Not good. Food was meh at best. Not worth what they charge. Good sized portions but very greasy and not a lot of flavor. The cake is good. After an hour of waiting (which was their quoted time and the driver was exactly on time) I asked the driver if my drink was in the bag because I didnt see it. He said it was. I go inside and open it and there is no drink. When I called to ask about it I was told that they were sorry and they knew about the drink and that they would have to "owe me one" by way of a side item for free with my next order. I tried to explain that as this was my first order I'm not entirely sure that I WILL order again. She took my name and told me she owed me one but to remind her about it and hung up....... not the best way to get a repeat customer. I won't order again just so I can redeem a side dish to fix their screw up.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Placed an order. Never received food. Called man answered asked about order. He said the OKC office was closed, on their usual business day. Said he didn't know why it would let me place an order with the location closed. Requested a refund. Said I would get one. Been a month no refund $43 gone. No response from emails sent or phone messages left. Very shaddy in my opinion and unprofessional. Sent an email to the company you order through. Will post the response from them. Probably not going to be in business long with this type of scamming customers going on.
The owner thinks he owns the whole parking lot you can park in front of the salon or tag agency and he'll threaten to tow your car. Very brave for a restaurant with mediocre food, I'd pass this place up for older orchard.

All the fixings for a burger like the lettuce and pickles and onions got soggy from the steam and the tater tots. My burger was okay but not what I expected very disappointed for a first try.
Best food in town, slightly expensive but they offer amazing free meal coupons with your order. A free chzburher meal with $30 order & their huge delicious landfill with a $50 order. Highly recommend!
They ll take your order and money then stick you with an answering machine, no return calls, 3-4 hours later you might get a call saying delivered but nothings there.

I ordered a cheeseburger combo w/bacon two chocolate cakes a cheesecake and a water but the only thing that are right is the cakes and the water but no bacon cheeseburger meal instead I got some fried jalapenos and when I tried to catch the man that had my order he try to rush me off the phone and told me to just call up to the store so when I called up to the store and when I keep calling up to the store my phone is just going straight to voicemail

From out of town and ordered to be delivered at our hotel. After ordering realized it was going to be an hour and called to cancel the order. Owner answered and ensured us it would be under an hour, saying they always just put max time. So we decided we would the time. After over an hour of waiting, the delivery person showed up and gave us cold food and hot food out of the same insulated bag. Seemed counter productive. Opened our food to find thy had gotten most of the order wrong and it was barely warm. Contacted the owner and the only response we recieved "how is that?" When we let him know the food was wrong.
I have NO CLUE how the food is, because I've called them 40 times in a row and NO ONE HAS EVER ANSWERED!!!!!

Showed up almost an hour late. So it took 2 hour to get. The food was way over priced for the quality and quanity. The food had a freezer burnt taste. I just ended up throwing it away. I do not recomend and am very disappointed. I wish i could get a refund but everytime i tried calling it went to voice mail. This is muskogee area.

Very disappointed!! Ordered a bacon cheese burger with bacon cheese fries. What I received was a very soggy bun cheese burger with no bacon and approx 10 plain fries (instead of my bacon cheese fries).

Oklahoma City manager Quinn is so helpful, respectful and prompt. The Drivers in OKC are always on point and courteous. The food is great and whoever the cook is keep rocking.
Experience started out with me calling in my order. They didn't answer but I received a call back almost within 2 minutes. The girl was apologetic and very professional. That was reassuring that I made the right choice. After informing the phone rep of my location and what I would like to have delivered, the lady who answered the phone explained what does come on the sandwiches and what kind of beverages they had to offer at the time. What's my decision was made and my total was tallied I paid with a card and the call ended. I was quoted 30 minutes to an hour for delivery at the peak time for dinner service. I was expecting more than an hour wait but I receive my food within 38 minutes. My fries are crispy my sandwiches were delicious moist and just the perfect amount of condiments on the bread. I was given ranch and ketchup which was a shock because I didn't ask for it. I will definitely be calling and ordering again. Midnight grill will learn my address remember me every time
***buyer beware****2 hours to get my food. Delivery time quoted was 1 hour. After an hour and a half of waiting tried calling the Tulsa number and it was going straight to voicemail had to call okc number and he told me they were busy and rushed me off of the phone. It was cold and apparently they use hamburger meat on philly cheesteaks. Even the can of Pepsi was warm. There was a nasty grease film in the bag and when the guy opened it my food was sitting sideways.. guess thats why the cheese melted to one side. I paid online yet driver sat outside my house for 5 minutes with headlights on (not sure if he didnt believe me or this was usually the thing to do causing late orders) i should have googled before ordering because everything that popped up was about them constantly being shut dow. Because no health department guidelines and they were cooking out of an apartment instead of a restaurant.
This restaurant is off the hook. The landfill is big boy certified. Always quick and kind.

