Placed order at 9:18p.m. on a Saturday. Did not receive order till approx. 11:05, though told would only take an hour for delivery. Food was barely warm, FF were soggy and not same FF shown on website. Meat tasted terrible on HB. I called to complain, the Call cnt man in Tulsa told me to "Get ****ed".
