I've lived in a coop for many years and have seen a handful of management companies come and go. We were fortunate enough to retain Midboro Management a number of years ago and I must say that myself and my neighbors have all been thrilled with the service, knowlege and professionalism they provide. Our coop has never looked better nor has it ever been so financially sound. Thank you MIDBORO !!!!

Ed Ermler is a amazing property manager. This is a top notch company and the attention he gives to the property is appreciated due to his attention to detail, caring personality, professional administrative and managerial skills. I highly recommend Midboro Management! Ed is great and makes our building stand out from the rest! Ed is a team player who works well with everyone and I highly recommend his incredible services.
It is unfortunate that Google does not allow "zero" stars. Midboro does not deserve even one star. Terrible company. Michael and Mara are terrible. Check all reviews and do thorough reference checks before considering to do business with them.

Can apply for jobs in person but staff not very helpful. I drop by once and in a blue still for jobs but never hold my breath to it. Seeking at assistant engineer position now. When I applied last year I was seeking a doorman position.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They are the worst building management company in the market. The lack of professionalism, experience, planning, common sense and customer service confirm that. Every project in my building has a delay, they do not learn from past mistakes and the worst part is that they do not care about how this affects the residents. I have been waiting for 11 months for them to install a device that scientifically prove that my neighbor is a chain smoker, now my 5 years old has asthma due to the continue expose to second hand smoke and their answers go from we haven't have time to installed it due to our summer vacation schedule to it is an extremely complicated device (one that only needs a connection to electricity and Wi-Fi and I know because I contacted the manufacturer) which show the lack of competence of their employees. They have a customer care e-mail that is not answered and we can't complaint to the board of my building because the President is a Midboro employee (but they don't see a conflict of interests). I though that the account manager Jennifer Santiello was the worst of all, but the new person who replace her, Monika Potoma, is even worst, knowing that the well being of 2 childs are affected, she doesn't care about answering our e-mails. My recommendation: stay away from this mediocre company.
