Daniel the salesman was great to deal with and very helpful both during and after the purchase - stoked on the triton. If you re getting finance make sure to check all fee s etc as the finance dept. were not totally upfront about included fee s. Other than that i would recommend midland mitsi

Interstate buyer. It was a dull experience buying my dream car, they were just taking an order. The so called safety check, the new tyres that had to go on the car were at 42psi, 40% over pressure, and there was barley 1/10 fuel in the car on delivery.

Really disappointed with the service I received. I bought an used vehicle and they delivery with an incomplete service as agreed in the purchase contract. I had to make an inspection of the vehicle with the department of transport and they concluded that the vehicle was not roadworthy. I waited a month to hear a response from the dealership and they just reply to me when I decided to sue them.
To be honest I expected more professionalism and honesty with this company.

Would not recommend buying a used car from these people as they are inexperienced with no knowledge.

Buying a car without Rego or from outside its registration state

Two problems can arise when purchasing a car without Rego:

1.It is illegal to move the vehicle. Unless the buyer buys the compulsory insurance and moves it straight to a garage. Without a valid Rego the vehicle is not insured for damages caused to third parties. If you get into a accident the financial and legal consequences could be enormous.

2. You have to pass a technical inspection to register the car and this comes with the risks of expensive repairs. If possible insist that the person selling you the car obtains this certificate before you buy the vehicle.

A specific case: Western Australia

WA is the only state that accepts property transfers without having to be present in WA itself. Example: You can buy a vehicle registered in WA from NSW (or any other state). The parties follow the same procedure as if the sale took place in WA, except that the buyer must have the copies of his documents certified, provide proof of identity and send all paper by mail to DOT WA. The buyer must also provide a home address/garage address anywhere in Australia to receive the papers.

I had a great experience at this Mitsubishi center, they sorted me out with a replacement vehicle whilst my car was being serviced and they kept me in the loop the whole way through the process. Left this place with a smile on my face both from the friendly and caring service and the price of quality servicing needs.
I would highly recommend going to see this team to help you out with any problems big or small. I will definitely be coming back :)

I wouldn t recommend anyone to purchase a car from Midland Mitsubishi!!

I purchased a car that was advised as having Bluetooth, only to find out that it didn t!
The customer service was terrible! I had called and emailed numerous times to resolve the issue without a response. It had taken over two months to get a serious response in regards to the Bluetooth. Once I told them that I had been in contact with consumer protection the issue was resolved within a week.

Im exhasted to say the least and ive clearly been sold a lemon

first off went to have a test drive car wouldnt unlock when i arrived. ok no worries came back when it was fixed and decided to buy car, then realised car had no spare. ok no worries wait couple days for them to find one.

car broke down not even week after buying. its now been months and still never recieved a reembursement for the tow which i was promised and requested more times than i can count on my fingers

car has been in and out there service center serveral times of and cant find whats wrong let alone theres been around 6 error codes on system since day one and ther still there.

car broke down 2 more times have had people push me off highway. told from another service center need new injectors but midland just clean them now ive broken down again and car is running absolutly terrible.

car still hasnt even gone pass 5000km since buying and feels like its gunna shut down soon.

be very wary of there used vehicles please!

I am privately selling a vehicle and one of their salesmen decided to contact me and offer thousands under value. I considered taking it because there were also selling a car I was interested in, then he decided he didn't want to honour the offer. I also viewed the car and discovered a myriad of issues with the vehicle that make it unroadworthy, the dealer tried to down play these and blatantly lied about the laws.

I'd probably suggest you avoid.

I would have to say some of the worst service I ha...

I would have to say some of the worst service I have ever received. When I purchased a Demo Holden Trailblazer I was told someone would contact me to arrange insurance which did not happen. I was also told it would be 1 week for the extras that went past and no phone call so I eventually rang them and it was another week as delayed. I had a phone call on the Thursday to arrange pick up the following Wednesday then had another phone call on the Thursday to arrange pickup on the following Wed by the same person who forgot. When I collected the car it was rushed the insurance wasn't done right and the tyre pressure light wasn't reset which yo need a machine to do. When I got home I discovered that the 12,000 service was not done so they agreed to do that if I brought the car back. When I then went to check tyre pressure spare tyre was completely flat and when I pumped it up it had air rushing out the sidewall so damaged on collection. They refused to replace the spare claiming that I did it. When they supposedly checked the car for pickup the fact that they missed the service and forgot to turn off the tyre pressure system shows their lack of care so they definitely did not check the spare. I would never buy a car or recommend them to anyone go elsewhere or check the car very carefully before driving off.

