Went there today to buy a desk, return, drawers, ...

Went there today to buy a desk, return, drawers, 2 chair mats and maybe a chair. Noticed beforehand that they had various specific second hand desks in stock according to their website. Turns out it's a trap. They let people put the desks on hold but don't remove them from their website. They were quite dismissive of us which is a shame because we would have considered their new options.

Raffaella provided fantastic service and Mile End Office Furniture have brilliant prices. I ordered a balance stool and Raffaella organised transport to Melbourne and it was still $50 to $120 cheaper than I could buy one in Melbourne. Thanks!

We have bought two great desk chairs from Mile End Office furniture and they are great quality. We would highly recommend buying from here. Worth spending a bit more than rival homeware companies to get the quality and guarantee of a professional chair that will see us through for a long time.

I've been a loyal customer for 7 years and then wh...

I've been a loyal customer for 7 years and then when I special ordered a piece of furniture, I was told that it would be more expensive as a whole sheet of laminate needed to be acquired. "No problem" I said to Steve, just order it, make it so and I'll take the (large) off cut to use for other projects. Needless to say when I went to pick up my order, no sheet and no Steve and no follow up phone call to rectify the situation. Long story short...4-5 months later after regular un-returned calls I write my feelings to administration only to find that Steve has been PROMOTED!!!! I still did not get the sheet I paid for.
DO NOT PATRONISE these knuckleheads, a monkey would give better service...(ha I feel a bit better now).

Working with Jeff and the team at Mile End Office Furniture has been a pleasure for our whole clinic waiting room set up! We love Jeff's functional ideas and knowledge in the industry. the Admin staff are helpful and efficient . Special mention to the installers of our TV unit - good guys that helped me with some other maintenance things in the room that were not related to their job!

Rang up to find out if there were office chairs in...

Rang up to find out if there were office chairs in stock or had to be ordered in. Was told that some models were available for immediate purchase/collection and if I came into store would be able to take one on purchase. Closing time is 5pm. Went straight after work and arrived at 4:15pm. Chose a chair - several in stock, but no, I couldn't have one because the warehouse closes at 4pm. Would have been good to know this at time of phone call.

I've purchased from MEOF several times; it's always been a good experience. My current employer needed to cost effectively fit an office from scratch. He was thinking we'd be restricted to online 2nd hand. I recommended MEOF instead. He was impressed with the range, price for new, ease of ordering, and the friendly, helpful customer service. Once again, MEOF were great; didn't let me down and lived up to my recommendation. Thank you!

Nearly didn't go here because our r collection from many years ago was average. Glad we did. Service, from Declan, was very personable and very thorough. They went out of their way to provide information and options. Clearly it's also been renovated and now a very comfortable and modern environment. Good range of products and aside from purchasing a couple of chairs, now seriously considering a "standing desktop" option. Heaps of advice provided on that.

Wonderful help from the sales staff and the range of furniture is tremendous - lots to choose from and lots of help if needed.
