One of the worst hospitals visits i ever had. I do not expect to return. Look at all the negative reviews. Please do yourself a favor, drive to Boston. Best doctors you will ever see. Why settle for less, when you can see the best. I had a nurse practitioner back in Gloucester. She was better than every doctor and nurse combined together. Haha, unbelievable!!
And I'm talking about the whole Blackstone valley healthcare system. I've already changed my doctor once, going on twice.

This review is based on one employee only. The woman Christina with brown/black hair 40-50 yelled at me saying I can't lean on my girlfriends bed so we could both see the laptop and watch a movie, because it bothers her when couples sleep together throughout the night at the hospital. There are no rules on this, the janitor, front desk, other doctors have never heard of this. I hate to use these words but Christina was a sad, miserable, nasty woman. It's quite obvious she hasn't had a couple type relationship in 30 years. She is a sad excuse of a nurse. On the other hand, carol - the older woman, gray hair. was the greatest nurse I've ever had in my life. Kudos to her.

Im going to give 3 because this hospital is a lot better than where I just gave birth.
However.
Im literally sitting here, in an ER room, just outside the nurses station and hear:
Nurse 1: Why do we never have enough pillows? I hate it. Im NOT walking to the North.
Nurse 2 (Misty): Who cares. Sick people dont need pillows.

RUDE.

Way to be classy, Misty.

Save yourself the time and drive to Worcester or Boston.... This place is by far the biggest joke! Always expanding but the place just gets worse... I have been waiting for stitches in the ER and am contemplating just leaving to go to UMass Worcester... If you have children or family you care about DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

I have been in the ER since 12:30 PM. I waited till 4:00 PM to be moved to a hallway, hallway 5. As I sat in hallway 5, a doctor tested me for flu. A test that was not picked up till an hour later because the nurse never came in my room to check. It's now 5:45 and I'm still here. Saw the doctor who I complained to about the test and the wait and received a condesending "Sir it's out of our control" like my unhappiness with being here 5.5 hours meant nothing. Will never come back here again.

The rep at the checkin desk was not polite and rude. They informed me to wait to see my wife in the ER. After 30 min wait, heard nothing. I went to ask, she was not aware of what was happening. Good to know they are on top of their game, NOT! Service is very slow, staff was sluggish, no sense of urgency. If you have a REAL emergency, I do not recommend that you go there. You will die, and all that they will do is say "oops, sorry , I was on lunch break".

Terrible terrible terrible. Waited an hour and half with my 4 year old son with a 102 fever, really bad dehydration etc he was burning up despite me giving him Tylenol I asked for ice packs and was told by the rude staff up front to please sit back down and wait to be called. I asked twice and begged for someone to see him 30 min into waiting then again at 1 hour of waiting, he was sweating & even had me take his shirt off. Finally we were called to triage and got the vitals taken, he had a fever still, his heart rate was high & they gave him Tylenol JUST to send us back out to wait for to be called again?! I left with him after being there for now almost 2 hours to bring him to UMASS to be immediately checked in & given IV fluids.Never go here if you have a seriously sick child.

The bedside manor in the emergency department staff is terrible. I went to the er last night and than back today. the nurses and doctors not all but the ones I dealt with the most where rude and not knowledgeable. I asked questions and got no answers. I have worked in many animal hospitals and with vets and I have never treated a client that way. I asked to see some normal paperwork as to why they were giving me shots and antibiotics and was told no one is allowed to see the test results. I never would deny a client or patient there own test results to see why the treatment was being given. And was told even more disturbing info.

