I called , first time no answer. 2nd time I called I had questions about my phone getting hot, which he did not explain. It was the owner and he was the rudest person. I will never go there or call again.. Don't go there if you have to deal with a Very RUDE owner..

Cisco (sorry if misspelled) and Zach replaced my screen and my pone looks better than new. The tempered glass didn t sit right and they replaced the screen for free, no issues. The best customer service experience. Additionally, while multiple other places quoted me $80+ bucks for my charging port, these guys cleaned it out for free!

Best service I could of asked for quick and friendly service phone is still like new after repair would definitely recommend!

I give this place five stars! My iPhone 6s screen was completely damaged and unusable. I found this place online and called them on a Thursday at around 4:30 PM. The man who answered my Call was extremely nice and knowledgeable he answered all my questions and told me to come on in. When I Arrived at the store Around 5 PM I was welcomed instantly. There was one other customer already being helped and another employee quickly jumped in to assist me. He was as well very nice, knowledgeable and upbeat! I left to do some shopping in the meantime.My phone was fixed in around 30 minutes. This was a very Pleasant and convenient experience. I would definitely come back in the future and I highly recommend this establishment to others. Thank you so much

Definitely not as professional or competent as the website leads you to believe. I took my phone in and after a rude greeting, instead of attempting to do any diagnosing of the issue the tech plugged my phone into the wall outlet for exactly 10 seconds unplugged and said I can t help you, when I asked if he had any idea what might be wrong he said I don t know and I can t help you , the exact same thing the other tech told to 2 other people that came in while I was waiting. Poor customer service, not helpful at all. Very disappointing!

My experience there was exceptionally good. The technician that took care of me made the experience. My screen on my Iphone5 was cracked. I am aware of your competition and I had shopped a bit before coming into your store. I even had a coupon from one of your competitors. I showed up at your store about 10 minutes before closing. The technician fixed my phone and I was still out of the store before 6:00. The final price was less than it would have been at your competitor's store even with the coupon. Excellent all the was around.

I've continued to have nothing but bad service here... there are other places far more friendly and grateful for your business, highly recommended going elsewhere.

I submitted my initial request through email, I was promptly called back the next morning. I was given a cost estimate and time frame for the repair. The time frame was reasonable as replacement parts needed to be ordered. Phone was fixed ahead of schedule and right on target for cost. The staff also worked with me to arrange alternate pickup by my staff. Phone is working well and looks great.

Fast and professional. It barely took 30 minutes to fix my screen and they fixed damage that had been caused by a previous repair kiosk that worked on my phone.

I initially called the San Mateo location because is closer to home but they were out of what I needed. I was given the option to wait a couple of days for new inventory to arrive or go to a Paseo Del Norte location because they had the screen I needed for my repair. It was out of my way but best trip made.

I-pad screen was cracked and I called around and got the runaround from 3 other businesses who advertise cell phone/tablet repair ("we don't repair those", "not in stock", "try this other place", etc, etc) as if I were inconveniencing THEM. Found CPR Repair online, called and spoke to a very helpful young lady who was the polar opposite (helpful, competent, knowledgeable, kind) to the others. Dropped it off, got a call in a few hours, picked it up... done. Here's the kicker, FOR $30-$60 LESS THAN THE OTHERS. If you want your device repaired quickly, at the best price, by helpful, competent staff, look no further! Could not give a higher rating!!!

so the tale begins about my Cell Phone Repair experience (sans proper punctuation, because thats all my audience gets this time!)...
it was a chilly Tuesday morning, with gusts of wind here and there that one could tell, if they paid close enough attention, really liked to whip at the desert sand as much as the concrete. i drove my aunts ford f-150 past the glass walled prison known as starbucks and backed into an empty parking spot (see, i like to back in just in case there is an emergency and it is easier to avoid small animals when leaving). My visit was not the first to this location, but it was going to be my first visit for a business transaction. a few days earlier my phone had been submerged in hot water and was in dire need of a tune-up. My previous stop-in was to inquire about the process for treating a phone that had been carelessly dunked. this time around i was prepared to sever the chain and hand the ball over. my hopes were not dashed that the procedure would be quick and painless. after a few hours my electronic baby was back in my hands, bleeping and blooping like normal. the staff had been quite courteous and knowledgeable as well as proficient in executing the service paid for. thank you

The staff at CPR greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and answered all of the questions I had about repairing my phone. I was surprised at how affordable the repair was and I will definitely be returning to CPR if I have any other repair needs!

