Very poor customer service Please donot buy such third class company They refuse to provide onsite service personnel even at a distance 6 km. The behavior of owner and dealing staff is very arrogant. Morever the workmanship of machines are very poor. Edit after the Sikri's reply The issue is totally different while place order they promised onsite warranty on paid technician visit now they are refusing to send even after telling them that we will pay the charges. quality of product is very that is why this machine even did not run for 1 week. Advise to other customer be careful while dealing with such companies. most probably all the positive comments are brought out based on our experience with this third grade company.