Worse hospital ever. Dont go there if you seek emergency medical treatment. Wont do any tests, no medications, everything is normal for them. Nurse said he was going to get medication for my 1 yr old nephew, but he was sitting and chilling at the table. Asked to be tranfered to Children s hospital, got here, everything just flows. IF YOU HAVE A KID WHO IS HAVING AN EMERGENCY, DONT GO THERE

I just came across the reviews for Milford Regional Hospital and I'm shocked. I had my daughter on December 6th 2018 here at this hospital and I had the best experience. The Drs and especially the nurses were phenomenal. I forget some of their names bc I had so many but the ones I do remember Melissa was amazing ( when my blood pressure dropped and I had to have an emergency C-section. She took charge right away) Sarah ( I hope she sees this) ....she came over to the postpartum side everyday to say hi and check on me I wasn't even her patient anymore. She just loved us and my baby girl Aubree. Kim....sweetheart!!! I felt so at ease especially being so scared since this was my 1st baby. My fiancee and I were taken care of with love and care. When I have my next baby I will deliver here...if we still live in the area. Thank you

If you have an emergency and in a lot of pain don t go there. Save your money and insurance and go some where else! From front desk to RN not friendly! Rude attitude. We waited to be seen , very understandable that we have people ahead of us and have to wait! We waited just to be treated poorly. They put us in the room waited 1 hour and no one came to check up on us. My bf was throwing up. Instead of the nurses coming in to check up to see how he s doing ...THEY CAME IN TO SHUT THE DOOR! Waited another 30 minutes and I finally decided take him to another hospital! Of course no one care! It s not like their own family are in pain. Got to another hospital his blood pressure was 180/96 , I m pretty sure it was high over there too! They give him IV and treated him and did the right thing. The nurse was very friendly at Landmark Medical. THEY ALSO DID HIS SURGERY THE SAME DAY! Thank goodness!

Do not bring loved ones here. Do not go here is you are a chronic pain patient. My mom had a stroke. They gave her one pain pill despite being in agony. They left her to repeatedly urinate on herself. Once they finally treated her pain they tossed her out before next dose despite the plan of her staying until the morning. They didn t even shower her. My poor sick, disabled mom on oxygen went thru a scary life event. She was left in pain and in urine. This is not the place to choose during serious events. I had better treatment for. Four day kidney infection at another local hospital. People need to stay away. This is like going to a slum. Waste of insurance money. Dangerous and disgusting. Newton Wellesley takes pain seriously. I will be going there next time. Milford hospital is the product of opioid hysteria.

We are first time parents and our Son was born und...

We are first time parents and our Son was born under the care of the Milford Regional maternity team on November 5.

As you can imagine returning home we had an enormous to do list to work through but one of main items on there was writing a review for such an incredible experience. EVERY staff member there was nothing short of exceptional - just so so caring and personable as if we were family while remaining professional throughout.

We ended up being there from Tuesday till Saturday but during that time we got to know so many at the maternity ward to the point where leaving was emotional for us. After our son was born, many who were looking after us during labor stopped by the recovery room to say hello and meet our new arrival. Again, this is just one of the many examples of how genuine and sincere the team is there. Even leaving, we didn't just walk out, a group who was on shift that previously looked after us at one point came to the reception area to say goodbye.

As you can expect being first time parents we were very nervous - from the moment our newborn was handed to us, we had a lot to learn but we drove home feeling confident in ourselves and looking after our Son independently. Without question this is because of the generous time and empathy of so many who helped us here at the Milford Maternity ward.

When we have our second I can't imagine going anywhere else. For any family reading this who is going through pregnancy, I cannot recommend highly enough.

[If this review goes to a general mailbox, can you please make sure this gets relayed to the team in the maternity ward, thank you]

I can t believe how horrible my experience at the ER was.
The nurses were all very nice and helpful. But the two doctors I saw, Dr. Robert A. Negus, and Dr. Bo Gu.

I am a 26 year old female have multiple chronic illnesses and I was not able to sleep for about 3 days, so I was not doing well at all. I was trying to get any kind of help, I did not go in there asking for drugs. I said only if I NEED it but that I want to look into other things. But after days of no sleep and brain swelling/pain, and extreme exhaustion/about to have a breakdown because of this, I REALLY needed help.

