Best Phone Repair Shop in Manchester (don't take my word for it - try them out).

As most people know, phones break/get viruses etc. I've been to a few shops in Manchester and have always been quite disappointed with most of them: unprofessional, insincere and just not that good at getting the phone fixed. After researching different shops online, I decided to try out Mighty Micro as they seemed to have good reviews. It is a bit out of the way for me but I'm so glad I go here now. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I've also purchased laptop cables and phone chargers from them and yes, they aren't cheap but I trust that they are genuine and won't burn my house down when I'm asleep. Why do I trust them? Because there are numerous signs in the shop saying so and they personally recommend so. Their business is not worth going bust by telling porkies in order to make a few extra quid on their cables as you can tell that they take pride in their reputation.

My phone was repaired in a reasonable time, there was clear communication on when it would be ready and they were extremely professional, had wonderful customer service, they took their time to explain everything and I even got a 30day guarantee.

Highly recommend anyone to give them a try if, like me, you are tired of the other numerous phone/computer repair shops in Manchester working as clowns. Thank you guys!

Quality product, good customer service and advice and competitive prices

Ordered from them on ebuy, due to mistreating delivery from Hermes courier company, printer arrived broken. Had some issues with returning item due to lockdown ( closed post offices, Hermes not picking up item), Tim at Mighty Micro was insanely helpful, communicative and solved my issue without me having to stress during this hard time! If I lived in Machester I would go to them all the time for service / buying! Can't recommend enough. The way the service help is provided in London should take a learning from the Machester way...

Very helpful man sorted out my iphone problem rapidly and didn't charge! The look of the shop from the outside is rather deceptive, the inside is much bigger and well organized. Maybe the owners should think of a more professional window display.

fixed my laptop in just a couple of days, quickly identified problem and reasonable cost, great service and friendly. when they were doing the work on laptop also replaced part of charger for free when realised it wasn't working properly either. Would recommend for anyone looking for a local shop.

I bought 2 stick of DDR3 ram for MacBook Pro and they beat any price online (second hand) but still does the same job. They fitted it there and then at no cost and were super friendly. Bargain of the century, would advise anyone to go check them out!

Fantastic service, took my Epson colour printer in after it suddenly stopped working and it was fixed within a few hours. I rely on it for my business so was extremely impressed with the very reasonable cost to fix it and the quick turnaround, thank you!

Helpful and friendly staff who fixed my old acer laptop with speed and efficiency. Not only that but they also recommended a cheap alternative to my broken headphone port rather than just offering the expensive repair! Much better service than some of the other local shops I've tried in Withington. Highly recommend!

My first visit, when you use someone for the first time it can be a one off if things don t go as they should, well things did go perfectly during replacement of a MacBook battery, job was done on time and for the reasonable price quoted, all the staff were knowledgeable and couldn t have been any more helpful, I will have no hesitation in using Mightily Micro in the future, well done guys.

Difficult to know where to go when you get a fault on your laptop. Mighty Micro was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. Excellent customer service, everything was explained in detail about what may have happened to my laptop etc. I was amazed to get it back couple of days later, restored and working much faster and all at a very reasonable price. Every screen either I or anybody I know has ever had from this company is weak and faulty. Usually works fine just well enough to see out their 30 day warranty but will break again in a matter of months. This includes laptop screens which regularly lead to screen bleeding, iPhone screens and Samsung screens all are incredibly weak. I have had an instance where it has been so poorly fitted dropping the phone has caused the entire screen to go black. They will not refund.

Brought my iPhone 6 here to get the screen repaired. When I got it back the screen was fixed however they broke there microphone. I took it back to them and they were happy to fix it. however, after getting it back a second time the microphone was now fixed, but it doesn't work using Siri. Furthermore, now about 3 months after first taking my phone into the shop my phone screen periodically stops working and is very temperamental. All in all, not a great experience.

Had my iPhone screen replaced here a couple of weeks ago after a few failed screen replacements on the curry mile, and the screen is still working great.

Went in with a broken printer last week and the staff were upfront and honest about the potential cost of repair. I decided as the printer was a few years old that it wasn't worth bothering and enquired about a new one. The young man who served me was knowledgeable and helped identify my needs and choose the right printer accordingly. It was refreshing to get service that genuinely seemed to want to help me rather than sell to me. I was then reassured that if I had any issues with my new printer that I could come back here to get them sorted out. Excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely be returning here for all my computer and printer based needs.