The manager dented my car while he was inspecting a trade-in. When he opened the trade-in's door it whacked my car. I saw him do it and he said "oh it's mostly plastic it wouldn't have done any damage". No "sorry", no contrition, just arrogance. When I checked, there was definitely a small dent. Too small to ask them to fix, but definitely there. An apology would probably have been appropriate.
And if that wasn't enough - we found the sales people hard to engage and pretty dismissive (probably because it was 20 minutes from closing and they figured they weren't going to make a sale from us in the short term).

Very poor customer service. Sold a car to Midland ...

Very poor customer service. Sold a car to Midland Mitsubishi on the 7th February after sending off signed paperwork, paying them the difference between sale price and finance owing and been told they have made full payment to the finance company.
No contact has been made from Midland Mitsubishi since that date.

The car was collected by tow truck (good bloke) on the 11th February. After contacting the finance company on the 13th to obtain a letter of closure they advised they had not received any payment. Over the next week or so after multiple emails to the sales guy, along with multiple calls to MM and leaving a bunch of messages and receiving promises of return phone calls i was at a loss. I left it for another couple of days, still no response from MM and still nothing paid to finance (meanwhile payments have come out and I couldn't cancel insurance). After a last chance phone call to MM before reporting the car stolen i was told that they dont know what has happened but will get someone to look into it and call me back.
Whilst the finance has finally been paid (21st Feb) I had still not heard anything from MM. For a company who advertises their pride in "outstanding customer service" I have no idea how they managed to turn a simple sale into a big headache.

Exercise caution when dealing with these guys.

His customer service , enthusiasm , knowledge , were outstanding. We never felt pressured in any way to make a quick decision , on the contrary he went out of his way to make the whole experience seamless . We purchased an excellent vehicle for a very good price.

I commend Cain Wilson and Keith Eaton for their professionalism and follow up on a delayed part that needed to be sourced from interstate. My experience with both these gentlemen was that they made my wife comfortable with the purchase of the Triton vehicle.
Cain went through the vehicle presentation and unveiling and the features of the vehicle and Kelly Priest surprised me with a 12 month Schmick coverage which was very much appreciated.

I had the most bad experience today with these company and would never ever will go to them to purchase a car I called earlier today to inspect a car and asked if the car didn t have any issues and they told me everything was okay after driving 20min all the way to there found out the car was on CHECK ENGINE light and had issues they didn t even let me take it for a test drive and they told me they gonna take it through workshop and check the problem and they will get back to me but today just found out they sold the car without tell me and they wasted my time and I m super disappointed and highly would not recommend midland Mitsubishi at all cause they not honest and respectful

Had the extreme displeasure of dealing with these people this morning,Tyre Sales had arranged for tyres we had purchased on line to be fitted at 8am this morning,dropped vehicle of at 8 then received a call at 8.30am saying that there service manager had refused to do our vehicle because it was to large and heavey and they could only service light vehicle's and I politely informed him that our vehicle was in fact registered as a light vehicle, but still refused to do it even though we had to make a 600k round trip from the country to have our tyres fitted he said he was not prepared to put his staff at risk, what risk?would not recommend this company to anyone and there actions caused us a great inconvenience .

Made it perfectly clear I was buying the car subject to viewing and was paying cash. Wasted my time. Worse still, the sales guys are impossible to get hold of an never call when they say they will. Dealership is nice, good selection and friendly sales people when youre on site in front of them, but sales support is poor.

Average service, car was filthy inside and out on collection even tho I was told it was getting "cleaned".
Hand over was poor in my opinion, was showed the car, shook a hand and he disappeared.Get home and discover the passenger door dosent close and latch properly.
Salesman was good only when he realised I wanted to buy the car and not just look at it. He came around in the end and became a professional.
Dan was very helpful through out the process always had time to answer my calls and reply to my messages, great bloke.

In the end I wouldn't buy a car from here again but it wasn't an All round horrible process.