I told them that I don t take any drugs. Dr. Bo Gu proceeded to ask me are you sure about that? ....

I told him the strongest thing I took is melatonin! He then told me I should TRY WARM MILK....FOR DAYS OF NO SLEEP AND BRAIN PAIN. Wow.

My partner and I were getting treated horribly and finally just asked if they can give us anything just so I could get to sleep that night. I was not looking for anything long term, but I was suffering from extreme exhaustion.

Dr. Robert Negus then came in to talk to me, minimizing my problems completely and being incredibly unprofessional.

The nurse then told me that I needed to take a urine screening in order to get prescribed anything to help. She said it was a pregnancy test just in case . Although I told her there was no way I was pregnant. Later, we talked to Dr. Bo Gu again and he told me I needed a DRUG SCREENING in order to get anything to help. I told them it would come back all negative, but that it was pretty offensive and wrong that they were treating me like I was a junkie for no reason beside the fact that I am a young female, how could I possibly have something wrong with me and not just be looking for drugs?

They told us it was a pregnancy test but then the nurse said no it s a drug test. So they lied to us. My partner was trying to figure out why they were lying to us, and Dr. Bo Gu moved towards him, stood in front of him and got in his face, trying to be intimidating. You can t just take someone s urine and lie about what you re going to do with it!!!! We got treated badly when we tried to figure out why.

It all came back negative like I said it would. They then treated me with a little bit more respect, but only after I had to go through that. I m horribly ill and I got treated so badly. In the end, he said he s giving me an EXTRA STRENGTH AMBIEN although I never took that before & I said only if needed. He didn t even discuss it with me, just told me that s what he s giving me.

I don t look or seem like I was trying to get drugs, I don t even want to take them, but that s what I got treated like. How about doctors LISTEN TO THEIR PATIENTS AND BELIEVE THEM. I ve had too many bad experiences with doctors and it NEEDS TO STOP.

I won t be going back there.

Very disappointed. My father goes alot and everytime is sent home early. Doctor made up the fact that he shouldnt eat or drink all that day for no reason. (Keep in mind my father goes alot and knows how to help himself since he does through that often). The wait is crazy in the emergency room (from 1-2 hours at the least). Most staff is nice but I'm disappointed in the wait and the fact that the doctor didn't know what he was doing and the fact that they never help him 100%.

The worst mass hospital for quality control & pati...

The worst mass hospital for quality control & patient experience for day surgery I ever experienced, my doctor from another org advised me to go there for surgery, but for these reasons, think twice:

1. Received the WRONG Pain Med, there was another patient name and address when I went to the pharmacy (almost went overnight without pain after surgery).

2. McDonalds style recovery - I was rushed through post surgery to get dressed, sign important docs and all the while trying to recovery under heavy medication within an hour after surgery.

3. Bad ill fit medical equipment - The arm sling had a strap with a giant plastic ring digging into my top spine & neck, it was obvious this not a good fit for me, but who cared from the medical staff.

Summary: The goal of the hospital is to increase patient turn over as much as possible for day surgery. My advice, go to Boston!

My boyfriend brought me, even though I objected as usual, only to find out that I was so ill that I was only days from having any chance for help. The doctors had a meeting with my children to inform them of my status. I m still here, thanks to the doctors and nurses. The entire staff, as well. Thank you, Milford Hospital.

I was in on Friday night for a pilonidal cyst- the waiting room was full and I spent maybe 30 mins waiting. Got into my room and the doctor was there within 4 minutes- surgery was about 10 mins and recovery was 30. My nurse Kendra, made sure I was completely comfortable and even made me crack up laughing knowing how nervous I was. Very sterile and clean enviorment with amazing staff!

