gave one star because i had too! these people are the most unprofessional company i have ever had to deal with! they are LIARS just to say the least! They do not fix anything, they give you the run around and then never answer their phones. It's hard for me to believe they are still in business with how horrible they are! cannot wait to not have to deal with them anymore!
