I had my computer serviced by Computer DNA a few years back and it cost me a lot of time and money, then I came back and had my Mac-book worked on. I ended up buying a Mack book from computer DNA for over a thousand dollars . Fast forward to now and I just got off the phone with them looking to buy a new computer and; they seem as if they didn t even want to help.

Like I m spending good money with yall(I don t get it

They got me in fairly quickly, fixed the problem and recovered my data fairly quickly. When I got my computer home there was an issue that necessitated that I bring it right back. They resolved the issue in a few minutes. They were very knowledgeable and courteous.

I went there to get my Mac fixed and they did fix it, but their costumer service was awful. The person at the front desk was very snarky and very unprofessional. He gave me an attitude, he seemed like he had other things to do so he rushed and I saw multiple eye rolls. I wasn't pleased. I went back a few weeks later because they said the problem with my laptop could happen again so they recommended I get a new one and they would transfer the data for free if I came back in 60 days. I got a new laptop and went back in the specific time gap, but they said it would cost $150. I wouldn't have a problem paying it, but they did tell me they would do it for free. The man told me to "loose my attitude." I didn't have an attitude, I was frustrated and wanted to get what I was told that I would get. I was awestruck that an employee would tell me that, the customer is always right. He told me to find proof, I got my receipt and went back in and showed the man. And when he realized I was right, he was very snarky. I don't appreciate the disrespectfulness that this business has shown me. I definitely won't be coming back nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

Took in my daughter's 2007 era I-Mac for wipe & so...

Took in my daughter's 2007 era I-Mac for wipe & software update...Was only charged for a quarter hour and was done in less than 24 hours....Jason brought this glorious dinosaur back to life for my daughter's niece....

I have a Mac Book Pro which had run out of disc space. The model I have does not allow you to add more memory. I took it to computerDNA and they identified the problem and fixed everything. I could not be more pleased. They really went the extra mile and out of their way to identify the problem and fix it.

Kudos to Vic and crew - not only for being open during the pandemic while keeping the social distancing guidelines, but keeping those of us for whom a functional Mac is "essential" to our businesses going with great service and support!

These guys had no problem taking my money without ...

These guys had no problem taking my money without really fixing anything, or telling me what I had to do to deal with the computer issues I was having. Im still dealing with the exact same issues that I had before I took it there. I'm not 100 percent sure what they did besides take my money. I'm calling around through various channels to resolve what's going on, but basically I lost 125 bucks for these guys to open my computer up and not do anything. I won't be reaching out when y'all try to follow up with this bad review, so don't even bother responding. I'm just hoping I can prevent someone else from getting ripped off.

Had an excellent experience with these guys! SO much so I tipped in cash. Here's what happened, I went on the best vacation of my life to Alaska, then on the place ride home trying to upload pictures on social, my phone crashed. I went to 3 different places before the Apple Store in Kenwood Mall told me to go to Computer DNA. I dropped my phone off with tears in my eyes worried I was going to lose allll of my vacation photos and need to get a new phone in general. Then, with-in 24 hours they had fixed my problem- saved every single photo and video and I didn't need a new phone afterall! Proudly rockin my iPhone 10 until I can't no more ;) Deff recommend and will go back if I need to!
