Our MINI had a loose bolt on the door hinge and it was loosening further each time the door opened/closed. The bolt was a star pattern and needed a special wrench to tighten it. I drove by MAG MINI at lunch seeing if someone could quickly tighten it. I was expecting to have to make a service appointment, but the service writer (during her lunch break) grabbed a MINI Tech who quickly greeted me and tightened the bolt. A handshake and a thank you and I was on my way.
Dezirae was really efficient in getting our lease buyout processed! She was detailed and knowledgeable in answering all our questions. I ve always enjoyed working with MAG whether leasing or buying.
Bought a new Tiguan this week after my old VW hit 102,000 miles. My salesperson, Tim, was great. He was able to answer all my questions about different models and trim levels, and how upcoming 2022 models would differ from current inventory. He even worked with me to quickly answer questions after business hours. Was very happy with my resulting car purchase and the overall experience.
The process of purchasing my 2018 VW Tiguan R-Line from MAG was fantastic, I can t praise them enough for the fantastic customer service and process from start to finish.
I called MAG from Atlanta where I reside, and spoke to Drake who held the car pending my arrival a few days later. I was collected from the airport by Steve, a MAG representative who continued the fantastic customer service, he is a very personable guy and provides a great customer facing experience.
The location is nothing short of incredible, Drake was as great in person as he was on the phone, really can t speak highly enough of him, fantastic.
My only frustration is that I couldn t use my own finance company due to being out of state which in the end cost me more due to a higher interest rate offered from the dealership.
Overall, MAG made one of the more stressful experiences you have rather enjoyable, and I got a great deal on a wonderful car.
I referred a family member to get a Tiguan from the VW sales department. Drake and Derek did a fantastic job in assisting with the purchase. They have always provided an outstanding experience. Big shout out to the D boys in VW!
For my first experience with MAG, I was and have been very pleased so far. I purchased a 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line. Drake was my sales associate and was very knowledgeable and personable. He was readily available and answered all questions for me. He knew my car and Volkswagen very well. John in finance was equally great. Easy to deal with and again, personable. Overall, I m very pleased with my experience!

For 20 years they ve always made me feel like they are doing me a favor as a customer rather than me patronizing their business. The purchase always symbolizes the end of the minimal amount of attention from the dealer you will get. And then there s the service. Try getting someone to answer, after which you can count on a 3week wait. Go Germaine, Kelly BMW or finer dealers in Dayton, Cinnci or Cleveland.
I have been a customer at Midwestern Auto Group for over twenty years and couldn t think of anywhere else to go for a new car. My lease was near the end for my 2018 Tiguan, so I responded to an email from Derek Watts (VW Sales Manager) about turning in my car early. Within minutes I received a response from him letting me know that he had received my message. A few minutes later, I received a text and email from Ryan Thacker (VW Sales Specialist). Ryan and I exchanged messages about what I wanted in a new car and set up a time to meet. I took my Tiguan a week later to MAG so Ryan could appraise it and left with a new 2021 Jetta! I wasn t planning on leaving with a new car that day, but Ryan made it happen! He was kind, professional, and so knowledgeable! I had previously mentioned that I needed to leave by a certain time and he made it all work, so that could happen as well. He also took the time to show and explain to me the new features of the Jetta. It has been a few days since I leased my new car and I received a follow-up call From Ryan checking in. I am thankful and appreciate everything about my recent experience at MAG, most importantly meeting Ryan Thacker. I look forward to working with him on my next car and will recommend him (and MAG) to my friends and family!
