A company is only as good as the first point-of-contact image it projects. Calling the main # for Microsoft results in an argumentative ineffective receptionist who refuses to transfer you to anyone and has no idea who works in what departments. Completely baffling for a company this size that they have such poor phone staff in the administrative level. If Microsoft can't even manage to staff their corporate admin with a decent switchboard operator, how on earth can you rely on them for the more serious stuff? This company's a mess - AVOID!!!