I have gotten food from midnight grills more then two times already and this time i had ordered a Philly cheese steak with Fry's and a chicken strip dinner with Fry's a bottle water and a mt dew and fried breaded mushrooms and two slice of cheese cakes which came to $47.and some change my Philly was so grease and the papers was big not cooked it was hurting my chest as i was swollen my food hard Fry's. My boyfriend chicken combo was hard dry and cold i have never i mean never received my food from them like that before i called only to have the man say i will give you $10 off anything i want plus they just opened a new restaurant in Oklahoma city and he was going to talk to the cook about our food just being thrown in the boxes i dont understand it at all and i tipped the driver 4 dollars my last four dollers to my name the cheese cake was hard and like i said i have never received my food from them like that before we could not even finish it or enjoy it like before so so disappointed on so min levels and instead of the man owning up to messing up and rushing because they was busy it was as if he was making excuses after the next i dont ever think i will ever get my food or anyone in my family food from them again i wish things was like the last few times i have ordered from them before never ever again im so upset i spent all that money and just threw it away it was a waste of my hard earned money i just ask if you continue to be in business that you make the food good and stop make excuses

Horrible experience. Even though it's late night delivery. Called and made an order for a foot long Philly Steak. Somehow it wasnt enough. Needed to be a 18 dollar minimum. A 15 dollar order turned into 29 dollars after I added a 3 dollar tip. When I called , dude said his "finger" slipped. If I wouldnt have called they would have kept it. Not worth the hassle. My cookings better.

First time ordering from midnight grill. Very upset as my "steak quesadilla" was not steak at all.. it was hamburger meat. Also I ordered online and chose cherry Pepsi as my drink and I got a regular Pepsi in a can.
First off the guy smelled like cigarettes, he acted liked he didn t want to be there.The food was not very good I got the chicken strip dinner it kinda tasted like hospital food maybe one step up so...... not very good and I told the guy I wanted my fries extra crispy and he said ohh yeah yeah we always have everything crispy for the drive, looked at my fries obviously not crispy moral of the story is I should have not listened to my friend.... and I should have ordered Chinese food or probably should have just cooked something my son is 4 months old and can cook better tasting food.

Burgers and fries fries cold, cake was warm, not 1 piece of paper or any kind of utensil, none of the description matched the combos that was ordered the only thing that was passable was the can of coke.

Ordered food at 1:00. It arrived at almost 3:00 AM. My pork chops were really bland, and pink in the middle. Fries were a soggy mess. The ordering site said that the pork chop meal came with cheese & bacon. It did not. I didn't even call back because they were pretty much closed by the time that my food arrived. I could have gone out and got a steak dinner for the $13.99 price of this disappointment. My husband however, enjoyed his Philly Cheese steak meal. I am VERY dissatisfied.
Waited 2 hours for the soggiest burger and limp fries. Ranch was spilt all over the good. Looked like it had sat out for over an hour. Also, there were two small bugs, like gnat larvae in the moisture of the box.