CPR cell phone repair did an amazing job of quickly repairing my cell phone screen protector which had been shattered. It is a Zagg lifetime warrenty screen protector. CPR is one of the few that do replacement screen protectors for this lifetime warrenty and they repaired it with no questions asked. They merely asked for my name, phone number, and email addressed to create a customer account. They did not need proof that I had purchased the zag screen protector as the protector itself is proof.

I was having issues with my phone not charging, and when I brought it in the nice workers there were able to access what was wrong right away. Since it wasn't a huge repair issue, it was done free of charge! My phone is good as new and I'm happy I didn't have to waste money on a new phone! Thanks CPR for taking the time to really fix the problem I had and not give me the run around! 10/10 recommend to anyone with cellphone problems!

I went in to have my Pixel 4xl fixed for a cracked screen. Not only did I have to wait longer than the two weeks I was told, for the piece to come in, when they did fix it there was a significant dead spot on it.

They re-repaired the screen and now my phone can't hold a charge and the software shuts down randomly

Edit: yes they did contact me, left a voicemail, and I talked with them. If you have supply issues then inform the customer of that beforehand, and keep them updated. I had to call to find out there was a delay. If you couldn't fix my issue and caused more problems on my phone, why would I trust you a third time?

Absolutely Excellent. This was some of the best customer service I have received in ABQ. It seems as though good customer service is becoming an ever increasing rarity, and this place is a diamond. The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and ultimately quick and much cheaper than I expected. If you have cell phone issues, you would be well advised to take them here.

Disappointed in my second visit to CPR, they would not honor their warranty on my galaxy S7 when the damage was their fault. Only gave it the extra star for fast service the first time.

I brought my iPhone 6s to the Apple Store. They incorrectly diagnosed it as a dead CPU and offered to sell me a replacement phone for 300. This is just a few weeks until the release of the next iPhone that I'm hoping to buy so I turned that offer down. I just need my phone working until the next release. CPR was able to diagnose and fix the problem (bad battery and charging port) in under an hour and get me back and running. Fairest prices I've ever seen, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I've told my coworkers about them and will refer all broken screens and phone repairs to them in the future. Thank you CPR!

Brought my iPhone in today because it wasn t taking a charge. Damien took a look at it right away and cleaned it out, fixing it on the spot. Great customer service and fixed my phone for free. Definitely will use this shop again.

Took a iPhone 6 here, the screen was missing pieces and you could see the insides of the phone, but the lcd still worked. Cisco the man who worked on the phone said it wasn't that bad but I didn't know that it could get worse. In under 30 minutes the phone screen looked brand new. The price (for mine at least) was under 100. Definitely worth your time and money.

They were great over the phone when I called inquiring about repairing our samsung tablet, I came into the store and was helped promptly. The staff was professional and happy to answer any questions I had. The ordered parts and had our completely ruined tablet good as new in a week. Wonderful experience over all and would recommend them to anyone who needs device fixed.

took my iPhone to get its screen replaced and the screen had dead spots that would interfere with anything I was typing. The spot also would activate anything that was around it, it would call people from my contacts when I was just scrolling through. I would not recommend this place. Save the headache and go somewhere else $115 is to much to pay for mediocre service like this.

I stopped in at the spur of the moment because the protective cover on my iPhone screen was cracked. I had no idea if this store even carried a replacement product. A friendly young man greeted me and quickly located the item I needed. He even took my information so future replacement of the screen protector would be covered by warranty. Then the gentleman replaced the old screen protector with the new one. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes and I am so happy with the result! I m pretty rough on my cell phone, but now the screen looks like new!

