I just called to ask a simple question and the women on the phone was the rudest person I have ever spoken too. I have never had issues with the hospital and all I wanted to know is if I would be better off speaking with my main doctor before going to the ER for an ankle injury and she wouldn't answer my question. She said well I can't diagnose u on the phone... I didn't want a diagnosis. I wanted to know if I should see my physician before going to the ER.
