Cool spot to hang out and see some art (when museum is open). Great place to take photos as well if you don t mind the occasional onlooker. Beautiful views and close to good food spots all around

Bit of a hidden gem in LA. Little park on a hill with views of the Hollywood sign and Griffith Observatory. Highly recommend taking a tour of the inside of the Hollyhock House! Also, this park is where the Elvis and Audrey party was filmed for Big Little Lies.

I've come here a couple times for the Barnsdall Foundation's #BarnadallFridays weekly summer wine tasting event, and enjoyed myself both times. The second time, there was an earthquake, and no one gave a care in the world. Great views, vibes, and people!

What a great place for a quiet get together or birthday party. You can't set up tables but just a picnic type gathering works well here. There are clean restrooms and parking and the address comes up on maps so it's easy to get to!

It's beautiful, scenic and designed by my favourite architect Frank Lloyd Wright. It has an art center and is a lovely place to picnic. I love the neighborhood, Los Feliz. The only thing I wish is that the people running it took better care of this historic landmark and kept it cleaner.

One of the best parks in the Koreatown/Hollywood adjacent neighborhoods. Great views of the hills. Hollyhock house is worth seeing, even if you don't pay the entrance fee. The park never gets too busy, even on weekends you usually find parking (which is free).

Such a great spot to springboard a date night or a while night with friends. We picked up wine and snacks at Jon's Marketplace on the way up. After a few sunset toasts we walked down to The Middle East Club for sidewalk hookah with our new friend George (he owns the place). When our stomachs started to growl we walked over to Carousel to pretend we were the Kardashians and feast on classic mezas. Such a good time!

Loved Barnsdall park and my dog did too. There's lots of dog friendly trails that aren't too difficult. It's surprising you're still in CA, it's very calming and secluded. The cafe at the front of the park is very quaint and worth stopping at either before or after your hike. If hiking isn't your thing, relaxing at the park is a nice way to spend the day too.

Come to this park if you want to see the most beautiful sunset you ve ever seen. This is also where big little lies was shot and if you re a huge fan you should definitely come here and look for the stairs where the season 1 ended, no spoliers

Is it a public park or occupied by one group of crazy kids, and no one cares what they do. They throw balls into people, run among resting people, and scream a lot. I'm so disappointed. I have never seen any security here.
