Purchased our pre-owned car back in August 2019. There were couple things that needed to be fixed before actually taking possession and closing the deal on the car of the car. The dealership stated We want you to be safe and the car fixed right( aware the car would be used in our ministry in the field) It wasn t! Every time we try to get answers and get the car fixed right, the dealership keeps passing the buck.

We met a clear talking, straight forward sales person by the name of Cindy Bowen. She knew her vehicles, she made it easy for us to drive the vehicles in which we were interested, and then easily decide on the best vehicle for us.
The staff at Mike Brown Ford were all very friendly, easy to talk to, and all helped us complete the purchase with no problems.
We did ask for some additions to the vehicle, and the dealership made sure we would get those add ons, and so the whole experience was very enjoyable, and satisfying.

We tow our Explorer behind our motorhome. During a long drive, the battery of the explorer was low. We tried to start the car, and it did not start, so we jumped the car from the motor home, but since the motorhome has a 24 volt system, it affected our electronics in the Explorer. We went to Mike Brown Ford, and they determined that the only damage done was to blow out our headlight bulbs. They diagnosed it quickly, and corrected it immediately. They do make us feel good about their dealership!

We have tried to use Mike Brown for all of our servicing, so they would have the history of our vehicle's maintenance. Recently they changed our oil, and checked our Explorer, and showed us that we were slightly out of alignment, and it will be scheduled during our next regular maintenance. This kind of professionalism is why we continue to return to Mike Brown Ford.

Recently we had our 60,000 mile service performed by Mike Brown Ford. They made sure we were in good shape to continue to enjoy our 2015 Explorer. They noticed that our alignment was off, and with my permission they aligned the vehicle. We drag this SUV behind our motor home, for as many miles as we drive it, so we are in for service more often then the odometer shows.

We value Mike Brown Service, because they keep us abreast of what the vehicle needs, as well as any other issues with Ford/or the automotive industry.

We've just completed a 7500 mile summer trip, and it was time to service our Explorer. They scheduled it, performed all the items requested, filled out the paperwork for Ford Recall notices on our vehicle, and then they adjusted our headlights, which were low, and difficult to see the road ahead in the dark.

As usual, we have been pleased with Mike Brown Ford, their service is complete, they wash the vehicle when we bring it in, and they perform their service in a very timely manner.

We brought in our 2015 Ford Explorer for an oil change, and we also had an issue with the passenger door covering, inside, that had come loose. We made the appointment, it was confirmed, and we arrived on time. Once in the dealership, we were met rapidly, and our concerns were noted. We learned that the door panel was a recall item, but it had expired. We have not put many miles on this vehicle during the isolation of Covid-19, we did not know about the recall. The dealership performed the necessary repairs, and still covered it by the recall/warranty. We were very pleased with their service.
Mike Brown Ford continues to impress me with superior service.
This morning, we went to start our Ford Explorer, and the battery did not start the car.
We had a battery pack, started the car, but called Mike Brown Ford, and they said we could bring in the car at our earliest convenience.

We brought in the Explorer, Dave the service writer, took care of our battery needs. We had purchased a battery in 2017, and Dave made sure that we were covered by the warranty.

This kind of extraordinary service is why we continue to use Mike Brown Ford for all our service needs.

I had the pleasure to meet Makenzie today, I highly recommend this man to get the job done. I went in with far from high hopes of leaving happy, I left smiling and 100% thankful for this guy. Not only did he did he spend a good chunk of his day trying to get me into a vehicle , he also stayed after hours to make sure I left that same night with a vehicle. This guy deserves a medal for his hard work and dedication!
I am proud to give him and this business a 5+ star review because they truly earned it. I look forward to doing future business with you, and y all now gained one great full customer, I will forever speak highly of Mike Brown!!!

Mike Brown auto group is the best dealership that i have ever worked with. I bought a 2016 F-250 a few months ago and couldnt be any happier with my experience. My salesman Michael Whitfield was so helpful and knowledgeable on my purchase and just a pleasure to be around ! The dealership is second to none. If customer service is what your looking for than look no further. They have a huge selection of inventory and a amazing service and parts department. In otherwords a one stop shop dealership. I checked with every dealership in the state of Texas and they were the only one that had the truck i was looking for. I dont usually write reviews but i had to brag on these guys because they really do believe in the customer being 100% satisfied and i definitely am. This dealership is nothing short of amazing. I buy a fair amount of vehicles and have a terribly low tolerance for car dealership shenanigans. While not every approach to a buyer will be the same, I will say that they accommodated my needs in a very helpful and efficient manner. Vastly exceeded my expectations. Best vehicle purchasing experience I ve ever had. My salesman Michael Whitfield was a friendly and pithy communicator by phone, email, text and in person. Super nice and genuine guy. No games!

