Great food, higher prices than I assumed they would be considering the look of their overhead costs (I play with numbers in my job, don't judge @ how I begin my "cost analysis"...smh). Pleasantly surprised with first visit here - have been to other Miguelito's (Krum location if one and the same) and loved them too. I'll be back!

Went to have dinner last night with my boyfriend..I absolutely love this place but last night our drinks were HORRIBLE. My Bloody Marry tasted like straight lime juice.. my boyfriends Margarita was gross!!! Every time he took a sip it was all salt. Then as I'm eating I'm staring in the kitchen watching them cook with NO gloves on!!! I witnessed a lady back there eat something with her hands and continued to grab food and put it on a plate!! That's when I had to stop eating my food. Yuck.

The food here is amazing with a mix of Tex-Mex and Mexican cuisine. Service is always superb. The atmosphere is kid friendly with high chairs provided for children. Parking is ample as well. Gluten- free and vegetarian options are available.

The tortilla soup is the BEST in the metroplex. The salsa kind of sucks, but I usually order the frijole dip and it's an amazing appetizer. Margaritas are excellent. We love coming here regularly.

I've been going to Miguelito's for years. Sometimes the service can be a little underwhelming but that doesn't stop them from putting a decent meal. I've only had a few experiences where the food came out wrong or cold. Always quick to fix any problems you might have. It's been a staple in the Hurst area for a long time and if you find yourself on this side of town looking for Tex Mex this should definitely be on your list.

We came with a really large group and the wait staff did a great job. I really enjoyed the chunky salsa with the chips. I ordered the Gabriela dinner which came with a puffed taco. It was a thin shell and fell apart pretty quickly especially since it sat on the beans and got soggy. It was in pieces after 2 bites. The beef enchilada tasted good.

If your looking for a review to tell you about food palette, etiquette, or cleanliness of the restrooms, all I can say is, "mad props to whomever cleans the toilets!" As far as where to go on Friday after a long week at work, well, that's where I may lend a helpful opinion! That being said, if you happen to be in the area, looking for an incredible margarita, and a place unwind after a long week at work, slam on the breaks, U-turn, or walk your happy butt to Miguelito's because you found a spot that meets all the criteria. Not sure how the fine print reads, but I will even buy you a Corona if you mention this review (I'll be the guy on the patio who looks ecstatic that it's Friday and has been a long week at work). Cheers!!

Miguelito's is a bit difficult to explain/review.

On one hand, it's a long-time local TexMex institution and can be very popular during the weekend. At the same time, it's also 1/3 bar and 1/3 event hall (they also hold defensive driving classes here as well).

The food tastes fine (typical TexMex fare) but I could see how some feel it's overpriced without a discount (In fact, I don't think I've ever eaten here without using an Entertainment book coupon or a Groupon).

I've never had a problem with service there, but I typically avoid going here when the parking lot is full.

And, if you haven't been there before you'll need to adjust your expectations of this place before arriving. When I said earlier that it's a long-time establishment, I meant that. The building is kind of old and the neighborhood around it isn't bad/unsafe, but it hasn't seen any improvements in a long time (making the building and area around it look a little run down).

In the end, Miguelito's is ok. You're parents/grandparents will probably enjoy the food more than a younger crowd, but the bar can also be a fun place to take your friends.

We had a party of 6. Greasy, small portions for what you pay, chipped plates. I asked for a Marguerita without salt. Served with salt and when I asked for replacement they just wiped off the salt as the drink was pretty salty. Served my fajitas (super greasy!) without the sides and by the time the sides were served my fajitas were cold. Saw our waiter only twice. Had to ask for the check and it finally arrived 15 min later. I do not recommend this place at all.

Miquelito's is a great Mexican for authentic Tex-Mex. I love their puffy tacos. I haven't been able to find them anywhere else around. They have an extensive menu that covers everything. The staff is friendly and very helpful and their margaritas are to die for.

Not sure if I justed ordered the wrong think but the chicken fajitas where not good. The chicken was tough and over cooked, green bell peppers where not even green they where translucent, the pico had such an off putting onion odor as if it was old. Not good if a Mexican restaurant can't make fajitas. My son did like his cheese quesadilla and rice.

Server forgot a couple things which is understandable, their human. After we got our food, server was no where to be found. He did not check on us what so ever. Had to ask another server to ask our server to bring our check. The hostess was the one to drop the check off. Then had to hunt down hostess again for a couple boxes. It was like my family and I disappeared. Very frustrating. Food was ok, rice tasted old like it had been sitting out all day. Definitely gonna question going back again.

Service was outstanding. Out waitress was the owner's sister and was amazing. The whole staff waited on us like a 5 star restaurant. The frozen house margarita was made to perfection!!!! I found this place on Groupon and now I see why they sold over 6000 Groupon s.....its a must for great authentic food....A++++ did I mention it had the best salsa I ever had:)

Good, but certainly not memorable. I ate there a week ago and i'm always happy to try local joints i haven't been to. Decent salsa with a nice spice, good rice and beans, but not particularly flavorful. Had the tamales as usual on my first visit somewhere. Really liked thre chili con carne but the tamales were so small and flat you could almost miss them. Flour tortillas were disappointing, clearly store bought.

It took 10 minutes to get seated, even with staff walking right by me...so I was very annoyed by that. it got better when the manager saw that and came and seated us at the table we wanted to be sat at and apologized and then brought us free queso. The server was ok, didnt really put a smile on his face but he did his job. The food was very very good. The manager is the reason this is a 5 star review, good customer service! Will come back again

The service was absolutely incredible & fast. We had 3 people who continued to check on us & refilled our chip basket before we could even ask. The food was phenomenal & portion sizes provided enough for leftovers. If I was from the area, I would definitely return frequently.

I've eaten dinner there several times always great. We had breakfast there and I learned that it was possible to screw up breakfast. I have had better at fast food restaurants. Pancakes were dry an tasteless. The sausage was inedible. The hash browns were McDonald's style. The eggs were good, but the rest was disgusting. C'mon miguelito's I know you can do better.

Came here with my mother in law and husband and was very impressed with the drinks, we had margaritas. They were big in size and had a good flavor. We did not eat anything but did have ton of chips and salsa which the salsa was delicious. I love spicy but I understand not everyone does, this salsa was just right spicy but not too spicy. It had alot of flavor and it is poured in a small container for you to get as much as you want. Which is awesome! We also had a queso And the cheese was delicious, tons of flavors. Next time we will go and try the food and I will review it even further then.

Ok food and price. Queso was out of a can, you could see and taste that it was not homemade. This place is not the best mexican food that my wife and I have eaten, but it's ok for a quick meal not for a romantic dinner.

We had lunch Beef Enchiladas and Taco everything was so good. The kids ordered Cheese Nachos and enjoyed them. We would come back although it took us 20 minutes after we finished eating to get our ticket which was aggravating.
