Tech support was so rude. They hung up me and insulted me. I spent $1000 on this computer and the tech rep he laughed when I told him I was upset. He said I can laugh if I want too. I told him it was the Jewish holiday and I had to go. he said Jews and then laughed. Jew hater!!

What can you say? It's Seattle. It's Microslave. (My nickname for them because although they give a lot, they expect a lot) Seems fair to me. Some of my friends worked there for years, and Google reviews are not the place to complain about your latest software update. There is another process for that. :)

'Congrats' to the windows update team. Why the hell do you allow yourself to restart and instal updates on my computer while I have open files?! I just left my laptop unattended and when I came back, it was restarted and updated. Who is the retard who decided that feature?!

I cannot edit a Word document after doing a Window...

I cannot edit a Word document after doing a Windows Update. I called MS Support for Office 365 Business and the person then transferred me to another department. The woman acknowledged that she only dealt with installation issues. Then why was I transferred to her? Anyway, she took access to my computer and saw the problem which wasted my time. She gave me another number to call which I did--twice. The first time the automatic voice recognition couldn't understand me. I called back and was transferred to Support and spoke to a woman who said basically that she couldn't help me. She said that she would transfer me to the correct department. (I found out later from her supervisor that she was going to transfer me to the same department that couldn't help me earlier.) I asked to speak to her supervisor. I finally was able to speak to him. He told me that they don't provide Support for Word! He said that I need to create a case online. So I started to do that and then got to the point of being required to pay for it. I objected because the issue just started after a Windows Update and it was obviously a bug or bugs in Word. He basically said he couldn't do anything to help but I would have to pay first and then the Support person may waive the fee which is $499! I was told plainly by a person at the Microsoft Store that if I purchased an Office subscription, that I would get free Support. So I spent approximately 1 1/2 hours on the phone trying to get Support for Office 365 Business and all I did was waste my time and add to my frustration--and still am unable to finish editing the Word document to put on a Website!

Having hassles like this with Microsoft Support is all too common. I am guessing that by now, I have perhaps spent approximately 55 hours on the phone and also dealing with multiple Office 365 Business issues this year after purchasing it in mid February.

Thanks Microsoft for force downloading an update my computer was not even compatible for. Which made me lose access to a computer I work on. So not only am I losing money, but important documents, precious memories, and expensive software I purchased, countless hours of video edits. Gone!

Recently tried to stop the upgrade that is being forced on all Windows 10 people. We are unable to stop it ever. It is being forced upon us. I tried to complain when it killed two of my hard drives and took FOREVER To do with my company waiting at my expense to complete this absurd update.
Aren't you smart enough not to fill a hard drive past 90%? I lost two drives that now give critical errors and two more are filled to 94% and running very slow. Who pays for this?

When I tried to get help Microsoft wanted me to sign in with my Microsoft account which I had to create as I don't trust them with my info and then validate it with a credit card. NO THANK YOU!

If I am required to use a Microsoft cloud account I will go to Apple. What ever happened to Antitrust in the US? Microsoft should be broken up!

Microsoft - If you start advertising on my desktop we will start looking for class action!

A company is only as good as the first point-of-contact image it projects. Calling the main # for Microsoft results in an argumentative ineffective receptionist who refuses to transfer you to anyone and has no idea who works in what departments. Completely baffling for a company this size that they have such poor phone staff in the administrative level. If Microsoft can't even manage to staff their corporate admin with a decent switchboard operator, how on earth can you rely on them for the more serious stuff? This company's a mess - AVOID!!!