Untrustworthy with exorbitant fees. If you expect your car so be sold in a roadworthy state make sure you get it in writing and not trust that they will do the right thing by you . Although specifically discussed prior to sale I still managed to take home a car with a nail in a tyre, a flat battery and their mechanics used glue instead of bolts to attempt a cheap fix on damaged parts.
If you want the convenience of using their finance you ll pay an extra $990 (plus additional for your loan entry fee) and there is absolutely no transparency about this.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE! Nor service your car here. Purchased a car about a month ago. Had a couple of things I noticed on the car that if fixed I would be happy to pay the asking price for. One of the windows didn't go down, the aircon needed re-gassing, the steering wheel made a crazy clicking sound over bumps like something is loose and there is a glass panel above the windscreen that was smashed.

The sales guy told me that he will get all things fixed and that if the steering wheel was an issue it would be picked up in the safety report. Okay but the safety report should be done before you're letting people drive it!

I signed pending finance approval and these things getting fixed. They called me to say that my finance was approved and they had fixed the aircon but were waiting on parts for the glass and the window for it to work. All good was happy to pick it up and book in when the parts came.

I had to call them to find the parts had already been delivered and book myself in. They fixed the window. But despite even telling me when I dropped it off the glass guys would be here before 12 it wasn't even fixed. Oh they also ordered wrong parts for the window and i picked it up after 5 instead of the 12pm they said. I called up when I realised the glass wasn't even fixed and nothing for the glass was even booked in! So they straight up lied.

After they had my car they didn't close the bonnet. A bonnet that shouldn't have even been opened. And I had to pull over on the high way and shut it before it flung up. Bolts and clips were also left all over the floor of my car from the window so who knows if it was even put back together properly. My car also veers to the left now quite significantly since getting it back.

When I picked up the car for the first time the steering wheel still was clicking. Thought it was normal as the sales guy said if it was an issue they would pick it up and fix it. But a couple of weeks after picking it up my partner drove it and said it certainly shouldn't be doing it. Its been about 2-3 weeks and I am still yet to hear back from anybody despite being passes around their office and nobody can help me.

I have called and emailed that many times and never gotten a final response over the last 3 weeks. Called today and again fancy the guy I need to speak to wasn't in the office. If not contacted by the end if the day today I am contacting ACCC tomorrow morning.

20k and an additional 1500 for warranty and no replies is beyond me! Have purchased 2 other cars previously from smaller yards and never ever had an issue

I went to buy a car at midland Mitsubishi on the 25th/10 /2020 to find out it was sold 2 days before,a young car salesman called Jack Jones was very polite and told me we have a great buy over here if your interested ..it was a blue Hyundai with leather seats which I couldn't believe because my 4 year old son said to me that morning dad could you buy me a dark blue car with leather seats,the other car that I wanted was white without leather seats...subject to finance I have bought the blue car with leather seats and can't wait to get it home to show my son...thank you midland Mitsubishi for having such a polite and great salesman in Jack Jones, I was so impressed in the way he treated me that I just had to share my story. 1 happy customer signed Steven Williams.

So mixed review, good price for trade in and sales...

So mixed review, good price for trade in and sales was great.

Now the bad. The finance person allocated the extra funds that was left over from my sale without asking, and was unwilling to refund, when I test drove the car I voiced concern over a clunk in the front end when in 4wd. When I picked it up it was still there. After I had a look I found the front diff was completely missing the bolts that hold it in place.

They where happy to fix but with no time frame and no hire car.

The process was clunky, Alex Bently was the sales person. Great over the phone nothing was to hard until... As the vehicle was subject to finance and the finance figure was a round number, I had to pay the balance. Gave my credit card details to Alex and he assured me he would charge my credit card when returning to the office. 5 business days later the finance was approved and ready for the transaction. When pepper money was going to pay the remaining figure it was bought to my attention from the broker (not alex) that the balance hadn't been paid!!! This put us 48hrs behind, not only that it had to wait over the weekend, as the vehicle was traveling interstate! I had made a monthly repayment on the vehicle even before Id seen it!!!!! When the vehicle arrived It was deregistered and no side mirrors (unroadworthy) As this was my first time buying a vehicle interstate, it would of been good to be made aware that i was to get temporary plates and (mirrors) to get my vehicle to a QLD workshop to get a roadworthy. At my expense i has to get the vehicle towed and put through a road worththy. I have been in contact with mid land Mitsubishi and we have received nothing from them, no compensation yet. 7 weeks later we are still waiting for the reimbursement for the side mirrors as promised and as always we are the ones chasing it up. This process has made me never want to purchase a vehicle interstate again. Im uncertain Alex Bently had ever sold a vehicle interstate before this sale and if he had, I would be very surprised. I don't recommend Midland Mitsubishi!

