Our copier was printing black streaks about 3/4 of the way down each page so I called ABE. It was so nice to be greeted by a friendly voice instead of voice mail. The dispatcher said he d send someone right out, and Brian Irish was here within the hour! Brian Irish is not only competent, he is unfailingly kind and great to work with. I knew Brian from the I.T. Department at the hospital, and am thrilled he s working for ABE now AND I even request him if available. Brian knew exactly what was wrong and had it repaired and up and running in less than 15 minutes! I would definitely recommend ABE to others and have done so in the past. From Bob Allen in sales, to the Jackson Family supporting our nonprofit events, to impeccable service by Dispatch (didn t catch their name) and service by Brian Irish, Mercy Urgent Care is well pleased with Advanced Business Equipment!

He went above and beyond to help us out and get our problems fixed! Did an amazing job making sure that our problems were fixed and everything was working properly before leaving. Amazing worker. I think our guy needs a raise for a prestigious job!

This was the initial install. Mike Lewis was easy to work with, communicated well, and helped me configure the printer even though our main office is 2,000 miles away from the jobsite with the copier. I have been leasing a copier from Advanced Business Equipment for almost five years. The leasing process was simple and quick. During the period of the lease, repairs and servicing of the copier have been handled promptly. I have an office in my home and the repair guys that come over are always respectful and competent. I appreciated that someone came the same day I called the problem into your service desk. This is our only fax/copier and it is very important that we keep the unit up and running. We actually print warehouse paperwork that requires 3 hole punch from this unit and when it is down, we have to redirect those jobs to a regular printer and punch the paper ourselves. Thank you for taking care of us so quickly!
