I don t usually do this but I am beyond frustrated...

I don t usually do this but I am beyond frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!
Had my last two oil changes done at Mike Brown Ford...... Went to Jerry s on July 11th to get my oil changed!! The manager came out and told me that my oil plug was in so tight that they couldn t even get it out and we re afraid if they kept forcing it it would strip the plug and maybe mess up the oil pan!! So I told him I would just drive it back over to Mike Brown where it was changed last and they could fix it since they messed it up... Drove back over to Mike Brown Ford, told them the situation and the lady was rude, said she would have to pull my ticket, and said well there are 4 or 5 ahead of you so it will be a while!! I said ummm no I m not waiting for all those cars as you messed up mine and I want it fixed!! She said well ma am I can t do anything else you will have to wait or I will go get the service manager would you like that I said sure!! He came out and proceeded to tell me the same thing that I was gonna have to wait, I again insisted that I wasn t going to wait so he said well then you can drive it over to Hyundai because they don t have anybody in line!! I said ok and drove over there!! Waited for an hour and a half, and yes they had to replace my oil plug even though they said there was nothing wrong with it!!( on my ticket it says replaced oil plug damaged by Ford) ( and how can I be sure there isn t anything wrong and they didn t damage anything on it)!! The service manager at Hyundai was super nice but we still had to wait!! Then the Ford Service mananger, walked over to Hyundai and proceeded to tell me that you have to replace those oil plugs like mine every other time or so when getting your oil changed... I called my husband and told him and he said that was not true!!! I also drove back to Jerry s and told them what they told me and he said that is not true!!! Then I had to pay for my oil change!!!! I never even said I
Wanted them to change my oil, just fix what they messed up!!! I called and spoke with the general manager on Friday who was going to return my call... no call back!!!!! I called on Tuesday and asked for a corporate number which they gave me, which is a Customer Care Manager. I spoke with her and let her know the situation, she said ok she would look into it and call me back Wednesday and if I didn t hear from her by noon to call her back!! I gave her until 4:30 yesterday and left a message for her to call me!! No call again!!!! I called again today at 4:30 and left another message and still no call!!! I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO THERE!!!! This is horrible customer service!!!!!
After I posted this I got a call back from the customer service manager, she said that yes those plugs must be changed as they wear out over a couple of times... Also said that this was all just a misunderstanding and that they are just so busy over there and growing so much that what was said to me and the
Way it was said was probably just misunderstood....... So they did apologize but it just didn t/ doesn t help at this point!!! Ugh, where has everyone s customer service skills gone!! It s frustrating!!!
