping over any Milhaus property.

I have had the pleasure of partnering with Milhaus for nearly 2 years. I have experienced nothing but top notch professionalism and creativity from the team at Milhaus which has led to an excellent working relationship between our two organizations. I highly recommend working both for, and in collaboration with Milhaus.

My son rented from this place in July of 2016. His unit had a leaking air conditioner on the roof which leaked into his apartment putting holes in the ceiling in the closet. Water leaked for 2 months with no attention from the maintenance team. No air conditioning during August or September months. MOLD grew in closet and kitchen wall, carpets were always wet and unit stunk. The MOLD made him sick and he moved out of this hell hole. The next day he went to clean out his fridge and maintenance was in the unit PAINTING over the mold - what a health hazard this building is to other tenants. i would never recommend anyone stay at this place unless Milhaus Development LLC went into this place and did a thorough inspection of ALL the units. This violates many health codes and puts other tenants at risk for future health issues. I would suggest you clean up this place quickly. Also, the nice outdoor pool never opens as the water is always green. You need to do something about this place quickly.