Extremely slow, even though no other patients were checking in. Once checked in for a serious injury to my brothers eye from a football game the doctor was rude to me when I was trying to comfort my brother with a joke, she threatened to make me leave the room and my brothers side. The doctor also has very little knowledge about the body as she did not believe me when I said that the vitreous in the eye was like a jelly, she insisted it was just a clear liquid. She then gave me a dirty look. Both of the nurses who were helping us were wonderful however. I feel bad they work at this hospital. Never will I be returning to this hospital.

The emergency room is a complete nightmare. They leave you for hours waiting for doctors, nurses or any staff, whom never show up. My husband has been treated awfully here. The nurses are insensitive, rolling their eyes at patients, making me feel like a burden to them for being concerned about my husbands pain, because they certainly are not the least bit concerned. The doctors take hours and hours to get back to you, if you can even find one. The doctor will be here in a few minutes , as they don t show up for over an hour. This place is a complete nightmare and waste of time. You re better off at urgent care, because at this ER, you ll be here for 8-10 hours before you get any relief or results.

I just called Milford Regional Medical Ctr to obtain information regarding whether the center was affiliated with MGH/Partners Healthcare. The person behind the menu 0 didn't understand what I was saying because she did not know what Partners Healthcare was and when I explained she said NO it was UMass. And if I wanted to know more, call the primary I wanted. I am supposed to move there in a few months and with all these horrible reviews, I can understand WHY no one wants to go there. And I was just on the phone and couldn't get a polite person. Imagine if I needed a professional? I will rethink moving so far from Boston and MGH. Very surprising that the same answer is contact Patient Liason. Obviously Patient Liason does not exist or they are just as bad as the rest of the hospital personnel. What a disgrace for a hospital.

this place, i know its said all the time by angry family members, take it like that if you want, just spreading the warning. This place looks at you as a number, a subject, an experiment. I wish i was making this up. If you have a loved one staying for an extended amount of time, stay with them or have someone there 24/7. If they think family is not there, they will let the residents and interns try things on the patient , without supervision, anything from a small test to a major procedure with a 20% survival rate, just cause hey, they need the practice, they will make these attempts without any sort of permission in the middle of the night. Go ahead, call me a lair, don't believe me whatever, your loss, i already lost.

I am really upset about my fathers recent experience at Milford Hospital ED. He went in with extreme back pain. While getting scans, the tech mocked my dads moaning in pain while he was moving onto the table. There is no right reason why that should happen. Especially for a man who needed help, not get mocked.

For months, I had been anxious about my surgery and what was to follow. If I had only known how fantastic Milford Regional Medical Center would be, I would have been much less worried. Everybody I spoke to said the hospital was simply first rate. My surgeon was Dr. Richard Mulroy, and he was a godsend. I understand now why everyone who knew what I needed said I had the perfect doctor for the job. My operation went off without a hitch, and I am well on my way to walking pain-free. My nurses were spectacular too: each was meticulous, personable, kind, and prompt and did whatever was necessary to speed up my recovery. Elissa, Kara, Brittany, Erin, Cathy, and Muriel they were true gems. So was Shawna, my physical therapist, whose expertise, practicality, encouragement, and sense of humor helped get me through my first few steps. And my occupational therapist, Kathleen, has an indescribable future given the help she provided. Surely, hospitals are places that need top people doing exemplary work each and every minute, and in my opinion MRMC is just such a facility Because of the care I received, I would rate MRMC and its staff topnotch in every way. Our region is blessed to have such a five-star facility.

Why can't I give 0 stars Horrible horrible hospital even when I'm the sickest I don't go because of the long wait and I believe most people feel the same......I'm surprised nobody has died with all that waiting time...my mother went for an MRI that was scheduled and they came out and said they were running 40 minutes late after we had already been waiting for half an hour really?????? She was very nervous and had taken medication to help but by the time the test was to be done the medication would be wearing off!! The girls were very nice I feel bad leaving this review but if there was nobody waiting...and basically dead nobody inside when they brought us in what were they doing to be running late??? But when we are 5 minutes late god forbid can never see the doctor right??? This waiting game has to stop!!! Because that's what it feels like anytime you go you just can't help but wonder how long will the wait be this time???? FML so sad to say but even though I live in Milford I'd rather drive to Worcester or framingham even if I'm dying because Milford hospital sucksss!!!

