I went there to get my Mac fixed and they did fix it, but their costumer service was awful. The person at the front desk was very snarky and very unprofessional. He gave me an attitude, he seemed like he had other things to do so he rushed and I saw multiple eye rolls. I wasn't pleased. I went back a few weeks later because they said the problem with my laptop could happen again so they recommended I get a new one and they would transfer the data for free if I came back in 60 days. I got a new laptop and went back in the specific time gap, but they said it would cost $150. I wouldn't have a problem paying it, but they did tell me they would do it for free. The man told me to "loose my attitude." I didn't have an attitude, I was frustrated and wanted to get what I was told that I would get. I was awestruck that an employee would tell me that, the customer is always right. He told me to find proof, I got my receipt and went back in and showed the man. And when he realized I was right, he was very snarky. I don't appreciate the disrespectfulness that this business has shown me. I definitely won't be coming back nor would I recommend this place to anyone.
