Brandon in Ford parts was FANTASTIC!!! I was an out of state customer looking to buy a Ford part that was on factory back order with no ETA. Mike Brown Ford did not have the part. Brandon researched dealers in my State and found 5 of them who showed they had the part in stock. Brandon said, "if it turns out they don't have the part, call me back, I have a list of about 50 other dealers across the US who show stock. I will even call some of them and help you track it down". Mike Brown Ford's employee knew I was from out of state, they did not have the part, there was no chance they were going to make any money on me, yet their employee Brandon, offered to go out of his way to help me. It just does not get any better ! Kudos to Mike Brown Ford!