WORST ER , EVER. If I could rate this hospital a zero, I would. Countless bad experiences, unprofessionalism and long wait times just to be turned away or not recieve the correct treatment. My sister was there last night dehydrated and sick and all they did was let her sleep. No IV, for dehydration . So she's back at home , barely keeping fluids down and extremely sick. Worst hospital ever. I am not a nurse and even I know that someone in this condition needs an IV and care. They kicked her out because they needed the bed. But why not take care of your patient first. They don't want to give care or IV but they charge you 900 dollars for the ER visit. Taking advantage of sick people. unfortunately for us, there is no other emergency room in the area. Never going back here again. Hope they shut this place down. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS ER. I will also add, IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR, YOU WILL NOT GET TAKEN SERIOUSLY AND WILL NOT RECIEVE QUALITY CARE. I speak from EXPERIENCE. Im sure other people of color can attest. If so, please add review as well. Shameful place.

I had previously given a review about an extremely rude nurse in the ER who had told me I couldn t lean on my ex girlfriends bed to be closer to her to comfort her, when no type of tests were going on, she was just resting. I chewed the nurse out and never planned on returning. But I had to return to the gastro department years later, dr Rotman was a fantastic doctor, eased me anxiety and the procedure was extremely comfortable. 5 stars for the gastro department and the corresponding nurses and care team. Still not a fan of the emergency room after the way I was talked down to, but the gastro department, fantastic.

My fiance went into the ER with weakness & painful breathing. He ended up in & out in a HURRY, just for what they thought was dehydration. And when he was told to return if the problem got worse, he DID. However, he was told to either "wait for hours for a bed", or to "go home". Sadly, he got sicker & had to be treated at some other place in the ICU for weeks.

they keep putting barricades or cones randomly where the parking meets the exit/entry driveway blocking off exits and Lanes in the parking lot and makes the flow of traffic and backing out dangerous and difficult. it makes trying to enter or exit the hospital parking lot into a maze. people don't realize that sections are barred off and and end up doing like 28 point turns in tight spaces to turn around not to mention the open Lanes are super congested. I wont park near the ends where they have the barricades set up because there's not enough room for people to turn around once they see it and I'm afraid someone's going to hit my car trying to get out of the parking lot. I've seen a lot of close calls and winter is like the worst time to do this but they did it last year and I'm sure they'll be doing it again considering they haven't stopped this year.

Check in at the ED was great, the woman was very sweet. The nurses and the US tech were personable and again sweet. When the doctor came in to tell me everything.. he didnt close the door or even pull across the sheet panel. Then someone (not sure if they were a Doctor, PA, Nurse or a Tech) legitimately walked in, said I'm sorry and washed his hands in MY room... I'm more upset that I didnt say anything at the time but was more concerned with my diagnosis as any normal person would be. You can be taught everything in the book but something that should be a top priority is bedside manner or just about being a decent human being.

I was recently a patient for total hip replacement surgery. I cannot speak more highly of this hospital s nursing and nursing assistant s care with me. My CNA Dolly was exceptional for my middle of the night care to alleviate my fear of movement and discomfort. She was exceptional with her care of me. I was recommended to Dr Barrett and this hospital from a dental patient and I would certainly pass that recommendation on to others. Thank you so much for your care!!!

An absolutely exceptional experience! I m so grateful for the whole maternity and L&D department. Kristen is the sweetest human I ve ever encountered and I feel so fortunate to have had her by my side throughout everything. Dr Lee is an epidural master with the best bedside manner. Dr Coutinho put us at total ease and she s so kind. Lori was exceptionally kind and patient. Laura was very informative and provided get techniques. Pam should win some sort of award for greatest human alive - seriously can t thank her enough for all she did. Giving birth is scary, but this team made it such a wonderful experience. Thank you!

