When I first moved in a year & a half ago dealing with maintenance was a nightmare. However, I m not sure if they got new staff but I can say it has improved greatly!!! Tania by far is the nicest employee there I ve talked too, she is so helpful when trying to get maintenance out quick & effectively! Super thankful for her.
Poor response to calls for maintenance issues. Very disorganized and unprofessional.

The worst experience with these people!!! Im actually a tenant and since I took the apartment it have been a nightmare, they never returns the calls, the emails and the apartments was a completely mess, things broken, not painted, the door closet rotten and etc... They treat you like you were not paying a rent!!!
STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS COMPANY. WORST COMPANY I HAD EVER DEALT WITH ONCE YOU SIGN THE LEASE YOU BASICALLY WILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN !!!!!!! I HAD MOLD IN MY PLACE WAS TOLD MY CARLOS EVEN BY WRITING OVER AND OVER AGAIN THAT THEY WILL COME AND GET IT TAKEN CARE OF NEVER DID!! THEY NEVER EVEN CALLED OR EMAIL TO TRY AND TELL ME WHY... THEY WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO BREAK THE LEASE EVEN THOUGH THE PLACE WAS NO LIVABLE A THIS POINT. MY KIDS KEPT GETTING SICK ALL THE TIME THE AIR BROKEN.. THE STAIRS BROKEN .. THE SINK BROKEN THE WINDOWS BROKEN NOTHING WOULD GET REPAIRED WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY AFTER 15 YEARS OF DEALING WITH OTHER COMPANY THIS BY FAR HAS BEEN THE WORST EVERRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!! gave one star because i had too! these people are the most unprofessional company i have ever had to deal with! they are LIARS just to say the least! They do not fix anything, they give you the run around and then never answer their phones. It's hard for me to believe they are still in business with how horrible they are! cannot wait to not have to deal with them anymore!

It took 3 weeks for them to fix a leak in my bathroom and it ruined $800 worth of my things. I could not use my toilet for 3 weeks and was still charged a normal rent for that month and was not reimbursed for anything. Probably the worst management company that exists. Also Sandra and Tania are extremely rude and unprofessional.
Terrible experience. I was forced to sign the lease without being alowed to look inside my apartment. (Living out of hotels for weeks)
The leasing agent Ricardo Arroyave claimed he was late for another appointment and said to email him photos and the checklist later with any problems. Which I did. Too many problems to mention here. I was also charged pet deposits for service animals, very illegal.
Fast forward to move out time. I'm told there are $500 in damages that didn't exist when I vacated and the company is keeping all my deposits without any written notice (as per Florida law).
Ricardo Arroyave Claims they liquidated my deposits without giving me a breakdown of the math. I think he is pocketing the money as I'm told by the company he is solely in charge of deposits and repairs.
Their maintenance crew is terrible. Poor workmanship and quality on repairs.
DO NOT RENT FROM MIDTOWN!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!!
I do not recommend this company, they own half of Samari lakes Condominium and they never helped me maintain my apartment. They don t take care of their appliances or remodeled into new appliances, refrigerators are old and leaking, doors form bathroom are broken chipped and old. Cabinets are also old and some are broken so watch out! I ve been there for 2 years and not ONCE they came to fumigate my house ( which apparently was included) you will be infested with cockroaches small and big (size of a Cheeto puff) DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Their management is horrible and never very attentive with their renters. They didn t even let me search for an apartment last minute, they asked me to pay them another $700 (half of the rent) if I wanted to stay there 5 more days, very very messed up! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