Ordered mozzarella sticks, chicken strip basket and a sprite. Was a little mad about having to spend $6 extra because we were not within their delivery range. The mozzarella sticks were pretty good, they tasted similar to those of other restaurants. The chicken basket was decent. One improvement would ve been a little longer under the heat lamp. And the drinks were good even though I was not expecting them to come in a can. Overall good food, but I was not so pleased with the extra fee for delivery as we were less than 5 miles outside of their delivery range and the 90 minute wait time to get to our house. But an overall good experience.

Placed order at 9:18p.m. on a Saturday. Did not receive order till approx. 11:05, though told would only take an hour for delivery. Food was barely warm, FF were soggy and not same FF shown on website. Meat tasted terrible on HB. I called to complain, the Call cnt man in Tulsa told me to "Get ****ed".

I ordered at 1:30ish and It said delivery time was 2:15. I waited and waited and finally at 5:30 I got my food. But my food was soggy and my drinks weren t even cold. My fries were all over the place. Not a good first impression for me.
Obviously can't deliver in a reasonable time. I ordered on tuesday at 12:30am, and it's now 2:50 with nobody here yet. Even if the food is decent, I won't ever order from this place again. I wasn't even in a hurry, but 2.5 hrs+ is way too long to wait ESPECIALLY on a slow day of the week. I've worked in food for 4 years and never like to criticize much, but there's no excuse for this. If you guys don't improve, I guarantee you'll be out of business. Update: Never even recieved the food Hoping for a refund, and I'll be sure to update if I don't get one.
Waited over 3 hours with no contact. Called and finally got someone. Said they ran out of food and had to go to another location. Over 3 plus hours later still waiting. 5am still no food. Will be getting a refund or calling the BBB. Horrible communication and ownership. Would recommend not ordering from them.
I ordered around 12:30am last night from this place. There location was only 0.7miles from the Campbell hotel we where at. The food arrived at 2am. Cold and Burnt. I called an was told it was not acceptable and they would make it right. The lady said she would have a guy ( i assume the owner.) Call me. Never happened. I am going to be calling again to get a refund. Almost $40 for burnt food that was cold and Nasty.

I don t enjoy leaving bad feedback. But I have to be honest to my fellow humans. Over $26 for a very mediocre burger, soggy fry bits. And cold fried mushrooms. And a coke. Called after they were half an hour late and was told oh. Somebody else ordered from your address too. We sent yours with theirs. Should be there soon. Turns out the other person ordered 30 minutes after I did. Sadly. The can of coke was the best part about the meal.

I have ordered from Midnight Grill twice. The food was delivered within the hour given both times (and I'm 17 miles away). I ordered the Philly Cheese, with bacon cheese fries. Yes the food was greasy, however, it tasted really good. Plus, who else is delivering at 3am? (Doordash doesn't come where I'm at). In addition I had a really good experience with customer service. I had an issue with the website, and when I called the owner (I'm assuming that's who answered), was incredibly nice and funny and got my order taken care of without issue. I will order from them again.
Slightly late but was reassured they would be there, and they did come within five minutes. Absolutely delicious burger and stuffed wrapped jalapeno. The fried mushrooms were great as well crispy outside and mushroom goodness inside, also delivery person was super friendly he even closed my balcony door to the porch that no one cares for wish I got his name. Fantastic food and price.. I'll be back on my chest days since I work late thanks guys!

Midnight grill employees are unprofessional arguing with me telling me what I ordered when I order the SAME thing all the time , they must have a new worker bc she got it all wrong then had the nerve to say she was just gon add it to my order and charge me instead of fixing my order . Then was about a year ago I let it go but they charged a extra 5 dollar to my card after my order was complete not only that it's been almost an HR I called and the driver was just walking out the door
Took two hours to get food that was 10 minutes down the road. Cold by the time it got delivered. Owner seems to reply back to bad reviews in a snarky unprofessional fashion. We ll see what I get from him/her.

I could have saved you some steps, all the flyers that you put out after midnight tonight was unnecessary!! I am going to put one in each of the laundry rooms and also in the mailroom. This will get to all the residents quickly allowing them to know to check local TV channels before deciding on taking a chance with your slipping fingers and credit cards!!!
