Good quick service. Gary was an excellent service advisor. His friendliness was what you expect when going somewhere. Honda places are everywhere, but people with great customer service are few and far between. We'll be back because of the friendliness and helpfulness of Gary.
I bought my Honda Pilot from Patterson Nissan, then came to Tower to check on recalls. Staff here are personable, friendly and efficient. While installing the two outstanding updates they discovered my battery was bad and replaced it under warranty at no cost to me. I thought the folks at Patterson were pleasant and capable. Honestly these folks at Tower Honda are giving them a run for the money.

All I got to say is "WOW!!" I've never had an experience with a dealership like Tower Honda! Each && every one of their staff members went above and beyond to satisfy our needs! They wanted to earn our business! These folks did everything to make sure they earned it! Not to mention, they did NOT hesitate to take our trade in & give us pay off value! We worked with the sale representative, Lane (he's relatively new) BUT this guy was bound to make us happy customers! The GM went out of his way to meet our expectations! This place rocked our world! I will give this dealership our business over & over again!! They treat customers the way you want to be treated!! (&& they do NOT annoy you with 50 million phone calls) Their word is good as gold, go see for yourself!!

Took advantage of the current trade market for my 2018 CRV and upgraded to a 2021 Pilot. Carlos was extremely personable with my wife and I in this process and we were able to reach a deal that worked for both of us. I liked that he did not try to push us into a direction we did not want to go and we felt heard and understood throughout the entire process.

Always have a great experience at Tower Honda. If you need to buy a car ask for Carlos and he will get things worked out. This is the 3rd car I have gotten from them along with countless services. Everything runs smooth, many options for dropping off or staying with the vehicle for maintenance and the waiting area is clean. This is a top notch place!
I visited Tower Honda and Pirom was very helpful. He showed me several vehicles and took the time to go over the features of each one, being very thorough. He was so nice and very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. Their used car inventory was extremely sparse (like most of the dealerships right now) but he was willing to look for other vehicles to try to meet my needs. I ended up getting a Toyota from another dealership, but if you are looking for a car, I would definitely recommend checking out Tower Honda and ask for Pirom, he will treat you right!
