Experience started out with me calling in my order. They didn't answer but I received a call back almost within 2 minutes. The girl was apologetic and very professional. That was reassuring that I made the right choice. After informing the phone rep of my location and what I would like to have delivered, the lady who answered the phone explained what does come on the sandwiches and what kind of beverages they had to offer at the time. What's my decision was made and my total was tallied I paid with a card and the call ended. I was quoted 30 minutes to an hour for delivery at the peak time for dinner service. I was expecting more than an hour wait but I receive my food within 38 minutes. My fries are crispy my sandwiches were delicious moist and just the perfect amount of condiments on the bread. I was given ranch and ketchup which was a shock because I didn't ask for it. I will definitely be calling and ordering again. Midnight grill will learn my address remember me every time
