Very friendly seller who gave us excellent service.
The fitter who came, he was nice and tidy, and gave a good service

Very good and got a really good offer on heat pump. They had to provide energy subsidies they had included in offers - double checked with them to be sure ... got installed ... by the very good and competent guy, Brian. There was control over things. Well, then the bill was sounding on the offer and a few days later we got an extra bill on the energy subsidy, which we obviously did not qualify for. The conclusion must be, you want to act here, make sure you apply for energy subsidies, because they do not control it! We have used another company that ultimately had better offers without the energy subsidy being offset if only we had known ...

Really good service and all agreements complied with to the letter

Wrote to them about an offer. Got several suggestions to choose from. Wrote a little back and forth. Called them. Got really good info, and treatment. They kept what they promised.
So looking forward to getting it set up.

Got replaced old heat pump. Fitter came as agreed. Gl, plant dismantled and started setting up new heat pump.
There should be some adaptation, but very carefully, the task was solved perfectly.
Plant tested, and then wifi should be connected. Good explanation and guidance.
It was a great experience and can be recommended.
