I went to get assistance with marta card to start work. They supposedly loaded my marta card with 10 trips. Get to station nothing on card. Go back there a was greeted rudely my some man who told me to wait for it to kick in and tried to close the door in my face. Well they gave me a reciept to show marta police. I did that and thank God i made it home Today as i tried the card still nothing. I got a useless reciept to nothing

They do a very good work in everything they do they put their hearts and souls into it

I got the help I need there when I couldn't get it know where else.

Having been temporarily homeless over 5 years ago and in desperate need for support and guidance, Midtown Assistance was our light at the end of the tunnel. From day one until this day they have made a point of superior support services during and after we move into our apartment over 5 years ago. The support staff are selfless, unconditional and their prime goals are for "THE PEOPLE AND THOSE IN NEED". Once again we in need of transportation and food assistance to get us through the week until pay day and we would be fine afterwards. They made no haste in helping us post haste and we needed it. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT TO NOT JUST OUR FAMILY BUT TO ALL THOSE THAT YOU HAVE AND CONTINUE TO KEEP ON THEIR FEET. GOD BLESS YOU ALL MIDTOWN ASSISTANCE!!!!

HOW DARE MOST OF U SIT THERE AND SAY MEAN THINGS, WHEN MORE LIKELY YOU GUYS WAITED UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO EVEN ASK FOR THE HELP THAT THEY TRY SO DESPERATELY TO MAKE AVAILABLE FOR ALL OF US. I'm in bad shape Right now... But I will never say terrible things about these people because I know that they REALLY GIVE A DAMN ABOUT US I know u may be hurting and need the help, but hang in there... God won't let us fold, I promise u.

I got help with my electric but when I needed help with my rent after losing my job they refused .I was made to feel as if I was committing fraud by genuinely asking for help because I asked 2 days before the six month requirement which is what they require before or if they will help me.I gave them 2 stars as some staff are more helpful than others and when I needed help with an electric bill they helped.It looks as if they are only able to assist on a one off and case to case basis.The food assistance is minimal almost to the point of being frugal.

It's all to easy to judge anyone but in these time's a lot of good people are struggling to stay alive, yet some who have'ent pushed a pencil in twenty year's have a roof over they're head' I DON'T GET IT !!!!.

I was counting on them to assist me with my rent and they gave me a run around in regards to my appointment. I wrote for two weeks trying to get an appointment. They told me it's not their fault my schedule doesn't work with theirs. If I lose my job I'll be homeless and jobless but I guess that doesn't matter. I pray someone assist me and my son so we won't be homeless. I also hope grants go to organizations that really plan on assisting families in need.

Took very good care of me. Very attentive to detail and made sure that all my needs were met....

I m super thankful for MAC! I ve never been in the position to not be able to take care of myself, and when I reached out to MAC they were willing and eager to help. This organization blessed me beyond measures. One day I look forward to paying it forward!

When I needed help for rent because I was alone with my newborn baby due to unfortunate reasons I've got told to call you guys. You told me what i needed for actually receiving help. I emailed you guys tge stuff but nothing came ever back. When I called a week later I got told the things that I sent you weren't enough.

At first you guys told me I only need one requirement and when I finally brought that to you I got shut down. Not helpful at all. You guys want so much stuff. It is impossible to provide.

If you donate! Please donate to them this organization has helped me and my family with everything and anything we needed and i know they have helped others as well! Amazing staff especially during covid they move quickly to accommodate my needs!

They do not help at all with rental assistancr. They think of everything why you shouldn t recirve it rather than actuallu trying to help the person in need that meet the requirements. Very disappointing as well as incentive staff to a person of need coming to their facilities for help.

this place is a joke, reached out for rental assistance because I know they ve been receiving financial contributions and donations from all over. I was one month behind and these people asked ME to pay out of pocket first and they would cover the rest...$1800 out of pocket and they cover $1000 of the balance. Not only that they offered to pay my September rent as well, BUT then said I would have to pay some of the balance which September wasn t even added on to the month yet. Now from my understanding the world is seeing a pandemic that has shut everything down, unemployment is at an all time high with some people who have being waiting since April for money to pay bills, some people not fortunate enough to even return to work so why would somebody have to pay out of pocket when you guys have been receiving financial contributions since March to help people? I think they take the money and use it on personal care. Every person I have went through said to NOT go through these people and I took a chance, sent them personal information only for them to tell me that. I have gotten in touch with the FOX 5 news to bring this to their attention to a lot of these financial assistance places and the guy Chris he s a idiot he s just the bosses help, can t relay information can t do his job to assist.

They're really polite helpful fast I love them I recommend going here anytime you need help

I was getting bad service all around the board denied boots and clothes because I did not have a paper but I had email fax and screenshots of the particular job that was needed for the day it was no way that I could travel all the way 2 hours to get to the job to go get a piece of paper come back disum it to get some boots in a Marta card it was totally insane it was terrible and it was because I was black

A waste of time these people rather see you put out on the streets then help.