My experience with MBAG was great. I had inquired about a vehicle that was online, a sales associate called me right away. The vehicle I inquired about was not the right vehicle for me but the salesman kept my information and reached out about another vehicle that may have worked.
It didn't but once I got on the lot he made sure to go through every scenario for me to meet my vehicle needs and financial needs. The finance department was great and did what they needed to do for me as well. I would recommend Mike Brown Auto Group to anyone!

I have never gone to a dealership and felt as comfortable as I did at Mike Brown Ford. Right when I got there Jeremy greeted me and showed me the car I was inquiring on and he was straightforward and honest with everything I asked. He made the process simple and quick and I bought my Ford Focus at a great price. The finance manager Ty gave me every detail I needed for financing and future. Everyone here was so helpful and they truly care. I will be going to them from now on and recommending to my friends. I am so happy with my car and got all the features I wanted!

This is the 2nd car I've purchsased at Mike Brown Ford. Had a great experience. Worked with Paul Saynes and he worked very hard to sell me what I wanted. By that I mean he didn't try to sell me on something with more bells and whistles than I could afford or ever figure out how to use. He showed me other options but didn't try to push me into buying something "bigger and better". He just helped me find what I was looking for.
Ty, the finance guy, found me a good deal and was very helpful in finding me a payment plan to fit my budget
Great experience and good people to work with. I'm a happy camper

I bought a 2011 F250 just over a month ago. A couple of weeks into having the truck, I noticed that there was a coolant leak. After speaking with the service department, they told me to bring it in and they would gladly take care of it. The service department fixed the coolant leak but then a few days later I had an oil leak. So I had to take it back in. They fixed the problem. Then it started again so I took it back. Then again. So we ll see how it goes. Not looking great so far. I don t have an issue with the service department but with the used car dealership. I was asked to change my first review since they are so proud of their high ratings. And yes Kevin I should have given this truck back to y all within those first 30 days.

Great customer service, had my vehicle at Mike Brown Ford to get a new tire after damaging one the previous day, got me in and out in great timing and were straight forward with me from the start. Highly recommend all of the Mike Brown dealerships for any service needs you may have. I ve had nothing but the best Experience from them across all of their dealerships. 10/10 this is the place to go

FAVORABLE UPDATE: I was contacted by Clark Skiles, the new service manager at Mike Brown Ford. He offered sincere apologies for my poor experience with his department. Clark had located a key fob for my vehicle at another store, and had it picked up. He arranged a time for me to stop by so he could personally arrange to have the key fob programmed. Clark was very professional, the job was handled quickly, and I received my key fob free of charge. As making amends goes, Clark could not have been more genuine or thorough. He expressed a strong desire to improve the overall customer experience at the Mike Brown Ford Service Department. --------- I made an appointment with Mike Brown Ford's Service Department to get a replacement key fob for my Ford Escape. I was asked to arrive early for my appointment, and was told the job would take about an hour. After an hour, my service advisor came to the waiting room to ask a question about my job. He said the job was in process and would be finished shortly. Forty minutes later, I went looking for him to check the status of the job only to learn he was at lunch. Another service advisor checked on my vehicle, and informed me they were out of stock on key fobs for my vehicle.

In other words, I made an appointment in advance, sat in the waiting room for almost two hours, and had to go looking for a vehicle status update only to learn that no work had been done, or would be done, on my job because they didn't have the part. Insult to injury, I'd been advised halfway through my waiting time that my job was in process and would be finished "shortly". No one apologized or acted concerned about the situation in any way. Apparently this type of service is their 'normal'. I reached out to Mike Brown about my poor experience, but received no reply.

The lack of good business processes, extreme customer service indifference and the sheer level of incompetence in this scenario were stunning. Despite any desire to 'shop local', I urge anyone reading this review not to do business with Mike Brown Ford's Service Department.

Friendly staff, quick service, comfortable waiting area, and no additional work was recommended (sad to say that many service centers recommend work that isn't needed). Will definitely be back!

Craig Hoffman is who we purchased our truck with. He is a great person to work with and we highly recommend him. Everyone we dealt with during the purchase process was friendly and a great help. When I took the truck back to get the windows tinted and the spray in bed liner installed, I was given a loaner, so I could go to work and my life was not interrupted. Awesome group to work with.

Went in to look around with a friend, and Mac found us in about 5 mins, it was about an hour to closing time and we knew we just had a short window. No one likes staying late at work but Mac was easy going, answered all our questions and said not to worry about running him late to leave work. We felt no pressure, other than what we gave ourselves. We left a few minutes after closing, we were trying to be polite since we were just taking a quick look. Then we did more research and came back about 1 1/2 months later. Asked for him by name this time we planned our trip earlier in the day. Mac was super friendly and took the time to explain all the features to my friend about the two different Escapes she was looking at then she made her choice. She is loving it. Then while she was in another step of the buying process, he took the time to show me a truck. We talked trucks and dogs. What better combo! I bought my truck and have been super happy!! Mac's level of service is impressive. He is straight forward and honest. I still feel amazing about my deal and so does my friend. Thank you Mac!!

