Embarrassing customer service on the hotline, you can't do anything, you can't even introduce yourself. Such a powerful company and customer service practically zero. The console returns from repair without any changes (hereinafter with a defect) and it cannot even be sent back immediately (you have to wait 72 hours until they update the delivery status to the Customer ...). Nothing can be done by phone ... you have to put your ears flat and wait. Generally, it is a mockery of the customer. As the icing on the dough they do not have an email address so that you can write your comments ... which could change something in the future. MICROSOFT exists thanks to and for your customers, so respect them and listen to what they say to you ...
Another relish is ordering a conversation (in theory it is possible) - unfortunately it is not feasible - "... sometimes our servers can't do it ..." - and whoever says it, a market leader ... eh ...