I had some bad luck and broke 2 phone screens within a few days each other. I called all around and wound up here. They were great! They worked with me to get both my phones fixed and did it quickly. One phone had an issue with a defective part (it happens not their fault) but I told them and they corrected this issue right then and there. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and quick. Pricing was good. Cheapest iPhone screen I've seen. If I need them again, I will be back.

Thank you for fixing my son's Nintendo Switch gaming console. His controllers were both experiencing "Drift" issues. CPR ordered replacement parts. The parts arrived in a week later. I dropped the console off at my lunch break and repairs were completed in about an hour. My son is very happy. Overall experience was Great!

Horrible!!! I had a "lifetime" tempered glass put on my apple watch at about noon on Saturday. The store representative left bubbles everywhere but he said "they work themselves out". Within 1 hour the right corner had a pressure crack. I touched the screen to use my watch and the crack extended everywhere. I went back to the CPR store because a lifetime screen protector shouldn't last 1 hour. The representative said he would replace it for $10. I argued with him that if it was put on correctly in the first place the pressure crack (AND bubbles) wouldn't have happened. He apologized and gave me the manager (Zach's) number. Zach was no help!! He said that since the screen was cracked it had to have been due to my use. Therefore I had to pay to have it replaced. Zach patronized me and acted like I didn't know what tempered glass is. Poor service! You never talk down to a customer!!! $10 is not a big deal. Arguing with a customer is!!!! Go elsewhere or purchase on Amazon.

The repair I got last time had a fingerprint on the camera lens and the quote this time is almost the cost of a new phone.

Great repair but I have a small line in the screen that is pretty annoying. It would be a five star, but after getting damage to the back of my phone where he pried it open and one that looks like he dropped it, I'm giving 3 stars. I would give four but when I asked him about it his answer was to say "I've done hundreds of repairs, so it couldn't have been me." So who did? Because it didn't have those damages before going in.

Great customer service, Cisco is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Even though my phone isn't working like before it isn't CPR's fault. They have done all that they can to resolve the issue. Their work is guaranteed and I will be refunded full credit so there is nothing to lose by going to them.

Decent prices, allows you to bring in your own parts and quick turnaround time. I'll be a repeat customer.

Super helpful staff. I had an iPad Air that I dropped and needed the power connector fixed. After diagnosis it was damaged beyond repair. No charge for the time they took to open the iPad up and figure out what was going on. Highly recommend CPR.

Found them to be dishonest. I just wanted them to find out if the back-light filter was blown on my iPhone 6s They was giving me a load of bull about my battery being swollen when the phone had a new battery fitted a week ago by a technician friend of mine. they wanted to completely strip top half of my phone when it already had new screen.

In response to owner I got the phone second hand not working with broken screen and got technician friend to fit new battery and I got a complete screen off ebay and he changed over the home button and tested the phone still would not work. my friend told me take it to a place that tests back light filters because he doesn't have the equipment to fix a back light filter fuse so i took to CPR Cell Phone Repair Albuquerque

I took my PS4 in because my fan isn t working properly. I explained this very clearly to the staff. They responded with Oh it just needs a deep cleaning . So I agreed to have my PlayStation cleaned. Once they informed me that my console was ready to be picked up, I headed over. When I arrived the guy behind the counter tells me I didn t really get to test it, but it works fine . So I pay and take my console home. Not even 25 minutes into playing, my fan shuts off and my console overheats. If the staff would have just listened to me in the first place and actually looked at my fan and extensively tested it. My PlayStation might be working, but they decided that I was wrong and now I m out $54. I would not recommend going to this place they absolutely do not care what the customers issues are nor do they actually test out there fix to see if the issue is gone. Save yourself some time and $54 and just go somewhere else

Walked in with a complete disaster of an iPhone 8 today, the ladies were prompt and knowledgeable. We ll definitely be back and recommend anyone who needs speedy repair that s affordable with a smile this is the spot!

