*****Avoid like the plague, local shop does not want to take ownership and neither does Midland Dry Cleaning. Go to a dry cleaning company direct !

Very poor customer service. Over 2 weeks I have been waiting for my daughters school coat to be cleaned. 1 week passed and they called to advise cost would be more due to coat being padded, 1 week on still waiting even though I was advised it would be back at Nisa local Tuesday 23-Oct. I made a special journey to find it had not come back.

People that answer the telephone need to receive training on customer service and take no ownership of any problems. When I complained I was told that it was not her fault, not a coat she has worked on and can't comment. I have yet to make another journey to see if coat is back at Nisa.
