Nicholas Santiago, has not only made it possible for that to happen with his great work ethic and his great level of professionalism but he also communicated with me so well during the process. Any issue that arose with requirements needing to be met or additional documentation needed, he was diligent about keeping me informed and ensuring that those deadlines were met. He went above and beyond to make sure that I not only got insured but that I also was able to maintain my policy which was challenging for me. The policy I obtained was very reasonable especially considering my situation. It isn't too many times that you find a company with people who care as much for the people who they provide the service for and their job enough to exceed expectations.