I recently took an Iphone to Cell Doctors for a broken screen repair that I attempted to fix on my own with a screen off the Internet. Being that I live 50 miles outside of Albuquerque and there were no options for cell repair in my town, I took a chance and drove to see these guys after a quick phone call to check to see if they would even consider helping me since I had already tore apart the phone. The gentleman who answered was more than willing and gave me a few options over the phone. I could either go with a new screen completely or they could review what I had done and fix it from there. Upon arrival the gentleman looked at the phone and said he believed he could make it work as long as none of the components were damaged inside. He fixed it up in a matter of minutes. Then recommend that I let him go through the system to be sure every thing worked. Thank goodness it did! Their price to fix the mistakes I had made were awesome and extremely affordable. I will be back to see cell doctors on wyoming for my cell phone needs! Thank you for saving my phone and my money!

Amazed that they did work on gaming systems and not just cell phones. Fixed my xbox quickly and correctly, with very friendly professional staff. Only complaint is that it's a tiny bit pricey, but worth it.

My wife's cell phone's battery swelled up to the point of pushing open the case. I brought her phone to CPR Albuquerque just before they closed yesterday and got her phone back this morning all fixed and ready to go. The staff was amazing. This is now my Go-To place for repairs.

I like to save money so I attempted to fix my phone myself. CPR not only fixed my phone they repaired all the damage I inflicted to it as well. If you want to save your loved ones the stress of listening to you swear ang cuss, go with CPR. They are fast, reasonably-priced, and stress free.

Seriously, these guys are bada@@! I had replaced the battery in my tablet, and while it booted back up it then promptly died. No screen whatsoever. Took it in to CPR. Turns out it was just a loose connection. They opened it up, found and fixed the problem and didn t charge me a dime (even after I insisted on paying). Total professionalism, unbeatable service and experience!

Recently, I brought in my PS4 Pro to get checked for noise in the fan (I was afraid it has been damaged/ a lot of dust). They found no issues with it, REALLY fast (within an hour of giving it to them). They also chose not to charge me a cent for it since they didn't find anything! These guys have always treated me awesome, almost like a friend. They are knowledgeable and extremely professional. I will always bring my electronic repairs to them from now on.

My son brought his phone in to get a written quote for insurance. When the claim was approved he took it in for service and told them it was for insurance but did tell them he had already received a quote. They charged $30 more than the original quote. I went in the next day with original written quote and they would not honor it and refund the $30.00. Very disappointed in the customer service. They will up charge buyer beware!!

Excellent service.
Traditionally, I have had very poor experience with local camera and phone repair businesses. My experience with CPR was great. I had a scratched lens on an LG G6. I ordered the part ahead of time, and dropped my phone off with them. Within 20 minutes they told me that they were done and that I could come back and pick it up. Camera back to crystal clear pictures, fast work, and a very reasonable price.

I won't be going anywhere else for repairs.

The Manager of CPR fixed a gen 2 iPod with broken screen that I thought was headed for the trash. He will get my referral when asked and my repeat business.

I scheduled my appointment online after calling two other places to get the screen to my Samsung S8 repaired (the other businesses didn't have the S8 materials on hand). I arrived at noon and was reassured that my phone would be ready by 2pm.
I forgot to get the name of the nice woman who helped me- she had glasses and blue hair- and she deserves a RAISE. She was delightful and reassuring and very professional. Thank you so much!

My review of CPR is mixed.
I have a Google pixel 2 XL.
Did they do what I needed, sure. My screen was cracked and they replaced it. But that's where my satisfaction ends.
When I picked up my phone, one of the speakers was blown. Coincidence, maybe. But the tech decided to replace it with no labor cost. It was only a 10.00 part, no biggie.
But, when I picked up my phone, they couldn't get the speaker to work.
Then I tried using my fingerprint scanner, didn't work. It wouldn't even register. Come to find out the software was REMOVED from the phone. How the hell that happens, is beyond me. Coincidence, doubtful.
Instead of having Google replace my screen I was thinking it would be convenient to just use someone local.

That's my fault.