I bought a 2017 Ford Raptor from John Moore earlier this year. I held off on my review until I could evaluate all three parts of the dealer (sales, service, and parts). Having utilized all three I can give my review. John was very helpful during the entire process, from ordering in July to pickup in late February. I had to work for my price, but got a very good one considering my purchase.

Service and parts have both been great as well, pleasant to deal with and helpful. I particularly like the service bay, as you can see you truck on the track from the waiting area, as I like to be able to check progress. The kids room is well stocked and closed off, which makes it very nice.

The only issues I've had:
- I requested no sticker be put on my paint during receiving. While it was gone when I got my truck, there was leftover sticky remnants I had to get rid of, which was irritating.
- I wanted an oil sample during the first oil change, but the tech forgot. Everyone was very apologetic, it wasn't too big a deal.
- The sales manager was pretty forceful about doing the initial prepwork for me, even though I wanted to detail the truck myself. It wasn't a done deal at the time and I was afraid of anything that would jeopardise my purchase, so I let them do it. Not only did they put a scratch by my gas cap during fuel up, but I had quite a few swirl marks and other issues I had to take care of. It is an off-road truck that I use, but I prefer any paint damage to be done by me.

I am appalled at the treatment I have received at Mike Brown Ford. As a repeat customer I have bought 1 new vehicle and 2 used vehicles over the years. I have also referred my sister to the dealership and she bought at least 1 new vehicle. I have recommended Mike Brown to countless people. That completely STOPS today. I was trying to resolved a situation that was caused by Mike Brown selling me a vehicle with a spare tire that didn't fit the purchased vehicle. This information was never discovered until my family became stranded and had no means of correcting the situation. The fact is Mike Brown sold me something that was NOT complete or within a reasonable expectation. They will now NOT work with me on providing a replacement but instead say that the car came to them that way so it's not their fault. In the end, they want me to purchase the tire. This is the farthest thing from customer service I have ever seen. I will never buy another vehicle from Mike Brown and I will advise my family and every friend I have in the area that this place is NOT to be trusted!

So me and my husband needed a trailer break instal...

So me and my husband needed a trailer break installed and since we came here to get an oil change we asked them to take care of it. This is weeks ago, we noticed nothing was happening when we were pulling our trailer, we called and said we are not noticing a difference and they said, yea well it wasn t hooked up properly and we found out it wasn t hooked up at all because our truck actually needed a kit installed separately for the trailer break to be installed. So our first trip there we left the lot with nothing installed and nobody told us! The second time we came to get it fixed they had no clue how to install the kit and let us once again drive away knowing it probably wasn t installed. Their reasoning was they could not get a wire through one area so they were hoping it was done right. That s $400 we paid in materials and labor and 3 days total out of our schedule for nothing. This place is not the place to go for a car service.

We just bought a home here in Granbury after traveling for 6 years. My husband was thinking about another truck so he stopped into the dealership to look at used trucks and Mac Jameson quickly came out to check on him. He quickly showed him anything he wanted and when he stated his dismay at the prices of used versus new, he suggested a new demo truck that would save him some money, get him a new car warranty and have low mileage. We bought one of your demos today and are very please. Thanks Mac for being so conscientious. Great experience today.

Course you always have to see the "finance guy" to review your credit sins. If Gabriele has a triage desk for heaven, bet it'll be manned by a auto finance guy, with two stamps "Worthy and Not"....

We just bought a 2014 VW Beetle for our daughter as a graduation present. Hands down, one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. From the time we drove onto the lot to new car keys in hand was little over an hour. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very well organized. They also noticed the low tire light being on and refilled the tires. When we got the car home after a fairly long drive, the light came back on so we texted them to see which tire was low. In the meantime, we found a screw stuck in one of the tires and took it to get patched. When Cindy the salesperson texted me back we told her we found the problem and she told us to send her the bill. I thought this was going above and beyond duty and really appreciated the offer. All in all, a really great car buying experience!

I have had some serious ups and downs with MB Ford...

I have had some serious ups and downs with MB Ford. This time is a very strong UP. My F-150 was having some serious computer and mechanical issues. They were collectively expensive enough, I felt I would be better off trading it in.

I hadn't seen the new Rangers until recently. I'm glad I looked at them. Better yet, I am glad Jeremy Parks helped me find one. I'd been considering another F-150. But after speaking with Jeremy and working through my wants and needs with him, the Ranger stood out as a much better option.

Jeremy was very patient and helped me find exactly the mix of wants and needs for me. He has even helped me get a few "upgrades" so I could personalize my new truck.

I hope I'm done with any "downs" with MB Ford. But even if I do, at least I now have a POC who WILL go above and beyond to help me.
