We met a clear talking, straight forward sales person by the name of Cindy Bowen. She knew her vehicles, she made it easy for us to drive the vehicles in which we were interested, and then easily decide on the best vehicle for us.
The staff at Mike Brown Ford were all very friendly, easy to talk to, and all helped us complete the purchase with no problems.
We did ask for some additions to the vehicle, and the dealership made sure we would get those add ons, and so the whole experience was very enjoyable, and satisfying.
We tow our Explorer behind our motorhome. During a long drive, the battery of the explorer was low. We tried to start the car, and it did not start, so we jumped the car from the motor home, but since the motorhome has a 24 volt system, it affected our electronics in the Explorer. We went to Mike Brown Ford, and they determined that the only damage done was to blow out our headlight bulbs. They diagnosed it quickly, and corrected it immediately. They do make us feel good about their dealership!
We have tried to use Mike Brown for all of our servicing, so they would have the history of our vehicle's maintenance. Recently they changed our oil, and checked our Explorer, and showed us that we were slightly out of alignment, and it will be scheduled during our next regular maintenance. This kind of professionalism is why we continue to return to Mike Brown Ford.
Recently we had our 60,000 mile service performed by Mike Brown Ford. They made sure we were in good shape to continue to enjoy our 2015 Explorer. They noticed that our alignment was off, and with my permission they aligned the vehicle. We drag this SUV behind our motor home, for as many miles as we drive it, so we are in for service more often then the odometer shows.
We value Mike Brown Service, because they keep us abreast of what the vehicle needs, as well as any other issues with Ford/or the automotive industry.
We've just completed a 7500 mile summer trip, and it was time to service our Explorer. They scheduled it, performed all the items requested, filled out the paperwork for Ford Recall notices on our vehicle, and then they adjusted our headlights, which were low, and difficult to see the road ahead in the dark.
As usual, we have been pleased with Mike Brown Ford, their service is complete, they wash the vehicle when we bring it in, and they perform their service in a very timely manner.
We brought in our 2015 Ford Explorer for an oil change, and we also had an issue with the passenger door covering, inside, that had come loose. We made the appointment, it was confirmed, and we arrived on time. Once in the dealership, we were met rapidly, and our concerns were noted. We learned that the door panel was a recall item, but it had expired. We have not put many miles on this vehicle during the isolation of Covid-19, we did not know about the recall. The dealership performed the necessary repairs, and still covered it by the recall/warranty. We were very pleased with their service.
Mike Brown Ford continues to impress me with superior service.
This morning, we went to start our Ford Explorer, and the battery did not start the car.
We had a battery pack, started the car, but called Mike Brown Ford, and they said we could bring in the car at our earliest convenience.
We brought in the Explorer, Dave the service writer, took care of our battery needs. We had purchased a battery in 2017, and Dave made sure that we were covered by the warranty.
This kind of extraordinary service is why we continue to use Mike Brown Ford for all our service needs.