If you are in need of emergency assistance, go elsewhere. I was seen for chest tightness and the obvious lack of communication and dysfunction between nurses/paramedics/radiologists/and the doctor was troublesome at the very least - and this was on a slow Monday night. However, there was a positive aspect to my experience - the PA was very informative and had good bedside manners - which can t be said for the doctor I was being seen by. Avoid the trouble and go elsewhere if you have an emergency.

I just called to ask a simple question and the women on the phone was the rudest person I have ever spoken too. She said well I can't diagnose u on the phone... I didn't want a diagnosis. I wanted to know if I should see my physician before going to the ER.

On the two occasions I have been to the ER, once for myself and once for my son, this facility has been awesome! Not only is it one of the nicest and newly redone facilities around with the latest and greatest gadgets, the staff is friendly, caring and gets you in and out as quickly as they can. ER wait times usually take hours, this place we were in and out in an hour and they took care of us. The nurses and doctors and even the administrative staff are exceptional and for a suburban medical center I cannot say enough about the place.

I was admitted for pneumonia and was there for 8 consecutive days. I had never been so well cared for as well as I was taken care of here. It was clean, comfortable, and almost enjoyable. Every visit since has been met with professionalism, kindness, and I trust my health in their hands.

Caring and compassionate experience twice now in the endoscopy unit. The anesthesiologist and nurse anesthetist are great. The nurse anesthetist (Jamie) is so caring and kind, especially for a nervous patient like me. I can't say enough about the nurses. Highly skilled and compassionate. The unit is very efficiently and professionally run. I would recommend going here for endoscopy care.

I went to the Milford Regional ER in October. I have United Healthcare, which covers ER visits. Assuming the bill would be paid by my insurance, I was shocked to receive a bill in the mail this week, about six weeks after my ER visit. Apparently, Milford Regional ER is staffed with ER docs through Orion Emergency Services, and my ER provider, who I had zero choice in, was not in network. My insurance paid him the max allowable under my plan because they realized I didn't choose him. He just happened to be on duty. The provider apparently refused to accept the max allowable and wants additional payment. Based on the length of my interaction with him, and the bill, his rate is approximately$20 a minute. It's an unfortunate circumstance, because I found the staff helpful and the ER clean and efficient, but I will not be returning. At no point did the hospital notify me that their ER was staffed with doctors who did not participate in the same insurance plans as the hospital itself.

If you get Dr. Vivek Chander your better off going to a different facility. My wife is 5 1/2 months pregnant and she has a cold and her asthma tends to turn it into pneumonia. Well Dr. Smarty pants decided to order an X-Ray and we refused the sweet nurses there told us we made the right call. Then Dr. Know it all comes in and tries while on his cell phone to guilt us into the xray we refuse again so while I left the room he decides to berate my wife's decision. He called her petty and that if there is a tumor or growth on her lung it will harm our baby. Now all he has to do is look at the medical records and see she's been in there for the same thing the past 3 times. Once while pregnant. Also her primary care dr. Stated under no circumstances does she need an x ray. Great Dr.

Waited for an hour in severe renal colic before the nurse called the doctor to come see me!! At Dr Kevin arrival, I already passed 3 small stones with shooting pain. Horrible service. ZERO for pain management. By the way all the staff knew that I am a physician and treated me that way!! Imagine how would be treating others!!!

Back in June I was seen here for a medical emergen...

Back in June I was seen here for a medical emergency. This was the closest hospital to where I was at the time, which was not local to me. The experience itself was ok. I mean, it was an emergency, which landed me in surgery. So it was stressful and scary but that's to be expected. My husband and newborn (one week old) son were with me, which made it all the more difficult and stressful. Some of the staff was not very understanding of the situation.

