I bought a 2017 Ford Raptor from John Moore earlie...

I bought a 2017 Ford Raptor from John Moore earlier this year. I held off on my review until I could evaluate all three parts of the dealer (sales, service, and parts). Having utilized all three I can give my review. John was very helpful during the entire process, from ordering in July to pickup in late February. I had to work for my price, but got a very good one considering my purchase.

Service and parts have both been great as well, pleasant to deal with and helpful. I particularly like the service bay, as you can see you truck on the track from the waiting area, as I like to be able to check progress. The kids room is well stocked and closed off, which makes it very nice.

The only issues I've had:
- I requested no sticker be put on my paint during receiving. While it was gone when I got my truck, there was leftover sticky remnants I had to get rid of, which was irritating.
- I wanted an oil sample during the first oil change, but the tech forgot. Everyone was very apologetic, it wasn't too big a deal.
- The sales manager was pretty forceful about doing the initial prepwork for me, even though I wanted to detail the truck myself. It wasn't a done deal at the time and I was afraid of anything that would jeopardise my purchase, so I let them do it. Not only did they put a scratch by my gas cap during fuel up, but I had quite a few swirl marks and other issues I had to take care of. It is an off-road truck that I use, but I prefer any paint damage to be done by me.
