I just purchased a 2020 Mustang Gt 500 from Raisor Ford in LaFayette, IN. Previously to this I purchased two 2019 new Mercedes from their Mercedes dealership. From Charlotte, NC to LaFayette, is a long ways, but the buying process is so good, that I continue to purchase from The Raisor Auto Group. The last two cars, I had delivered to my home. Their pre-inspection of the cars delivered was amazing and they found a spot on a wheel, that even if I pointed it out to you, it would be hard for you to find it and have ordered a new wheel. They have excellent pricing and the buying process is so smooth. On my last purchase, I did it all in the comfort of my home on the telephone. Remember they have 8 different dealerships, so there is a lot for you to choose from. I highly recommend the Raisor Auto Group.

Needed to get some paper work filed today. They knew exactly which forms to fill out and got us taken care of quickly. We are always pleased with our experience at Mike Raiser Ford.

We traded in our gas guzzling Ford Edge for a much more fuel efficient Used VW Golf to get back to see family without spending a fortune. Our little Golf has proved to be the perfect fit and saves us tons of money.

The entire purchasing process was a breeze and Shad and Dawn were extremely helpful, laid back and fun to work with. There wasn't a trace of pressure that you normally feel during a car sale and it was actually really entertaining.

Although we did have a few hiccups with our car after the sale was completed; Shad, Dawn and Terry all kindly went out of their way to make sure that everything was resolved and we came away from this as very happy customers.

I hope that the owner(s) of Raisor Auto Group sees this review and is/are aware of what great assets they have in Shad, Dawn and Terry.

They are the ideal people that all companies should strive to hire when looking for the right team for their staff.
