Wondering if anyone had horrible experience and judgment from Judge Terri Klug Cafazzo. Please share. Her court order is full of simple errors in math and obvious mistakes in statements. I am very concerned that how many lives would be negatively impacted by her poor judgment in court. I sincerely wish there is some righteous and fair justice in court to review her orders and decisions.

Even tho things haven t gone in my favor I would like to point out one particular individual who s helped me more than he knows. Kevin S in probate. His program is great and works he s not judgmental he helps you to understand, I ll always be grateful to him and his program that s helped me so much!!

Custody judgements aren t handled as carefully as they need to be or by standards that should be applied. Factors that include: where the child lived prior to court, the child s well being with the primary parent prior to court, the child s primary caregiver and their efforts, the safety of the child aren t taken into account as they should be. My one year olds life has literally been turned upside down with the help of the opposing parties unethical attorney and judge Caffazzo s bias towards me. Now my child has nothing even close to the healthy, loving predictable routine that she once had and instead she is now divided equal amounts of time with over 6 different caregivers spread across 6 different environments. This is far from the predictability or security that a one year old needs and everything I brought to the attention of this court was struck from the record ranging from criminal history, and unfair attorney conduct.
Not an effective place by any means from my experience, worst experience and worst discretion I ve ever experienced or ever heard of.
Stuck with a horribly unsuitable and unjustified final judgement.

Trying to find my paternal grandmother's lawyer, I was googling her and all that shows is where she resided yrs ago, I'm getting emails and calls about some unclaimed money

Absolutely terrible the way the court systems handle minors and kids . All they want is money and can take months for you to make sure your child is safe. They really need to re think the way the state try s to look after children

EDIT: Honestly would now give negative stars if possible. I have never in my life experienced such a terrible transparency in a process. What I set out to accomplish in November 2020 is still pending due to an outdated system and communication through USPS only.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The staff/clerks are extremely rude and unhelpful. I went in person to file paperwork that could've been filed through the mail because I was hoping to discuss with someone to make sure everything was in order and what next steps look like.

When I got there the clerks argued about who would help me and the unlucky person who pulled the short straw then came up to the counter and barked at me to just put the paperwork in a bin they had placed in the middle of the room. I got no information and could've just filed via mail. Would've saved a trip and a very rude interaction.

This courthouse is a joke, the people(in general) that work there are unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude, they do not provide the right information. Besides waiting for a divorce for almost 3 years.

Terrible. I sent an application to change my name to match my husband's because I didn't change it when we initially got married. I included all the necessary paperwork along with a check for the $180 amount to cover all potential fees they listed on their website. I checked the box on the application for the option for them to return my certified copy of my birth certificate since I'm from out of state and it's difficult to replace. I also included a note requesting they return it just in case the checkbox was looked over. 2 months later I receive mail with all of what I sent EXCEPT my birth certificate. They only added a post it note that says "$200" with no other explanation. No one to talk to about why there are extra fees or the birth certificate they likely lost.

Clerks are absolutely horrible. They YELL at you and hang up before answering your question, even. It's insane! Do you think people have time to be on hold forever, try reaching someone at your court for hours just to be yelled at? Ridiculous. You are supposed to help people.

As Richard Young just said in review 2 months b4 me. They are biased. You get nowhere, there is no justice for our children here. I thought that there was one venue left of the United States government system that I could trust and I thought the one that I could trust would be the Probate Court department because they stand for children's rights allegedly , but I have found out that this is not true , my judge was very biased . men have to jump through hoops to prove themselves Time After Time and year after year and thousands and thousands of dollars later and still have not received the rights and the protection for children as we request in accordance with law and comparable cases.
MEn , practically, have to prove our Ex-Wives are smoking crack in the courthouse bathroom in order to have a judge look favorably upon a father who has been denied visitation due to a narcissistic EX. I feel bad and having made this decision but I believe that I have no choice.
I have chosen no longer to pursue this matter even though that is causing me Heartbreak on an hourly basis and has ruined every single aspect of my life and my happiness because I miss my son Aiden Brodsky and his mother Angel Marie French from Tyngsboro Massachusetts bastard that she is knows that I've already lost one son 20 years before I met her, and still she is denying me visitation for no good cause. I am disabled and I I'm simply unable to afford thousands upon thousands of dollars of attorney fees and nor can I afford the mental anguish and damage this is psychologically causing me to have to continue fighting and leave this in the Forefront of my mind every hour of every day of my life and so since I cannot find help and since I cannot find any agency willing to help the disabled like me and the reason is because I am not the one who is the RECIEVER of child support money so there is no help for father unless they are the ones who are receiving child support the court will not help a father.

If you are expecting any type of actual custody hearing or resolution in less that 2+ years of chain yanking by corrupt attorneys and a failed process for judge rotations you have come to the right place. They will strip your bank account and heart of all that remains. They will mediate you out, cancel hearings or change a judge and for love of any God NEVER agree to a parenting coordinator. They are a pricey ,useless and another abuse of the process. You may get health care in Massachusetts but justice for family does not prevail.

3 months to get court date if you are lucky.Been in divorce court for almost three years and over 65,000.00 and still not done. The judge don't care at all and keeps continue the case or cancel the date and give you a new one. The best thing you can do is settle without attorney. Judge Monk hates men and will give you nothing. All to the women. Judge Monks should have never been a judge she only for women.

My mom died from medical malpractice and I can't take any sort of action against the hospital until my father and I become Executor of estate/Personal representative. Who knew health care proxy expires with patient?

3 months have gone by and this courthouse has not moved our petition forward. We are well past the waiting period. They are killing so much time because the hospital where my mom was killed is covering up their tracks. It's frustrating as this court house's poor performance is holding us up!

They respond to emails, but it's false hope of improvement because they stop responding after a while of being tired of answering questions. Forget trying to call in. You will be passed around in circles for days talking to people who don't care about their own lives, work, or the community. Their answering machine sounds a lot more ambitious about it's career than the employees do.

I bet if their moms/loved ones died from wrongful death, they would go crazy.

Trying to call is horrible. No one answers no matter which department you try.

They'll clean you out good and teach you the true meaning of happiness.