After my surgery, which was related to a c-section complication from a week before, they put me in a room to recover. The nursing staff on hand, though nice, had zero experience with my case but since I had been out of hospital for a week, they couldn't put me in the maternity ward with the nurses that would have been. They had a nurse come down and tell my nurse how to do certain things to check my recovery. She was in over her head, clearly terrified to mess up, and had to keep asking for help. Definitely didn't put me at ease that I was in the best care. They should have had a maternity ward nurse checking on me, not someone who wasn't trained in that area. Unbelievable.

I was also told I could only have crackers/toast for solid food, which I did. Then when I was told I could, I called for breakfast, starving, and they said they couldn't take my order because I was flagged for being on a liquid diet only! I had been eating any cracker they put in front of me throughout the entire night. I was starving. So then I was all concerned that I wasn't supposed to eat. Shortly before I was able to go home, a maternity nurse came down to tell me I didn't have any diet restrictions...the entire time.

My main issue with the hospital comes months later - billing. This hospital bills separately for hospital services and doctor services. So I was inundated with myriad bills from doctors and providers I didn't even know over the next few months. Then I received the hospital bill, with no indication of what I was paying for. I had to call many times to track down an itemized list and refused to pay until I was told what I was paying for. I don't just blindly pay large bills and shrug it off. I finally received the list, nearly 7 months after my emergency surgery and again had to call to have them explain to me why it appeared I was paying twice for some things. I won't get into details. All in all, it's just a stupid way to bill and incredibly confusing for the patient.

If I could give this hospital 0 stars I would. Had many bad experiences at Milford Hospital for my first child. Unsanitary conditions, feces and urine on the ground in my wifes birth room. Not all, but I can say the majority of the staff are overpaid and rather unorganized and lack basic training. Not once, not twice, but three seperate times I was denied entry into my wifes room due to the lack of communication and prison mentality of this overly funded hospital. If you have questions about your child they tend to become unjustifly offended and hostile. My healthy daughter almost died from a low heart rate under the care of these "professionals" but by the grace of god she's now healthy and as beautiful as ever. Anyway, I'm just a son, brother and now a father looking out for other parents. Having a baby is of course a special event in everyone's life and they should be able to enjoy their experience meeting their child. Lastly, if you're looking to give birth to your child in a prison, I would suggest Milford Hospital in MA. Amen.

I was there for a colonoscopy last week. The check in process was easy and quick. The procedure itself was done ahead of schedule. Every nurse I saw was extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor was thorough and answered all questions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I recently visited the ER for an ear infection. At 2am, I was lucky there was no one in front of me. Nevertheless it took me 2.5hrs with less than 15 minutes of that time with a Dr or nurse in the room. I went in there thinking it was going to take me that long anyway.

What gets me is when I get the bill. $750!! I can't believe they get away with what I consider to be legalized robbery. On top of that they have the gawl sending separate correspondence asking for a donation. Unreal!

If I knew that I was going to get porked this bad I would've waited a few hours and gone to the local CVS minute clinic. I followed up with them a few days later and they were great. Only $99...

In the past this hospital was one of the best. Now is the worst, always same diagnostic and the staff RUDE. They always prescribe over the counter medicines like they dont have any licensed doctors. Idk whats wrong with the administration but maybe service in prision is better than here. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

It's my first child and I am very nervous. The nurse and doctor's staff were wonderful. The nurse at the lab was wonderful! The part that left my anxiety in full force was the lady I spoke with to Pre-Register (Admitting: Pre-registration services) for my lab tests. It was an older woman who was short-tempered and seemed put out that I even dared to call. I called the previous week because all my info was wrong and changed everything but for some reason, it was still incorrect when I called for my lab tests. She yelled at me to speak up, she yelled at me when I misunderstood what she meant by "Where are you?". You don't know what the patient is experiencing so talking to them as if they should have this conversation down as a daily routine isn't acceptable.
