Left 3 different messages for someone from the corporate office to call me and have never received any call back. Still needing answers from them on how they are going to handle the flooding that happened to my Mom's apartment been waiting for going on 4 weeks still have no answers. The managers in the office at her apartment building say they will find out and get back with us but no one has. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this management company to anyone.

I have lived in the Terrace Apartments at Midtowne in Midlothian Texas for close to eight years and have been continually disappointed in the lack of interest in maintaining the structures and landscaping here. I have made out written complaints and also called in and my portal has had all complaints about flooding removed. The backyard has flooded with rainfall which goes into my storage building and house. I have also sent letters to Austin without response. The first year here I had hundreds of millipedes inside climbing on kitchen counters, my bed, etc for 47 days before the issue was addressed and I might add that the fix took 15 minutes. I suffered 47 days for no foreseeable reason. Now my rent is being increased my $134 monthly when I live on a fixed income and the unit is on section 42 low income tax credit program. There are mice and rats in the dumpsters, black mold on doors outside, weeds cover the grounds. The list goes on and on but I am too upset to continue. How can you sleep at night knowing that you are abusing the senior citizens that reside here? I was told by Kathy that my rent increase (about one month ago)would be a $40 increase and so I asked how it was so much higher than she assured me it would be, her response was there had been several increases since she said $40 and I say someone is not truthful that manages here! Just one of many lies!

Wildflower Terrace (in Mueller) is run-down now that it is 10 years old, because it is not being cleaned well nor repaired. Management is rude, constantly making excuses. Rental rates for affordable housing have been raised 30% over the 5 years I have been here (6%/yr), which make them no longer affordable for those living on Social Security.

The receptionist is horrible and instead of answering your questions will get smart with you and then block you from being able to call. Leaving a message also doesn't work because it has been 2 weeks and still no call back!

i have lived on Port Arthur Town homes for over ten years. management sucks very unprofessional. the management team supposed to have a caring spirit which they do not. I have witnessed myself different managers and i stayed but after a ten year reunion i am looking forward to relocating somewhere else. i am tired of the mail facilities being locked could not get my check twice because of mail room being locked the whole weekend. We have had numbers of crimes and even one death at the apartments, there is a lot of children run around playing i would hate for anyone to get hurt. We have no assigned parking but outsiders and people guest come in and out all times of night parking doing illegal things outside the units, no gate keeping them from just walking inside. i love the apartment itself but the management can do better maybe walk around more..reach out to community more or maybe a new management team will be best. Thank you Tenured Resident
