Salsa was really good. Service 5 star. Drinks yummy. Did not favor the brisket made me bummed

The food is amazing here!! The service is another thing. Sometimes it takes a while to get your drinks refilled and they almost never check on you, but like I said the food makes up for everything!!

The Fajitas Azteca are phenomenal! I have eaten here several times and am always satisfied with the food and the service.

Good food decent service price a little high but the food taste makes up for it.

I had the beef fajita enchiladas. The beef had a great flavor and was very tender. Yummy queso!

For all the complainers about not having a set waiter... It's more of a team service here. That way, whoever happens to be around you at that moment, will be happy to help. You don't have to sit around waiting while your server is busy helping others. I have been coming here for years & love the food & the staff!

Waiter was pathetic, salsa is very POOR and all food was so salty I could hardly choke it down. Because of a poorly written menu, the waiter could not understand that I wanted something that wasn't clearly written. They tried to make me pay for that which I didn't order. Thankfully it was "to go" and not served on a plate and I refused to pay for it. The owner has good sense and should clean house. I'll never go back.

I used to eat here all the time, it was our go to local tex mex place. That was until we found one of those little roaches (you know the kind that means you have an infestation) floating in one of our drinks. Sadly I can never return. Fortunately I have found Mi Pueblo, down the road a bit, to be a superior restaurant all around now.

We have been semi-regulars for 17 years. Miguelito's just keeps getting better. Great salsa, charro beans, Chile relleno. Service is friendly & fast. Best Tex-Mex in the area. Good prices, good Margaritas. Great lunch specials. Consistently good food.

Great food, awesome atmosphere and friendly staff!!

Horrible horrible food even after 15 years. Can you please do something to improve the quality of it. I thought for sure after going back there after all of these years it would be improved, but I guess not. Thank goodness there are other better places than this. I guess I won't ever ever be back there ever again. Good luck to you all.

FOOD IS AWESOME! BAD SERVICE!! Our waiter rushed us from the time we sat down. He never refilled our water barely spoke to us. Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas are amazingly delicious and loved the mini sopapillas.

Good food, especially with the Groupon offered right now. A little to crowded and loud but not bad.

I visited Sunday night, and was completely ignored after I was seated. Nobody even came to get my drink order. So I walked out without ordering. Nobody batted an eye. I then went to Mexican Inn on Airport Freeway, and had a fine meal with staff that was interested in their customers. In the past, Miguelito's had at least decent food from what I can remember. But the other night they were only half full and they were off their game. The staff were chatting and not paying attention. Also I notice on their menu they add an 18% service charge to parties of 6 plus. If the "service" I saw represents what large groups will get, I would advise them going elsewhere. These additional charges are highway robbery under the best circumstances.

I've been going here for years. Consistently they offer good food and a decent value. The service quality occasionally varies, though it is almost always good. The Carne Asada is my favorite.

My family has been regulars here for almost 20 years. This is my favorite non-Rick Bayless Mexican food in the country. I highly recommend the beef fajita enchiladas. I always order a third enchilada. Their salsa is also excellent. Bottomless chips and salsa are a thing of beauty.

Great Margaritas, we like the Miguelito's Dinner as it has a little of everything. and the Margaritas. (oh yea did I mention the Margaritas are really good) My wife enjoys the tamales too.

The service is good! Waiter was friendly and attentive and the manager walked around regularly to check on patrons. The food is horrible. I ordered fiesta fajitas - the beef tasted like it had already gone bad so they just cooked it a bit longer. The chicken was overcooked and dry, the shrimp tasted as though it had been microwaved (super spongy and tough), and the vegetables were ... Warm. I never heard a sizzle from the plate, there was no "smoke" or steam or anything you normally see coming from a plate of fajitas. It was almost as if they just had these from the day before and put them in the oven to reheat. They offered me a free meal for my next visit, but I don't want to risk another dinner excursion on that sort of mess. Maybe in a few months if reviews look better

The food is perfectly seasoned. The salsa with the fresh chilies is so freaking good. And I went to see my friend tell jokes. It's an awesome place for sure

The hot sauce gets better as you go period but starts out great

A group of us were here for a friend's BD. We had good food and service. We sat on the enclosed patio.

My friends and I went there last night, our waiter wasn't nice.. Didn't tell us his name I asked him for sweet tea and he brought out a glass barely filled up. My friend asked for cheese sauce, the food got brought out it was chili sauce. I asked him if we could get cheese sauce and he got mad. He never really checked on us and when he did his attitude was horrible. We had to ask the manager for everything.

Cozy, family atmosphere. Food is always great & service can't be beat. Been coming here for 19 years & it always feels like coming home. Perfect for a meal with the kids, lunch with friends or a girls' night out.

Been eating here for over 10 years. I really do love this place but the pricing is a little high unfortunately but the food is great. The service is pretty good most of the time. Honestly I d rate 5 stars but to me the pricing is a bit high. I get the Pollo Diablo most of the time and to me it s just expensive for chicken and rice but I keep going haha great food!!!

I have loved this place since the mid 90s. My only complaint ever... The service can be really slow. They will have way too few people staffed. We don't mind at dinner but we avoid lunches for that reason. Be sure and look for the M under your plate!

Service was great but food was extremely salty and presentation was poor. The only thing I liked was their hot tortilla chips.

At first glance I figured this place was a nightclub based how how popping it always is.

It s actually a really good Mexican restaurant! They have cheap Rita s and get unlimited chips and salsa to boot! The atmosphere is colorful and lively, our server always made sure our drinks were full and plates were cleared.

They also have a little bar that s right next door, perfect for hanging. If you live in HEB, you have no excuse for not trying this place

Been hanging out at Migelitos for a few years now and they treat us like family. Great comfort Mexican food, super friendly service Exceptional margaritas and great week day specials. Love, love, LOVE this place!!!

100% recommend. The food is delicious and not just standard Mexican restaurant food. You can tell care is put into every dish. The environment is comfortable and friendly. The staff are attentive and patient. It s busy for a reason :)

The food waa great and the service was exceptional. Right from the start the manager sat us down quickly followed by our waitress who was on her game down to the bus boy who was also johnny on the spot refreshing our chips without us asking. It was a pleasant dinner and will definetly return another time to dine. I highly recommend. Cudos to the whole staff.

I gone to this place a few times and while the food is great, the service is something to be desired. If the service was better I would go back, but as for now I probably won't return

I would say it's as close to an old el Paso microwave meal from the frozen food section at Kroger.

Drove 45 minutes to try this place out. Bought coupon on Groupon. We were seated immediately but took about 7 minutes before someone came to greet us and get a drink order. Never had a set waiter. We had, I believe a manager, greet us and take our orders. But after that we didn't have a waiter. We had someone bring out our food, a different person take our plates and a different guy take our check to pay. No refills either. Definitely won't drive back out to this place. Food wasn't even good. Husband had fajitas and I had chili relleno. Rather have spent money else where. Not recommended.