Cant say good enough things about Midland Mitsubishi!. Alex Bentley was our salesperson who I cant speak highly enough of!. Attentive , polite with a real "customer first mentality".. nothing was too hard for him and he made the purchase of my Jeep SRT one I will always remember. Just want to say thanks to the team at Midland. Very helpful. Was very wary on extended warranties after being burnt before however Kelly was very informative and put my mind at ease, explained everything in detail and didn't try to hide anything. Both Kelly and the sales team were not pushy at all and I will certainly be recommending them all in the future :)

Yeah look, where do I begin... It started off as a rainy, somber day in Bellevue. My eyes were inherently seaping, skin freezing and fingertips frost bitten - I needed to purchase a vehicle, nonetheless. Alas, to my excitement - I saw a man in the near distance standing in the Mitsubishi car lot. There he was... Harry. A beautifully mannered gentleman with a sharpening gaze, he listened to my needs and catered to every demand I had. With such knowledge and poise he pointed out that the all new CX-30. Good gosh what a body. I was immediately struck with an infectious desire for this car. Harry saw how much I wanted to purchase the car and even commented how great I looked in the drivers seat. SOLD! They offered me an amazing trade in price and all of a sudden, there it was ... a sunny, beaming day with nil sadness or disparity. All thanks to that lovely man Harry.

The optional extra's have now been fitted resulting in the forward camera being blocked by the Nudge bar and the erratic notching for the Towbar looking terrible. I love my Pajero Sport, but would not be going back to Midland to buy another

Buyer beware!
I purchased a second hand vehicle through this dealership back in late December 2019, the salesman told me that all vehicles undergo a service and full safety check. i was also told that payment could only be made via bank transfer, but i would have to wait approx a week for the money to be cleared and assign to the dealership. they would not except a remission slip of prove of money transfer. the only other way was to hand over a bank cheque. so i decided to take that option (even tho it is very out dated and cost the dealership money to bank). so i organised a cheque and told the salesman i would be in Saturday morning to collect the vehicle, only to be told they don't do car hand overs on Saturday because they need to be in the yard selling! i told the salesman that this was the only time i was able to attend due to work commitments. the salesman reluctantly let me come in on Saturday, and there was no customer service given, i was handed the keys and handed over the cheque and signed a form and then was shown where my vehicles was outside then the salemen left me to it to work out how to set up the vehicle to my own settings (phone, seat etc) After getting the vehicle home, I had noticed the inside wall of one of the tyres was completely bold, to the point the wire in the tyre was showing and almost broken. i inform the dealership strange away and was told by the sales manager to email him through picture and he would look into it. i also requested a copy of the safety report that was apparently completed on the vehicle. since then the dealership have refused to answer my calls and emails. i have even requested the dealer principle to contact me and i still have not heard from them.
If you intend to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. beware

I recently went to Midland Mitsubishi to buy a new car. I was met by the most amazing and knowledge employee at Midland Mitsubishi. I think that her name was Kelly and from memory she handles finance and after care. We started chatting about my requirements in regard to the car I wanted to buy I felt like I was chatting to a friend, extremely open and honest about financing, the aftercare products I should buy, if within my budget. At no stage did I feel like Kelly was trying to over sell any products to me, she was more interested in managing my expectations. Midland Mitsubishi, you have me as a client for life.

When Jason and I first met Ryan in the showroom we felt instantly welcomed and relaxed. His professionalism was transparent and his sense of humor refreshing.
Ryan was helpful and informative and when he introduced us to Kelly for the after care package and Cindy for our finance we quickly realized that the same wonderful qualities Ryan possesses runs through out the Midland dealership. Love my car and the service is fantastic.

Thumbs down to the used car department, I don't know whether it is plain negligence, incompetence or dis-organisation. I was naive to trust the car would be all right after the shop checks. So if you buy a used car from them make sure to check that it is all perfectly functional otherwise they will tell you parts and labour costs are on you. Once the car is out, you are on your own, the salesman fail to return your call. Beware!
